Cities sitting with us in 2 way Nayana Deeksha – Los Angeles Arunachalam, Seattle Chidambaram, San Jose Madhurai, Ohio Prayag, Phoenix Kanchipuram, Guadeloupe Rameshwaram, Tiruvanamalai Arunachala, Oman, Vadodara, Bangalore North, Kulim Malyasia, Brampton Center, Oklahoma Somanatham, New York Varanasi, Toronto Kailasam! Where is Singapore Singapuram? They have not come?

I welcome all of you with my love and respects. As you all may be aware this Skanda Shasti Brahmotsavam is happening in Bidadi Ashram. Subramanya’s Brahmotsavam. Shiva’s son Subramanya’s Brahmotsavam. It is a unique festival from Tamil Nadu where Subramanya destroys the demon Soora Padma and others. We are celebrating 4th day this Skanda Shasti Brahmotsavam. And in Kali Puja Diwali Day I blessed Tiruvanamalai that Kumkum will appear. They are sending the photographs Vibhooti materialized in large quantities. Vibhooti appearing in Meru! I can see Kumkum also happened…great! Blessings! So Kali. Kali’s presence is there, blessing all of us. Because now we need lot of Kali energy ☺

Let’s enter into today’s Satsang in Bhagavad Gita 2nd chapter, 57th verse in Sankhya Yoga –

“yah sarvatranabhisnehas tat tat prapya subhasubham nabhinandati na dvesti tasya prajna pratisthita”

The translation - “He who neither welcomes nor resists whatever he has obtained whether it is auspicious or inauspicious and is at all times unaffected by desire, is said to be established in eternal bliss!”

“tasya prajna pratisthita”

Again when you listen to these verses – “He who neither welcomes nor resists whatever he has obtained whether it is auspicious or inauspicious and is at all times unaffected by desire, is said to be established in eternal bliss!”

Please understand, a powerful truth. I wanted to remind this one truth to all of you. This words are not direct instructions.

{00:03} He is not saying be unaffected by whatever comes which is auspicious or inauspicious. He is not asking you to practice this. He is defining. Definitions are not practical techniques or instructions. Definitions are diff to do instruction are different. For example, I am defining, here is a wall which is white color, looks shining with a lime and paint and concrete and cement. Immediately you get lot of lime, paint and try to mix it with concrete and cement and try to make this wall. No! When I make a statement – wow! here is a beautiful wall standing which is made of lime, cement and concrete. Immediately, you visualize yes oh Swamiji says lime, cement and concrete. Come on, mix all the three and make the wall. No. definition is not to do instruction.

{01:41} Here Bhagavan is defining. He is not giving instructions on what to do and what not to do. It is not instructions related to do. It is definition. He who neither welcomes nor resists whatever he has obtained whether it is auspicious or inauspicious and is at all times unaffected by desire is said to be in eternal bliss! It is not to do instruction, don t mistake definition as to do instruction. To do instruction what to do, what not to do is a sacred secret embedded in this verse! When you raise your awareness, consciousness when you raise the way you think about yourself, I tell you sometimes I feel a seeker should make first little money by working in the society. Because with little money your idea about you raises. So you know the difference between the lower identity, ideas you carry about you or the higher ideas you know about you. You need to know the difference. With one lakh in bank balance how you think or you with one crore bank balance how you think of you. If you know the difference between these two how you think of you and how you behave with you, without others, if you know this, you will understand the sacred secret about the spiritual truths. If you know that you will understand an important truth the same way when you think of yourself as a body, how you behave with you and others, when you think yourself as a mind, how you behave with yourself and others, when you think of yourself as more subtle part of the body and mind how you behave with yourself and others.

{05:19} Even your joy and taste gets more subtle and subtle and subtle when your identity about you raises to subtle and subtle and subtle levels. If you think you are a gross physical body, your taste will be more like eating non-veg, spicy food which is very violent. Each level whether your desire, or fear, or greed will be only restricted to that much. Same way your fear will be only about the losing the parts of your body. You will not bother about name and fame, what others think about you, other, nothing. But understand that bothering is not the what Bhagavan describes the non-botheration of a Jeevan Mukta. No. That is insensitive and not being bothered. That’s a too gross level. I know, I know so many fellows. Life is just a fight for them. And next level - if you think you are a mind, then when people give attention or name and fame, your the rewards all these things which you receive makes wow! Life is this! Then you run for Nobel prize! ☺

{07:12} Anyhow. Small story –

A man was pulled over for driving too fast even though he thought he was driving just fine. The officer asked you were speeding, man says no, I am not. Officer says yes you were. I am giving you a ticket. Man says but I was not speeding. Officer – tell that to the judge. Officer gives the man the ticket. Man says would I get another ticket if I called you a Jerk? Officer says yes you would. Man asks - what if I just thought you were. Officer says I can’t give you a ticket for what you think. Then the man says – fine, I think you are jerk! ☺

Understand, what you say, what you think – for what you think you can’t be punished in physical plane because thinking is more subtle plane. this name, fame and all these things are more subtle. If you think you are mind, others words, ideas, name, what words with which they call you all these things matters. If you think you are subtler than the body and mind, your consciousness then naturally your desires, your fear, your greed everything becomes different.

{09:52}Actually you can’t even call those things as desire, fear or greed. It’s like a if you feel you are a consciousness. What you will do? What will be your desire? Your desire will be that just you exist in yourself. It can’t even be called as desire. It is just the form of way of existing. Same way, what can be your fear? There can’t be any fear because you have nothing to lose, you are established in your existence. So you can’t even call your expressions when you feel you are consciousness as fear or greed. It is the whole truth. The sacred secret is all about what you feel yourself as you. What is the idea you carry about yourself. Really I am telling you, if you are a lazy bum, try – try to go to the other extreme workaholic. You will see how your idea bout you changes, about others changes, about world changes. If you are insensitive boo, boo, juuu, juu one nut lose that kind of guy. Try to become a leader. Person with success. Unless you see the different extremes and possibilities in the outer world life, you do not know when you change the concept of you suddenly how the very existence of you changes. The very form you live changes.

{12:30} There were some of our ex-administrators and organizers the fellows were really evolving. I was training them. They were evolving in spiritual direction, they were raising their concepts about themselves. But unfortunately, this rumors and scandals gave them a possibility that wealth and organization part is under their control. They thought it is theirs and they can do what they want and they ran away with it!

But those fools are thinking they gained something. I tell you first thing you will never be able to live with the stolen wealth from your Guru. It is Kaala Bhairava’s Kapaala maamsa. The flesh stolen from Kaala Bhairava’s skull! What all it will do. ☺ I don’t know why Sri Nirantara and Ma Nirantara are laughing ☺ It is the flesh stolen from the Kaala Bhairava’s skull! What all type of cancers it will create nobody knows. What all kind of physical and mental disorders it will create nobody knows. That is the karma side. The other side when you run away with these cheap things, you forget for your whole life the lowest form of identity you are going to carry. Every time when you touch that money, when you try to eat with that money, the dirty way you are going to feel about yourself - cheated money, stolen money. I really feel do you need to be alive in this kind of form? I wanted to tell all our disciples understand never ever steal. Even if you die without food it is okay. I will give you place in the Nithyananda Loka. But never every steal. That is the worst way of existing!

{15:46} Understand. In next three days I will do something extraordinary. At least, at least one thousand devotees will see in their dreams the Nithyananda loka! Understand at least one thousand of you are going to see now. And I request all of you after you see, how you saw in your dream, send as an email. Let it be recorded. Why you know? I wanted all our devotees, followers, disciples to know live honestly and dharmically. When I say all these words, I am responsible for you. Even if you think by living honestly you are losing something don’t worry, I will match it, I will equate it. I will pay you for that. I will see that you have your place reserved in the higher form of existence. And I will also show in front of your eyes the fellows who were doing all the wrong things are terribly suffering and destroying themselves. It is not that I am going to curse. They are going to destroy themselves. Understand and I wanted all of you to know one more thing – this reward and suffering. I am not frightening you guys with some greed, fear and trying to lure you guys with some greed. No! I am not cursing, I am just predicting. I am not trying to allure you guys or frighten you guys. I am just telling the way of energy flow. When you feel your as this, how you are going to live, when you feel yourself as this how you are going to feel, based on the sensitivity you have about yourself your perception about the world is going to change. It is like a different frequency that’s all. You understand? Just different frequency.

{19:03} Please understand, many of our devotees present devotees may be thinking what is this? I am so honest and devoted and dedicated to Swamiji and his mission. I did not, I am running for my basic needs. But these thieves have stolen millions of ringgits, sorry ☺ millions of ringgits, dollars, crores these thieves have stolen. How come they are not suffering? Dotn bother, don’t worry. You will see now how these thieves are going to suffer. Not only in later on, see because I am here in the planet earth, the Nithyananda loka is overlapping with this Kali Yuga. Both are actually intercepting. So you don’t need to wait oh after death only I will have that reward for all my honesty. It is happening. Already started happening - in one or two years you will see it. When you stood with your integrity and honesty, the life you are going to see in front of your life, the life you attract in front of you, and these thieves the life they are going to attract in front of them, within them. I am telling you really never ever steal. Because the stealing itself happens by the lowest way of feeling about yourself. When you do not have confidence that you are capable of generating and sustaining your needs, desires what do you want, that is the time you tend to rob. Robbing from anybody is wrong. And especially from Guru, God! Especially from Guru who is God also. Oh God! It will happen only when you have the very low idea about you. What a cheap low self-esteem you need to have to steal Guru’s wealth! What has been give by other disciples for Guru which has been asked by Guru to keep with you. Guru has given to you for safe guarding. Its like a now I am going to teach you all the Kriya so the mala and jewels whatever I am wearing I am removing it and keeping it with you and i am asking you please have this some devotees gave me, please just keep it. I will finish all this Yoga and then I will take it and by the time I am showing all the Hata Yoga procedure, you run away! ☺ This is exactly these cheap donkeys have done!

{22:57} See when a person steals Guru’s wealth, what kind of low self-esteem he must be having? I tell you for that kind of a mental set up 100% sure he or she all those fellows will attract only cancers as disease in their life! Worst cancers and all other worst inauspicious things. I am not cursing. I am just predicting. I am just telling you what, how it is things are going to happen. You will see it. You will see it. And the suffering will not end very easily. It will be the worst torture from all direction! Your husband will run away, the extra marital affair you had will disappear, break, kids will dump you and money will be lost, you will be sitting in prison maybe in some other country prison. You don’t know what all is going to come. See now Kaala Bhairava became responsible to destroy and punish all this Guru Drohis to send a message to all the disciples see when you do this kind of worst Guru Droha what happens! Now he has become responsible. Responsibility overtakes compassion. You cannot be playing all the time the card of compassion.

{25:11} Of course, my tremendous compassion and patience only is keeping quiet. But Kaala Bhairava also has his own responsibility. So each department see you see I have tremendous compassion that is why I allow people inside my ashram. But structuring has their own responsibility of training and putting people in their track. Same way, my tremendous compassion I allow all the people to exist in the planet earth! But Kaala Bhairava has his own responsibility as one of the structuring department part. ☺ Part of the structuring for the planet earth, he has his own responsibility. It seems one fellow who has illegally occupied, still occupying one of our Ashram property he sent his assistant. In that Ashram I have planted the Banyan tree in my own hands. That fellow has sent his assistant to destroy that Banyan tree. When I go the message I told them – aiy, you may, may not believe me. But don’t touch that Banyan tree. Don’t do it. It is not good for you guys. I sent a message. Because I sent a message, they thought I have so much of attachment to the Banyan tree. Just to give suffering to me, thinking that they can give suffering to me, this fellow went and destroyed that Banyan tree with a machine. Some earth mover he took and destroyed that Banyan tree. You will be shocked, within few days, he died! That fellow, just fell from the - this same owner who is illegally occupying our land and sitting, from his own building, his assistant - fell and died! Nobody knows why! It is not one story or two story. Hundreds of stories.

{27:53} Understand with tremendous compassion I am telling you, I am an incarnation, don’t try to play games. No now these fellows are repenting we do not know he is such a powerful person, we do not know he is such an extraordinary energy, we took him for granted. If you don’t understand at least keep quiet! You are not supposed to harm anybody, if you try to harm your own Guru, then, the fellows who are doing this kind of activity, the main problem is their low self-identity, their low self-esteem. They don’t have confidence they can support them self with their own income, they can support them self with their own hard work, they can support them self. This donkeys thinking that they can take revenge on me. They thought – oh! How to give suffering to Nithyananda. He is attached to the Banyan tree. Come on, destroy the Banyan tree. Now what happened? That donkey only died. And just today morning I saw thousands and thousands of Banyan tree seeds are falling and there all over! I told my Brahmachari – aiy, have few workers and collect all these seeds and keep it now because now we need so many saplings because we are going to have thousands of branches! ☺ By trying to destroy one sapling, this donkeys think they can harm the root ☺ aiy! root goes on produces seeds and when you try to do something to one sapling, only it you who is going to die. Root is not going to be touched! And it is going to produce now more and more! ☺

{31:01} See the whole thing boils down to how you feel about you. That’s all. What kind of a ideas you carry about you. Few days before, one of my rishis who did this Aghori tapas of carrying this food, he came and told me Swamiji now I have so much of confidence about me that I can do something. I tell you when you do something extraordinary in the inner world, your idea about you drastically increases. Same way when you do something extraordinary in the outer world, your idea about you drastically increases. See these demons - rakshasas who tried to abuse me, harass me, they disappeared from the Forbes rich list! ☺ Now, the list does not have their names. These demons Marans only I am telling – Morons. Their names are not there on the Forbes list! Its not that I am cursing them, when you have a low idea about you, you attract all these things around you in your life. These are all side effects of your lower identity.You see unless you have a low idea about you, you will not enter into the low level activities. I saw all the fellows who are abusing us behind the back and doing everything – all their stories are now coming out. So cheap - one is a prostitute, another one is dash, dash. All are coming out! Only if you are that kind of a low cheap you will be able to do this kind of a low cheap waah – you will be able to do this kind of a cheap activities.

{33:37} Here, when Bhagavan describes - “He who neither welcomes nor resists whatever he has obtained whether it is auspicious or inauspicious and is all times unaffected by desire,” he is not asking you sit like that (Swamiji sits stiff like a statue to show what he means) and be unaffected anything happens. No. That will happen. It is not supposed to be practiced. It will happen. Then what are you supposed to practice? Building the right understanding and identity about you. That is what is to do. Understand I am digging out the sacred secret embedded in this verse, in this sutra.

{34:27} Things to do – sit and pen down all the ideas you carry about you. Sometime you carry I am basically a good person, but around 10 to 20% of my activities, if somebody threatens, I will finish them off! I will go to any low level, any low extreme. These are all the ideas you will be carrying about you. Pen down all that and repair those identities. Decide. No. I am not going to be behaving anyway like this. I will establish myself with the highest idea I carry about me, highest remembrance I have about me. Please understand all of you have highest remembrance about yourself and lowest remembrance about you. Man is a person between animal and God. Man is a pendulum swinging between animal and God. You have touched the animal side and you have touched the God side. You know the God in you. You know the animal in you. So repair and strengthen God in you. The higher identity in you. That is what is supposed to be done. To do, what to do is this only.

{36:18} God in you and the animal in you both are different extremes of your identities. Go on strengthening by your decision, by your will, by your imagination, by your visualization, by your will, by your activities, by your day to day routine and by your behavior, by your verbal language, by your body language, strengthen the God identity in you, the higher identity in you, higher self in you, higher identification in you. Go on doing it!

“yah sarvatranabhisnehas tat tat prapya subhasubham nabhinandati na dvesti tasya prajna pratisthita”

{37:50} Rowdies and demons are involving themselves in the wrong activities only based on the identities they are carrying. Many of these demons and devils which were trying to live around me, when I declared I am incarnation, they thought I am egoistic or I am telling lies or I am claiming something out of my pride and all that. They were agitated. When I declare I am an incarnation, I am just doing my fiduciary duty before punishing these fellows for their wrong deeds, I need to reveal my identity. I need tell aiy come on, you are playing with this kind of a person, be careful. That’s all I did. Of course they were not ready to understand, wanted to - they felt that I am arrogant. Just like Sisupala felt with Krishna. Now nothing can be done. At least Krishna needs to send his own Shanka Chakra – Sudarshana Chakra. I don’t have that problem, I don’t need to do anything. I have come this time with such a beautiful, amazing, powerful programming – I just sit, things happens ☺ This time I did not bring the destruction software with me. Of course Devi has also landed inside this same body not just Shiva. Bhairava and Veera Bhadra – these two were supposed to constantly run and be around Devi and protect - so they are doing their job that’s all! ☺

{40:30} Understand, the identity you carry that is the root cause of all the suffering, or all the joy, or all the spiritual experiences you attract towards you in your life.

Let me enter into your questions. Questions –

1) {41:19} Here is a question from Rishi Nirantara. He is sending a question. Jayanthi’s mother from Kaulalampur, Malaysia said the following - don’t know Jayanthi’s mother’s name. She was not ready to reveal. And she was shouting at these guys our Rishi Nirantara. What for you know? Basically she was asking for free transportation for some of our free program. Rishi Nirantara said that I am not able to do because I am too busy with so many things. It is a free program, you come by yourself. And she has started abusing him left & right. 3 days before itself I received this email, then I told Rishi Nirantara give her three days time. I wanted to listen her side story also then I will take it up because when I take it up I really wanted to have the spicy mood which I am having today ☺ No, it is not only for this dash, dash lady - it is the answer I wanted to give for all the fellows who are arrogant and behaving like this - for everybody! This one is saying Ashramites are donkeys and you guys are not responsible.

{43:06} See first thing she should know she can’t even come for a free program on her own. What right she has to talk about the fellows who have dedicated their whole life to me? I can tell them anything because it is between me and them. You don’t even have a right to repeat what I said. Understand. At least they are donkeys carrying me. Oh Jayanthi’s mother! You are the donkey carrying you. Dirty luggage which needs to be dumped in some river as early as possible! It seems she is telling Swamiji is desperately looking for new devotees. Please understand, I am surely not looking for you. You donkey you go to some free free Gurus! First thing she is abusing these people and then she is saying Ashram is running by devotee’s money. Donkey, it is running by devotees money no doubt. But not by your money. You are not a devotee. You are a parasite, you are a thief trying to steal my devotees wealth. You can’t even come for one free program on your own. And you thief, cheat, and all the words related to this available in the dictionary is for you in their square and cube. And she is telling them that they have to leave the organization and from divine it seems they will get the punishment. I am telling you let me prove whether I am divine or you are divine! I am telling you – you will be punished. Both my present Rishi Nirantara, present Ma Rishi Nirantara they will not be punished. I am telling you. But you donkey, you will be punished. Come on let us see whether you are divine or I am divine. She has also threatened them saying that she will propagate this to public and devotees and abuse us. What kind of a person! Dirty donkey! We have seen enough demons like you! You are baccha! We have seen enough people like you. We have seen your mother superior itself who is another one thief sitting in Malyasia. We have seen enough thieves. I don’t know how these fellows are living. For now time being, I will go to the next question, but don’t think you got everything you need to get. You will get again and again regularly in all my Satsangs. I will continue on this question in next, next, next Satsangs! No you see this poor Ashramites are struggling to keep organizations alive and they are doing some free program. After all he is organizing and calling everybody. This one calls and says – aan! Get me my free car! Why don’t you ask for helicopter? We will drop you from there! ☺ And for that she is abusing also. How dare you abuse my ashramites! I will keep quiet anything you do for me. I will not keep quiet even a word uttered against my ashramites or my devotees. As long as you carry Bhakti in your heart, you have a powerful protection from me. And anybody who tries to say one word against my devotees and disciples, gone! I will just keep quiet I will not do anything. But you will see what happens. Alright let me move to next question temporarily.

2) {49:49} We have a question from Satish Balaji South Dacota he informs us that he has read some brands of maple syrup use lot pig fact during manufacturing process, Amenda Louis from Texas, US writes who is a professional baker tell us that brown or raw sugar that Americans or Europeans are familiar with is usually just refined white sugar with added coloring and flavor about this sugar ban. These are all about the sugar ban. So even maple syrup or the your so called raw sugar is also one and the same. So better use Bharatn jaggery. I will try to make it mass and make it available for you guys. We can get it done. Its available in Bharatn villages. And after all, now we have land. We can grow in that same land and do it. Its possible. So now two questions about this sugar.

3) {51:11} Sarva Bhaktika from Tumkur. You see I am talking so much about don’t suffer, drop your desire, drop your greed. Nobody sends any question about it. Just I made one statement about sugar. Last ten days the discussion is continuing ☺ Because sugar is a more important ingredient in their life than the fear or the greed or the death or enlightenment about which I am talking almost every day! People are affected more by me saying drop your sugar than by me saying drop your mind everyday almost! Almost every day I am screaming literally! At the highest possible pitch of my voice – drop your mind, drop your lower identity! Just one day I said drop your sugar! That’s it! I am flooded with questions. God! So to make people active and participate in the Satsang, once in a while I should bring like this something very sensational – sugar, gongura chutney, no really. God!

{52:52} This is a question from Sarva Bhaktika from Tumkur – After doing Inner Awakening, so many of my mental patterns have gone, especially the worrying pattern. Thank you so much! But the patterns like craving for snacks has not gone. ☺

Sarva Bhaktika you really need that Aghori tapas. Carry all the best things you like – snacks in the carry bag. You must be able to see the carry bag continuously. You see the bag should be see though carry bag. Now I am giving the definition, technique. Technique – 1- list all the items which you really like and which makes your tongue experience saliva collection the moment you remember. 2nd collect them and have a see through carry bag. Organize them properly there in that carry bag. 3rd carry them always around you and never eat even one bit from it. So Sarva Bhaktika, you can do the same technique which our Rishi did it, did and 2nd should we be very strict with our kids also in not using sugar? Sarva Bhaktika I know both your kids, you need to be very strict not only about sugar, about the food itself to both your kids!

My son is worried that he cannot eat ice cream anymore. Tell him he should not worry. He should feel relieved. In the young age itself he came to know about the secret that ice cream, the sugar in the ice cream brings cancer, feeds cancer cells. So he should know not only he should not be worried, he should feel blessed that he came to know about this secret in the young age itself. So tell him, he wants to feed himself or feed the cancer cell? He has to find out. Ask him. If you feed the things made out of natural jaggery, you will be feeding you. If you feed yourself with the ice cream you will be feeding the cancer cells. What do you want to feed? Find out. Tell him, he should not be worried. He should feel blessed. He got a mother in the young age itself who listens to a master, who finds out this kinds of sacred secrets and scaring secrets, not only sacred, scared – both. Scaring secrets and reveals it to us. He should be happy that he has me in his life, he has you who listens to me in his life. He should stop worrying, start celebrating.

4) {56:02} Ma Nithya Gitapriyananda – She says – She is writing the verse 47 from the 2nd chapter - 108 times in her book of heart as Swamiji asked us to do. She also adds she has finished wow! Vancouver Canada Gita Priya – are you there? Where is she? She is not there today in 2 way connection. 1008 times! Great! My blessings to Gita Priya! Gita Priya my blessings to you! She also says I am always completely immersed in listening to your stories and experiences. But most of the time it’s a sigh on my side wishing that it happened to me or I was so dedicated like you. I never complete in my life the things that really matter to me. I will always find an excuse that I am unable to accomplish things that does not work. So I am proud of myself that I completed writing this verse 1008 times. Gita Priya now I am giving you a boon because you wrote this one 1008 times and completed this properly, I bless you, you will get out of the pattern of not accomplishing things, no completing things. You will get out of that pattern. From now you will be able to complete and accomplish all the things you wanted. Blessings! It is my boon to you. Gita Priya you will see this boon works in your life from today. My blessings! When I give as a boon, you will see it works and I am giving also in public. So I am responsible for this boon. I will see that this boon works in your life. You are out of this wrong mental pattern which does not complete anything. Because you completed this one thing taking this as a Guru’s instruction, I am giving you my blessings. I am giving you my very mental pattern - how I complete when I take up everybody knows. I bless you. You will have this my very pattern! Now people around you only will feel you will be possessed by ghost. ☺ You are not possessed by any Bhoota, you will be possessed by Lord of the Bhootas - Bhoota Ganeshwara! ☺ You will have this powerful pattern of completing, accomplishing all the right tasks you take it up. You will take the right tasks and you will complete it beautifully!

It’s a there is a beautiful verse in Tamil by Ramana Maharshi on Arunachala (quotes a Tamil verse) he says the you have a glory, name everybody says without even asking you give. Please continue to do that in my life also. Great! Vijay you got it without asking! So Arunachala has proved his glory and his name. He says very clearly he has no expiry date. And his name and fame has no expiry date. Great!

Wow! So many questions. Ravi Rawat from Honkong, Ohio, Las Vegas. Alright. But already time is over. Now we need to enter into the Kriya.

{01:00:58} Today’s Kriya is again a very powerful Kriya. Today you are going to have the Kriya for Insomnia cure and I request all of you to have a glass, run for 1,2,3 and come back. Please understand, one instruction. Even while you do this Kriya before sleeping in the night, have a glass of water. After this Kriya, drink that water and sleep, fall asleep because this will bring such a powerful energy in you. If you want to run for 1,2,3 run and come back. And have a glass of water around you. Let’s start the kriya. Get ready for kriya.

{01:06:12} Come on, let us start the Kriya. Please assemble back. Its time. Come back.

{01:06:37} See it is a very powerful Kriya for Insomnia cure. If you do this Kriya and fall asleep, two thing will happen. Not only you will have a deep sleep, you will not have any dreams, disturbances by dreams. And next day, your quality of day and quality of consciousness both will be very very high! So understand, first step –

{01:07:16}

“Gulphau cha Vishaanasya adhaha Yat kramena samaahitaha | Paada-angushtau karaabhyaam cha Dhrutvaa cha prushta-deshataha”

“Jaalandharam samaasaadya Naasaagram avalokayet| Bhadraasanam bhavet etat Sarva-vyaadhi-vinaashakam”

Translation – “Place the heels crosswise under the genitals attentively; cross the hands behind the back and take hold of the toes of the feet . Fix the gaze on the tip of the nose, having previously adopted the mudra called Jaalandhara. This is Bhadraasana which destroys all sorts of diseases!” - Gheranda Samhita , 2nd Upadesha, 9th and 10th verses. Yes.

{01:08:32} Now I will guide you step by step. First please place the heals cross wise under the genitals. Sit like this (Swamiji demonstrates and shows it). Hold the feet with the hands. And now, please understand, using the hand knee joints, push the leg. Using the hand knee joints, this two part, push the leg – push as much as you can. At least ten times or you can do like this also like butterfly (Swamiji demonstrates the butterfly pose by flapping both his legs) Do it ten times. Stop. And again ten times. Stop. Again ten times. Again ten times.

{01:10:14} Next step – Jalandhara.

“Kanta-sankochanam krutvaa Chibukam hrudaye nyaset | Jaalandhare krute bandhe Shodasha-aadhaara-bandhanam”

“Contracting the throat, place the chin on the chest. This is called Jalandhara Bandha. ”

Means just keep this chin on the chest (Swamiji demonstrates this by placing his chin on his chest). Don’t allow any movement through the throat. Just (Swamiji demonstrates again) You can even visualize certain sacred syllables like a ‘Shiva,’ ‘Hraam,’ ‘Hreem,’ any of the sacred sounds in your throat and lock it.

Hold as long as you can. When you can’t hold, release very slowly. Again hold. Do this 16 times. Hold. When you feel you can’t hold anymore, relax. Again hold, again relax. Do this 16 times. Actually if you do it, even now you may feel like sleeping. Such a powerful process. It will induce the sleep immediately. Means put your body into the restful awareness.

Sri Nirantara is not doing properly. Come on, close, leg closer! Ma Krishnananda, I don’t think you are doing Bhadrasana, you are doing some Siddhasana.

In Bhadrasana doing Jalandhara bandha means locking the throat and putting the chin on the chest. Lock, hold as long as you can and again release. Again lock. This technique is very useful even for Brahmacharya.

{01:17:54} Now the next step. Next step is Nabho mudra –

“Yatra yatra sthithaha yogee Sarva-kaaryeshu sarvadaa | Oordhva-jihvaha sthiraha bhootvaa

Dhaarayet pavanam sadaa | Nabhomudraa bhavet eshaa Yoginaam roganaashinee”

“Wherever the yogi may be may be, he should always, in everything he does, be sure to keep the tongue turned upwards and constantly hold the breath. “

Please understand tongue turning and upwards. Turn the tongue, roll it and push it up. And hold the breath. With closed eyes, hold the breath. Again you see same pranayama techniques only, at different different level I am asking you to hold. When you hold here (points out to chin placed on chest) the experience in the body will be different, when you hold in the tongue, the experience will be different. Now hold in the tongue as long as you can. When you can’t hold anymore. Hold at least few seconds more. Then relax. Again hold. Do this same.

Do this Nabho Mudra at least 16 times.

{01:24:07} Next step next step - Bhastrika – please understand, this is the last step. Once you finish this, your whole body will fall into a restful awareness. It is a very powerful step.

“Bhastraiva lohakaaraanaam Yathaa-kramena sambhramet | Tathaa vaayum cha naasaabhyaam Ubhaabhyaam Chaalayet shanaihi”

Translation - “As the bellows of the ironsmith constantly dilate and contract, similarly let him slowly draw in the air by both the nostrils and expand the stomach; then throw it out quickly (the wind making sound like bellows).”

Please understand, I will give you the instruction, just like a Ironsmith’s air bellow dilating and contracting, inhale through both nostrils. Expand the stomach and then throw it out quickly! I will show you (Swamiji demonstrates the asana) Keep your mouth shut tight.

I will show you completely, please listen. See it first. (Swamiji once again demonstrates)

Try to keep the mouth shut and tight. Blow it away only through nose. Because blowing through mouth is another one Kriya. It is separate. Now don’t do that. Inhale, let your stomach expand. Throw it out quickly!

Now do it very slowly. First inhale very slowly. Let your stomach expand, suddenly blow it quickly. Do this 21 times. Inhale, expand the stomach suddenly blow it out quickly. Do it again and again.

Relax.

{01:32:09} Actually this Kriya will directly cure Insomnia. And after this, please drink the water, little water. See especially the kids, sorry, couples who don’t have kids, if you have a glass of milk and put the Gauri Shankar Rudraksha in it - before the Kriya, drop the Gauri Shankar Rudraksha in a glass of milk. Drink end of the Kriya, I can say very clearly, within a month, you will conceive. And this Kriya along with a glass of milk, don’t swallow the Rudraksha. ☺ Keep the Rudraksha Gauri Shankar in the glass of milk, drink the milk. Both should drink the milk – husband, wife both should drink the milk.

{01:33:03} Anyhow, now practice this Kriya, directly this will heal, cure insomnia, it will take away the sleeplessness.
