Let us enter into today’s Kriya because today’s Kriya is a very powerful Kriya. Nithya Kriya for all heart diseases care. Understand this one Kriya can heal whole Bharat because millions of Bharatns are suffering with heart diseases. Heart diseases are the largest killers of Bharatns all over the world, not just in Bharat. Only in US, 600% more Bharatns are having heart diseases than a normal Westerner. See an Bharatn American is 600% more prone to heart disease than an American American.

So I will sincerely recommend all the people whose belly is more than 32 inch to do this Kriya, this Nithya Kriya every day, every day to be out of heart problems. Let me give you the instructions –

First step Bhujangasana, second step in Bhujangasana, Uddiyana Bandha and then Jalandhara Bandha. Third step Bhadrasana. Fourth step in Bhadrasana Sheethali. Fifth step in Bhadrasana Seethkari. I will explain now.

Yesterday whole day I was practicing this Kriya in different ways, postures. Understand first Bhujangasana. Let me read the sutra –

“Angushta-Naabhi-Paryantam Adho-Bhoomau Vininyaseth | Kara-Thalaabhyam Dharaam DhrutvaaOordhva-Sheershaha Phaneeva Hi ||”

“Dehaagnir-Vardhate Nithyam Sarva-Roga-Vinaashanam | Jaagarthi Bhujagee Devee Bhujagaasana-Saadhanaath ||”

The Translation – “Let the body, from the navel downwards to the toes, touch the ground, raise the head, the upper portion of the body like a serpent. This is called the Serpent-posture. This always increases the bodily heat, destroys all diseases, and by the practice of this posture Kundalini awakens.”

Lie flat on the stomach. I know you guys are waiting to, waiting for me to demonstrate. Let me demonstrate. (Swamiji demonstrates)

Lie flat on the stomach and keep the hand.

Lie flat on the stomach with legs straight, feet together and soles of the feet uppermost. Place the palms of the hands flat on the floor, below and slightly to the side of the shoulders. The fingers should be together and pointing forward. The arms should be positioned so that the elbows point backwards and are close to the sides of the body. Relax the forehead on the floor and close the eyes. Now relax the whole body, especially the lower back. Slowly raise the head and neck and shoulders. Straightening the elbows, raise the trunk as high as possible. Now use the back muscles more than the arm muscles. Means put the pressure on the back muscles more than the arm muscle. Be aware of using the back muscle first while starting to raise the trunk.

Hold in this position by closing your eyes at least 60 seconds. Close your eyes and hold yourself in that position because the Kundalini energy will start flowing in your body smoothly now.

Now relax. Again lift yourself in the same position Bhujangasana. Now in the Bhujangasana the next step is Uddeeyaana bandha and Jalandhara bandha.

In Bhujangasana, contract the bowels equably above the navel towards the back. Just contract the bowels. Hold as long as you can in the same posture.

Do the Uddeeyaana bandha and relax. Again hold yourself in Uddeeyaana bandha as long as you can and relax. Do this 21 times.

Hold yourself in the asana properly and do the Uddeeyaana bandha.

Do it at least 21 times. When you can’t hold anymore. Then relax. But again hold in Uddeeyaana Bandha. In Bhujangasana, Uddeeyaana Bandha.

Now the next step in same Bhujangasana - Jalandhara bandha. Let me read out Jalandhara bandha’s sutra -

“Kanta-sankochanam krutvaa Chibukam hrudaye nyaset | Jaalandhare krute bandhe Shodasha-aadhaara-bandhanam ||”

“Contracting the throat, place the chin on the chest. Like you see (Swamiji demonstrates this posture). Contracting the throat, place the chin on the chest in Bhujangasanam itself. First raise yourself in Bhujangasanam. And now put your chin on the chest in Bhujangasanam. Hold yourself in the Bhujangasanam and put your chin on the chest. Now I know how many people are doing Akhaada properly. If you can’t do this much, I know for sure you are cheating in Akhaada. Come on do it.

Hold. Hold the breath, hold everything by locking your throat in Jalandhara bandha as long as possible. When you feel you can’t hold anymore, relax. But again hold.

Do this Jalandhara Bandha 21 times.

Next please sit up. Come to the Bhadrasana. Put yourself in Bhadrasana. Bhadrasana. Let me read the instruction – “Place the heels crosswise under the genitals attentively; cross the hands either behind the back or directly. Take hold of the toes of the feet. Fix the gaze on the tip of the nose. Put your attention on the tip of the nose. Sit for 3 minutes in this very Bhadrasana.”

Now next step Sheetali pranayama –

“Draw in the air through the mouth (with the lips contracted and tongue thrown out), you see – just do this (Swamiji demonstrates this posture) turn the tongue and throw it out. Draw the air through and fill the stomach slowly and swallow it. Swallow the whole air and retain it. After that very slowly, exhale through the nostrils. Let me show you. Understand, (Swamiji demonstrates this).

Do it. Start doing it. Do this Sheetali Pranayama 21 times. Draw in the air through the mouth (with lips contracted and tongue thrown out), fill the stomach slowly, very slowly.

Do this 21 times. Inhale. Fill the stomach, retain swallow and exhale very very slowly through the nostrils.

Next step- Seethkari Pranayama. Let me give you the step by step instruction – Press the lower and upper teeth together and separate the lips as much as comfortable. Breathe in slowly through the gaps of the teeth. Listen slowly to the sound of the breath as the air being drawn in. close the mouth at the end of the inhalation. Hold as long as you can. Then exhale slowly through the nose. Let me show you (Swamiji demonstrates this).

By drawing the breath in through the mouth, make a hissing sound, without gaping the mouth, and exhale through the nose. Let me show you

Do this 21 times. Seethkari Pranayama.

“Seethkaam Kuryaath Tathaa Vaktre Ghraanenaiva Vijhrumbhikaam | Evam Abhyaasa-Yogena Kaamadevo Dviteeyakaha ||”

Please understand this Kriya is a most powerful Kriya for all heart diseases. It can not only care, it can really, really, really help to cure. You will have one more Kriya specially designed for heart diseases tomorrow also.
