Now NITHYA KRIYA – for CARE FOR RAPID RECOVERY FROM ILLNESS

First step - Anjani asana-JOGA PRADIPIKA || VERSES 283-286

1. Sit with legs stretched keeping the heels on the ground and toes pointing upward. 2. Place both the hands under the buttocks, palms facing upward and fingers closed together. 3. Bring the elbows close to the body as much as possible.

IN ANJANI ANSANA -then -SHEETHALI Kumbhaka

Stretch your tongue, Roll the sides of the tongue like a tube. Now inhale through the tube formed by the tongue. Exhale slowly. Do this 10 times. Not 21 times. 10 times.

Now do the SEETHKARI PRANAYAMA-HATHA YOGA PRADIPIKA||UPADESHA 2||VERSE 54

1. Press the lower teeth with the upper teeth. Keep the mouth open. Suck air through the gaps in between the teeth. Be aware of the hissing sound produced. After inhaling close the mouth and exhale through the nose. Do this for 7 minutes continously. Relax. Do this in Anjani morning and evening you will recover from any ilkness like fever, cought, cold, pain regular illensses body pain – you will recover from it very quickly.
