Today Nithya Kriya-Care for low self-esteem. Today’s kriya has more visualization techniques because self-esteem is related to mind.

FIRST – BHADRASANA-HATHA YOGA PRADIPIKA || 2ND UPADESHA || 37TH VERSE

Place the heels adjacent to each other and close to the perineum. Hold the feet with hands.Remain steady. Please settle down in Bhadrasana for 30 seconds.

In Bhadrasana - JALANDHARA BANDHA-GHERANDA SAMHITA||UPADESHA 3|| VERSE: 12

Jalandhara Bandha means, put your Chin on the chest and hold. When you can’t hold anymore. Relax. Do this process of Jalandhara Bandha 21 times.

Now NEXT – UDDEEYAANA BANDHA-GHERANDA SAMHITA||UPADESHA 3|| VERSE: 10

Uddeeyaana Bandha is contract your bowels above and below the navel. Raise your shoulders. Pull your bowels in and up, raise your shoulders. Hold your breath in this bandha as long as you can. When you cannot hold anymore, relax. Do this 21 times.

Next do the BHASTRIKA-GHERANDA SAMHITA||UPADESHA 5||VERSES 75-BHASTRIKA

Bhastrika means breath out while you pull your lower abdomen (Swamiji demonstrates). Breath out like a bellowing while you pull your lower abdomen in & up. Do this 21 times.

Please now move to the next step. Working on the mental set up of low self-esteem. This is very powerful and break your mental set up of low self-esteem. Sit and visualize that you are at least 5 times more than what you are now. Feel like you are 20 feet tall… just visualize you are like a huge rock, you are a big being. Sit with this visualization for the next few minutes. Let you Kundalini Energy be awakened. The awakened Kundalini remove all low self-esteem and give you fulfillment.
