Nithya Kriya for care for Short-sightedness. Actually when I was working on this Kriya, I realized that short sightednes is not just related to eye, it is related to the mental pattern in you which does not allow you to look at life in a broad way. This kriya will break the mental pattern of not being able to look at life in a braod way and the disease of short sight of eye both will be healed with this Kirya.

First step -_Aghora Asana-Joga Pradipika - || VERSES 205 TO 208

1. Sit with heels of the feet together 2. Spread the knees apart 3. The right palm should be placed on the mouth 4. Turn the tongue backwards 5. Through the right nostril inhale 6. Hold as long as possible judiciously 7. Exhale through the left nostril 8. Now place the left palm on the mouth 9. Inhale through left nostril 10. Hold as long as possible judiciously 11. Exhale through the right nostril 12. Similarly alternate and repeat the inhalation and exhalation. Do this 3 minutes.

Now IN AGHORA ASANA do KAPALABHATI PRANAYAMA-YOGA RAHASYA || 1st CHAPTER || VERSE: 100

Breathe out short and fast as you pull your abdomen in and up. Do this for 3 minutes. Continuously do Kapala Bharathi as much as you can for next 3 minutes. Stop.

NEXT – LAHARI PRANAYAMA-YOGA RAHASYA || 1st CHAPTER || VERSE: 100

Breathe in with short inhalation with one nostril. And with the other nostril, breathe out with short exhalation (let me show you – Swamiji demonstrates) Continuoulsy. Do this continuously for 3 minutes. Stop.

Next step – ANDOLI PRANAYAMA-YOGA RAHASYA || 1st CHAPTER || VERSE: 100

Roll your tongue. Please understand Roll your tongue and inhale through the mouth and through the nose. Both. Then hold as long as you can judicioulsy and then relax. Pl und. Roll your tongue and inhale though the mouth and both your nostrils. Then hold your breath as long as you can judiciously and then relax. Do this 21 times.
