The Satsang

Let’s enter into Kriya today. Today’s Kriya is for the cure for all the heart diseases. Let me describe step by step. Actually I am doing so much of work on the body. I am evolving a new way - the Western fitness and the Eastern Kriyas. For example, in the ab coster when you work, do the Uddeeyaana bandha and Jalandhara bandha, your abs also will be worked out, you will have a 6 pack and awakened 6 chakras. 6 pack with 6 chakras, I am going to make a program ☺ 6 pack, 6 chakras in 6 weeks. 6 pack, 6 chakra, 6 week in 6 weeks! 6 pack, 6 chakras in 3 weeks. Anyhow, I am working on all that. Now please, this is a cure for all the heart diseases. As I said even if you don’t have heart disease, do this Kriya. It will awaken your Anahata chakra. See through this Kriya intense Kundalini is awakened in you. If you have a heart disease, that energy will be used to cure the heart disease. If you don’t have one that whole energy will be cured, will be used to awaken your inner heart, the spiritual heart, the Anahata chakra – heart center.

Come on, first step – Bhishrika asana

“Do Pagaangi Edi Jo Jodaaphanom Vaanom phunee Ho | Godaa jangha adhara kari Raakhai Aadevaaha Isee Vidhi Daakhe ||”

Translation of this verse - “Sit on toes and place the buttocks on heels. Means you have to sit on it. I don’t know how many of you guys will be able to sit. Spread knees side wards on the ground.

Make a hollow of palms and place it on the mouth. Please understand like this (Swamiji demonstrates this) Keep the thumbs under the teeth and close the lips. Fix the gaze steadily at the tip of the nose. Inhale through the right nostril, exhale through the mouth. Please understand, let me show you {Swamiji demonstrates this}. Understand, put your thumbs under the teeth and close the lips. Fix the gaze steadily at the tip of the nose. Inhale through the right and exhale through the mouth. Do this 21 times.

If you don’t want to do the Kriya, please leave the hall. Respect the sentiment of the people who are doing the Kriya.

You can close your hands nicely. Do this 21 times. Inhale as much as you can, exhale as much as you can. Deeply.

Inhale as slowly as possible, exhale through the mouth as slowly as possible. Inhale through the right nostril as slowly as possible, exhale through the mouth as slowly as possible. Understand through this process the prana you are sending inside the body directly goes to the heart centre. Do it at least 21 times. When you do in the house every day do it 51 times.

If you have a heart disease find time for this Kriya otherwise you will not find time even to live!

Do it as deeply as possible.

Now next step – ajapa japa. Sit in the same posture. Let me read the instruction -

“Moolaadhaare Yathaa Hamsah Tathaa Hi Hrudi Pankaje | Tathaa Naasaaputa-dvandve || Tribhir-Hamsa-Samaagamaha ||”

Understand sit in the same posture. Visualize the right nostril breathing is going inside as “ham….” Left it is going down as ‘sam….” See inhale with ‘ham’ through right nostril. Exhale with ‘sam…’ through left nostril. Visualize it is coming touching your heart and going out. Please start this ajapa japa. Inhaling through right with ‘ham’ sound, exhaling through left with ‘sam’ sound 21 times.

“ham……sam…..”

Next step – “Moorchha pranayama” – please understand sit in the same position, same posture -

“At the end of the inhalation gradually become fixed on Jalandhara bandha, then exhale slowly. This is called the fainting or swooning pranayama as it makes the mind inactive and thus confers bliss.”

Let me read the sutra –

“Puurakaante Gaadhataram Baddhvaa Jaalandharam Shanaihi | Rechayen-Moorchchanaa’khyeyam Mano-moorchcha Sukha-Pradaa||”

Sit in the same posture, place the palms and hands on the knees, close the eyes. Inhale slowly and deeply through both nostrils. Do Jalandhara Bandha means putting your chin on the chest and lock as long as you can, as long as you are comfortable, when you are feeling little not comfortable, or uncomfortable or dis-comfortable, please release through both the nostrils.

Do this 21 times. Do this Moorchha pranayama 21 times.

Next step, let’s go to the next step. Sahita pranayama. Please understand,

“Sahito Dvividhaha proktaha Sagarbhashcha Nigarbhakaha|Sagarbho Beejamuchchaarya Nigarbho Beejavarjitaha ||”

Translation - “The Sahita kumbhaka is of 2 sorts: Sagarbha & Nirgarbha. The Sagarbha is performed with bija mantra, Nigarbha without bija mantra. Understand inhale and hold the breath inside with one beeja – Hreem, hreem, hreem, hreem as many times as possible hold repeating this beeja in the mind. When you can’t hold anymore relax. Do this 11 times.

See I am awakening all your subtle energy centres so that any heart diseases you carry completely gets healed. Please start doing. Don’t use the fingers now It is only supposed to be done just with the power of the sound. Like a inhale – hreem, hreem, hreem – inside not verbally. When you can’t. Relax. Do it.

Now stop. Next step, without that sound hreem beeja inside, do the Kumbaka. Just inhale, hold and release. Inhale as long as you can, hold as long as you can, exhale as slowly as you can. Please do this 11 times. Nigarbha Kumbhaka.
