Let’s start. Please understand. This Kriya, cure for anxiety; this Kriya will intensely release the dopamine chemicals in you, pleasure chemicals in you. Two thing: You can do this Kriya only once if you are not having anxiety. Please understand. People...many of you may get addicted to this Kriya because it will send such intense bliss inside your body. If you don’t have anxiety, if your anxiety has come down, you should do only once. If you are filled with anxiety - do it twice a day. Even people who don’t have anxiety can do, but only once. Because it is creating such joy and bliss mood inside the body. You should not be doing it again and again. Because if you are doing it again and again it’ll lead to kind of a supor mood, Jada Samadhi mood. Where without intelligence, only your internal joy is increasing. If the internal joy is increasing without intelligence again it’ll make you dull. Don’t do it. It’s very powerful Kriya. It’ll just intensely send bliss chemicals-bliss hormones all over the world…all over the body. All over your body. Of course, your body is your world. All over your body. So anxiety will disappear in just one week. One week this Kriya is enough, anxiety will completely disappear. Only thing after anxiety disappears you should not do it more than once. With… People with anxiety I may recommend twice.

First step, Varahasana. It's a yogasana mahasanah chitra book. In that scripture, 76th verse, I’ll give you the technique. Sit on the floor in squatting position. Keep the feet together. And place the heels at the butt. At the buttocks. Spread the toes apart. Raise the keens and press the abdomen with thighs. Join the palms together and take them to the back. Fix the gaze on the tip of the nose. This is Varahasana.

First master the Varahasana. It’s a very powerful posture. Yesterday, I tried, immediately I saw like a stream of amrita flowing all over My body. The nectar, Bliss chemicals. Catch this posture exactly. Be in that posture at least 30 seconds. Push the hands behind, as much as you can.

Relax. In the same posture you are going to do the pranayama. First, Trishula Kumbhaka in kumbhaka paddhati 193rd verse. Inhale through the nostrils and mouth together at a time. This is called trishula kumbakh. Please understand, I’ll show you.

Inhale through both nostrils and mouth completely. And hold. As long as you can, judiciously. When you can't hold, relax. This is Trichulacumbakah, do this 21 times now.

Hands can be removed. You can remove the hands and do the Trishula Kumbhaka. Yes. No…no…inhale through both nostrils and mouth. Usually during this kumbhaka, close your eyes also, because even through eyes prana leaves your body.

Kriya

Next step, Sitkari Pranayama. Please understand, this is a Hatha Yoga Pratibhika Upadesha 254th verse. The breath needs to be sucked in through the mouth with a hissing sound. Let Me show you. Press the lower teeth and upper teeth with open - the lips comfortably.

Suck the air through the gaps in between the teeth. Be aware of the sound produced. After inhaling close the mouth and exhale through the nose. Don’t hold. Let Me show you...Do this 21 times.

Kriya

Next step, Shitali Pranayama, from Gheranda Samhita upanishad verse. Upanishad 5th and verse 54th. Sit comfortably, protrude your tongue as much as possible. Roll the sides of the tongue like a tube. Now inhale through the tube performed by the tongue. Tube formed by the tongue. After inhaling. Close your mouth. Hold the breath judicially as long as you can. Then exhale through the nostrils. Let Me show you...Do it 21 times.

Next, Trinetra Kumbhaka, this is 192nd verse. Inhale through left nostril, hold the breath, without exhaling, inhale through right nostril, hold the breath. Again without exhaling, inhale through both the nostrils, hold the breath, then as long as you can - hold judiciously, then exhale and relax. Do this 21 times. You can use the fingers.

I bless you all.
