The Satsang

Today’s Kriya is Nithya Kriya care for infection. Infection is equal to cancer in Yogic physiology. Infection is too big a disease.

When I Started developing the Kriya for infections, I realized they are equal to cancer in Yogic physiology, if allowed, it develops as cancer itself. I never thought infection can be so dangerous. The kriya is very complicated but very powerful. Directly infection can be cured.

FIRST – MATSYENDRASANA- This is from GHERANDA SAMHITA||UPADESHA 2|| VERSE: 22 & 23

I will give the instruction -

1. Bend your left leg and place it over your right lap 2. Now place the right elbow on the left knee 3. Place your face on the right palm. This is Matsyendrasana.

IN MATSYENDRASANA-NEXT PLAVINI KUMBHAKA. KUMBHAKA PADDHATHI|| VERSE: 171

Let me explain -

Inhale completely. Put the chin on your chest and hold as long as you can and exhale as slowly as possible. Hold as long as you can judicioiusly. Please do this 21 times

Next step do the same Jalandhara bandha. Actually when you do it again, the time you do it is changed. So it becomes different. So next step do the Jalandhara Bandha. Means putting your chin on your chest and hold the breath as long as you can judiciously. Do this 21 times

Next step do the MAAKADAASANA-JOGA PRADIPIKA || 125TH -127TH VERSES

1. Keep the feet together 2. Keep the toes pointing downwards 3. Sit on the heels with the heels raised off the ground 4. Rest the knees on the floor and spread the knees a little apart 5. Take the hands up, cross them and place it behind the head

In Maakadaasana - KAMALA KUMBHAKA-KUMBHAKA PADDHATHI|| VERSE: 189

Inhale through the right nostril. Retain the breath judiciously as long as you can. Exhale through the left nostril. Do this 21 times.

NEXT KUMUDA KUMBHAKA-KUMBHAKA PADDHATHI|| VERSE: 190

1. Inhale through the left nostril 2. Hold the breath and Exhale through both the nostrils. Change. Inhale through left, hold judiciously as long as you can and exhale through both the nostrils. Do this 21 times.

NEXT step - KRAMA NETRA KUMBHAKA-KUMBHAKA PADDHATHI|| VERSE: 191

Inhale through the right nostril. Hold the breath. Inhale through the left nostril. Hold the breath. Exhale through the right nostril. Hold the breath. Exhale through the left nostril.

Let me show you (Swamiji demonstrates) Inhale through the right nostril. Hold the breath. Inhale through the left nostril. Hold the breath. Exhale through the right nostril. Hold the breath. Exhale through the left nostril.

This is Krama Kumbhaka, do this 21 times.

Now relax. Sit wherever you are. Close your eyes. Be in an unclutched mood for few seconds.
