The Satsang

Let’s go for the today’s Kriya. As I said yesterday today again I am going to give you the Kriya – cure for diabetes, but more simple way. It will not have any complicated steps but very powerful. Because yesterday’s Kriya many of our devotees will not be able to do or many people will not be able to do with the big tummy. So I am creating. I have come up with an alternative but powerful cure for diabetes. I will teach step by step. Please listen first very sincerely.

First step – Gomukhasana. Let me read the instructions. This is from the Gheranda Samhita, Upadesha 2, 16th verse –

“The two feet to be placed on the ground and the heels to be placed contrariwise - left heel on the right side and the right heel on the left side, under the buttocks; the body to be kept steady and the mouth raised, and sitting equably: this is called Gomukhasana. “

Please understand see this - either you can put your hand like this or you can put your hands on the feet – both are okay. (Swamiji demonstrates this) in this everybody will be able to sit. Sit in the Gomukhasana. In this I think everyone will be able to sit. Even if you can’t sit in Anilasana, this you will be able to sit.

2nd step Uddeeyaana Bandha. Let me give you the instruction –

“Contract the bowels equably above and below the navel towards the back, so that the abdominal viscera may touch the back. He who practices the Uddeeyaana without ceasing, conquers death.”

So hold. Hold as long as you can and relax. Then again hold and relax. Do this 21 times. Start doing. Hold, hold, hold, hold.

Do this 21 times.

Next step – Bhastrika –

“As the bellows of the ironsmith constantly dilate and contract, similarly let him slowly draw in the air by both the nostrils and expand the stomach as much as you can; then throw it out quickly. This is Gheranda Samhita 5th Upadesha, 75th verse.

Do this 21 times. Let me show you. If you want to learn, please understand (Swamiji demonstrates this)

Do this 21 times.

The next step – Moorchha pranayama. Let me give you the instruction -

“Inhale. At the end of inhalation gradually become fixed on jalaadhara bandha means put your chin on the chest. Hold as long as you can and when you feel uncomfortable, exhale very slowly.” This is -Hatha Yoga Pradipika, chapter 2, 69th Verse.

Moorchha pranayama. I will show you (Swamiji demonstrates this).

Inhale gradually. Then fix yourself in Jalandhara bandha means putting your chin on the chest and lock. Hold as long as you can. Then relax as slowly as you can. Do this 21 times. Please start.

Next step Brahmari Dhyana –

“Sit in the same posture. You can put your thumb into the ears and start humming as deeply as possible while you inhale and exhale.” This is from Gheranda Samhita, 5th Upadesha 78th, 79th, 80th verses.

Start as deeply as possible hum while you inhale and exhale for 7 minutes.

Stop! Relax. You can open your eyes.
