“Today’s Kriya is cure for anxiety.”
Today’s Kriya is cure for anxiety. Please understand today’s kriya will release the intense bliss chemicals in your system. Means that dopamine hormones which intensely gives you bliss. 3 minutes break. Run for 1, 2,3 and come back. Stay tuned for the Kriya for anxiety!
Let’s start. Please understand. This kriya - cure for anxiety. This kriya will intensely release the dopamine chemicals in you - pleasure chemicals in you. Two things – you can do this kriya only once if you are not having anxiety. Pl understand, people many of you may get addicted to this kriya because it will send such intense bliss inside your body. If you don’t have anxiety, if your anxiety has come down, you should do only once. If you are filled with anxiety, do it twice a day. Even people who don’t have anxiety can do, but only once. Because it is creating such joy and bliss mood inside the body. You should not be doing it again and again. Because if you are doing it again and again, it will lead to kind of a that stupor mood, jata samadhi mood where without intelligence, only your internal joy is increasing. If the internal joy is increasing without intelligence, again it will make you dull. Don’t do it. It’s very powerful kriya. It will just intensely send bliss chemicals all over the world, all over the body, all over your body - of course your body is your world. All over your body. So anxiety will disappear just in one week. One week this Kriya is enough because your anxiety will completely disappear. Only thing after anxiety disappears, you should not do it more than once. People with anxiety I may recommend twice.
First step – varahasana – It is a Yogasana Mala Sachitra book. In that scripture, 76th verse. I will give you the technique -
“Sit on the floor in the squatting position. Keep the feet together and place the heels at the buttocks. Spread the toes apart. Raise the knees and press the abdomen with thighs. Join the palms together and take them to the back. Fix the gaze at the tip of the nose. This is Varahasana.”
First master the Varahasana. It is a very powerful posture. Yesterday I tried, immediately I saw like a stream of Amrutha flowing all over my body. that nectar, bliss chemicals. Catch this posture exactly. Be in that posture at least 30 seconds. Push the hands behind as much as you can.
Relax. In the same posture you are going to do the pranayamas.
First, Trishula Kumbhaka. Kumbhaka Paddhathi, 193rd verse -
“Always inhale through the nostrils and mouth together at a time. This is called Trishula Kumbhaka. Please understand. I will show you. (Swamiji demonstrates this). Inhale through nostrils and mouth completely and hold as long as you can, judiciously. When you can’t hold, relax. This is Trishoola Kumbhaka.”
Do this 21 times now.
Hands can be removed. Inhale through both nostrils and mouth.”
Usually during this Kumbhaka, close your eyes because thorugh eyes also prana leaves your body.
Next step - Seethkari pranayama. Please understand this is Hata Yoga Pradipika, Upadesha 2, 54th verse
“The breath needs to be sucked in through the mouth with a hissing sound.”
Let me show you (Swamiji demonstrates this). Press the lower teeth and upper teeth with open, the lips comfortably. Suck the air through the gaps in between the teeth. Be aware of the sound produced. After inhaling, close the mouth and exhale through the nose. Don’t hold. Let me show you (Swamiji demonstrates)
Do this 21 times.
Next step – Sheethali pranayama from Gheranda Samhita, Upadesha 5th and verse 54th -
“Sit comfortably. Protrude your tongue as much as possible. Roll the sides of the tongue like a tube. Now inhale through the tube formed by the tongue. After inhaling, close your mouth. Hold the breath judiciously as long as you can. Then exhale through the nostrils.”
Let me show you (Swamiji demonstrates) Do it 21 times.
Next – Trinetra Kumbhaka – this is Kumbhaka Paddhathi, 192nd verse -
“Inhale through left nostril. Hold the breath. Without exhaling, inhale through right nostril. Hold the breath. Again without exhaling, inhale through both the nostrils, hold the breath. Then as long as you can hold judiciously. Then exhale and relax.” Do this 21 times. You can use the fingers.
Relax!
