Let’s enter into today’s sutra. I will speak on Bhagavad Gita 2nd chapter Sankhya Yoga 34th verse –

“akirtim capi bhutani kathayisyanti te 'vyayam sambhavitasya cak – irtir maranad atiricyate”

I wanted all the devotees also to have one Bhagavad Gita book. If possible our publication. If you are not having our publication, get at least some other publication from tomorrow and chant before I enter into the verse. Today I am seeing only Bidadi ashramites having the book. Los Angeles, do you have the book? Ah, okay. They escaped ☺ What about Chandra and Darshana? They don’t have book in Guadeloupe. They don’t understand whatever instruction I am giving in English is for them. What bout Ma Shivananda? She doesn’t have the book. Come on, where is the book? Having in library is not the thing. You should be having it in the lap for chanting ☺ Come on, in Oklahoma now only they are searching for the book. Bhanu is running telling them aiy get the book! What is going on Sri Tejo? “akirtim capi bhutani kathayisyanti te 'vyayam sambhavitasya cak – irtir maranad atiricyate”

Great. See from today, along with Bhagavad Gita I will teach Sanskrit also for you guys. I will finish teaching Sanskrit also. See by the time I finish the Bhagavad Gita, you should be able to pick up any simple Sanskrit book and read and understand by yourself. See Bhagavan is so intelligent, he has used all the commonly used words. If you just understand the words he has used, you don’t even need to pick up the grammar. Of course I also don’t know, that is different. If you just pick up the word and the meaning after the Bhagavad Gita Satsang. You see I feel I may take around one year to complete the Bhagavad Gita. By the time I complete the Bhagavad Gita Satsang, you will be able to pick up any Sanskrit book and read by yourself and understand. That is the reason if you have a book, Sanskrit Bhagavad Gita in your hand, it will be easy for you.

“akirtim capi bhutani kathayisyanti te 'vyayam sambhavitasya cak – irtir maranad atiricyate”

The translation – people too will remember your everlasting dishonor and one to one who has been honored, dishonor is worse than death. The world will narrate your ill fame in an unending manner. To a person honored ill fame surpasses even death.

“akirtim – infaming, ca – also, api – also, bhutani – all people kathayisyanti – will speak te – of you, avyayam – undying, sambhavitasya – of respectable man ca – also, akirtir – ill fame, maranad – death, atiricyate – becomes more than

Just see word by word meaning. You don’t need to memorize. See most of you know little bit of Hindi or any one Bharatn language. Any one Bharatn language is enough for you to learn Sanskrit. So all the words now I read – akirtim, ca, api, bhutani, kathayisyanti, te, avyayam, sambhavitasya, ca, airtir, maranad, atiricyate!

All these words are available in all Bharatn languages. Please understand, now whatever words I read all these words are available in all Bharatn languages. So it is not a big thing. By the time we end the Bhagavad Gita, not only you will be having the complete knowledge of Bhagavad Gita, I want you to know Bhagavad Gita in its original language - Sanskrit. Let me enter into the sacred secrets in this verse.

“akirtim capi bhutani kathayisyanti te 'vyayam sambhavitasya cak – irtir maranad atiricyate”

People too will remember your everlasting dishonor and one to one who has been honored, dishonor is worse than death.

Bhagavan is touching exactly the engram in which Arjuna is caught. Please understand through this verse Bhagavan is conveying two thing – one – where Arjuna is caught. Arjuna is caught in certain samskaras – engrams. Bhagavan is showing to Arjuna exactly where he is caught. Bhagavan says the world will narrate your ill fame. Kathayisyanti - the cheapest fear a man can have is the fear of others words. I wanted to tell you the fellows who talk too much cannot have opinions. Please understand, this is one of the important secret. That is why no media can have their own opinion. They talk so much, they abuse so much, so many people, they can’t have opinion. Opinion is different, abusing is different. Abusing is just because you are there in front of them – blah, blah, blah, blah – that’s it. If you talk to them alone - we didn’t mean that much, we didn’t mean that. It is a way of talking, it is a way of saying. That is why common mass also does not bother about media’s words. They throw it away. I am seeing. I am now travelling often to Tamil Nadu where so much of abusal is done against us. So much of abusal is being done. I was going all over Tamil Nadu. Not a single fellow even bothers to believe this Sun TV and Nakheeran. I am really surprised. I thought oh God! What is this? After all they are also spending crores and crores and establishing such a huge infrastructure. To run a magazine is not a joke. I tell you. With our Nithyanandam how much we are struggling I know. Editing it, printing it, and reaching it to the retail shops and then inspiring those fellows to buy, advertisement – so much. These fellows also finally buy, read, and throw it in the dust bin and does not believe. I was really shocked. Poor Nakheeran fellow how many lakhs and lakhs he spent. At least crores I think. Put posters of my morphed pictures all over Tamil Nadu. Every street, every village and circulated the magazine, abused me left & right, but end of the day, see, nobody believes what he wrote ☺ I was shocked. Its not that we are working only with our devotees now. We are working with public. Again thousands of people are coming, wherever I am going. Thousands are gathering. I send many of our devotees like a common people tell them go and mix into the crowd and ask them what they are believing and what they are saying. How come they are gathering again to listen to me? not a single soul is bothered about what they wrote. They say – aiy! Nakheeran fellow, that idiot’s job is continuously abusing others. Who wants to believe it? it is a good entertainment but not informative. Everybody knows it is not factual. It is pen prostitution. People read for 10 minutes to have a kind of a spicy feeling. After that throw it in the dust bin. So understand, person who constantly talks cannot have opinion, person who has opinion will not talk much. So I tell you. Don’t be afraid of people talking about you. Fellows who go on talking can’t do anything. Fellows who can do something will not be talking. The worst fear, cheapest fear a man can have. It is like a you have a fear – oh! After this Satsang when I get up and walk, maybe I will tumble on my mattress and fall and break my head and die. If you are having this fear and anybody save you? even I cannot save you. How can you tumble on the mattress, fall on the mattress and die? This is what I call cheap fear. Even in fear so illogical, so cheap, so idiotic. Small story –

A woman was letting her husband have it with just a touch of more venom than usual. She was shouting – You are an idiot, you have always been and idiot, you will always be an idiot. If you had an idiot contest you would come in second. That guy was shocked. Why would I come in second? Asked the husband. Because you are an idiot! ☺ Understand, do not bother about what people talk. People who go on passing opinion cannot achieve anything, cannot do anything. People who have a capacity to do does not waste their time in passing opinion.

“akirtim capi bhutani kathayisyanti te 'vyayam sambhavitasya cak – irtir maranad atiricyate”

kathayisyanti - that is the key word. Bhagavan says people will talk. Please understand as I said only even among idiots the cheapest only will be bothered about the fear of others words. As I said if you are afraid you will tumble on the mattress, fall on it and die, nobody can save you. That is the cheapest idiotic fear. Same way if you are afraid of others words

Greatest liberation in the life is liberation from others words! Our scriptures says – “Yogasya pradhamam dvaram vaang nirodaha” – the first step for Yoga is controlling the words. Always people have interpreted this controlling your words. I give you the right understanding, the sacred secret in this sutra – the first step for yoga is not just controlling your words, controlling that others words don’t affect you. The uttered words does not penetrate you and disturb you. You not uttering word, you reducing your words and others words not affecting you. Both put together is “Yogasya pradhamam dvaram vaang nirodaha.” I tell you allowing others words to affect you. I will not even allow you to be called as human being. If I have freedom, I will not even give you the human being card. Allowing others words to affect you – what a cheap personality. You don’t even know you. You don’t even have you. Standing with your integrity. Standing with your clarity is life. I tell you all the worst things happens to you by the decisions you make from letting others words affect you. The worst thing can happen in your life is allowing this appraisal briefing. They come and tell oh still your wearing this Swami’s mala, still you are going to temple, you don’t know about him…in 10 minutes – wah! I never heard all this things, throw the mala and stop going to the temple. Who is the loser? You donkey! Who calls you here? We are happy with ourselves. Better you fellows are be where you belong to – the pig ben. This appraisal is the worst conspiracy. Listening to this briefings, appraisals and taking decisions. You see especially if I have to write the cancer with which Bharatns are suffering. See all Bharatns, almost all Bharatns are suffering with one cancer. That is called kathayisyanti – bababbababa – few minutes anybody - bababababab – mother in-law goes on briefing about daughter in law to all family members, daughter in law goes around and goes on briefing about mother in law to all her family members. Each group goes on briefing – bababbabababa! Please understand, I wanted to give you some of the real studies and researches. See a study by Jennifer Werner Health news web md health news study done by him, he says people are influenced by gossip about others even if it contradicts what they have seen with their own eyes. Please understand, even if you come to my program, attend and get the benefit, you are healed physically, mentally, awakened spiritually, when you go back somebody gives you the gossip – aiy, you don’t know they are doing all Tantra practices in the classes. Which class? You ask. They say Inner Awakening. You say – no, I attended 2 Inner Awakening. No, no, no. you don’t know. It is truth. It is written in the newspapers. It is written there, it is written here, it is written in the Nithyananda cult website, in Nithyananda cult blog. It is written in this website, that blog. This site, that newspaper, this yellow journal - Nakheeran, Finally end of all the bababbaba briefing you sit and think maybe who knows one night I went and attended earlier did not attend the full session. I think that is the night they were doing all that! You donkey you did not attend. Your wife was sitting in the session, your son was sitting in the session, if something was wrong next day they would have told you. It is really strange. It is really strange they have done so many studies and analysis. See they took 126 college students series of computer game sessions. The players were asked to rate other players based on their anonymous interactions with them via computer. And then, again after they read the pre-set statements about the players gathered during the initial rounds of play, the study showed the gossip about the co-operative game players was more positive than gossip written about uncooperative players. That is one thing. second, study also showed the influence of gossip remained significant even when the player had a direct information about a player based on earlier interaction. Researchers have found 44% of players changed their decision about their peers in the later rounds after reading the gossip. Please understand, even when you know with your personal interaction, when you hear a gossip - maybe who knows that is true. Human mind is so weak it does not believe its experience but it believes what others vomit after they go through their half baked experience! I myself let this scandal happen actually because I was gathering all these donkeys and idiots who don’t have a personal strength. It is like a beggars coming with a old broken begging bowl, dented begging bowl, carrying diamonds in that. That is the way I was being used. I don’t have a problem in sharing all the diamonds I have with the whole world. But the fellow who are receiving, he does not need to carry the gold vessel to carry the diamond. At least ordinary steel vessel. A little bit of qualification is required. Otherwise this fellow may not even know he should sell the diamond and make money, with that money and he should buy food and eat. Sometimes these fools directly swallow the diamond ☺ because it has been put in their begging bowl! They know only one thing whatever is put in their begging bowl, they eat. So that kind of fools should not receive this diamond. I saw that kind of fools started receiving these diamonds which I brought to the planet earth – the extraordinary powers, experiences and energies. That’s the reason I let this scandal happen. Come on its time. Lets kill. All these fellows who are great about the briefing. I tell you even the most intelligent fellows fall prey for briefing, for appraisal. But if you are so cheap and weak, you will be fallen for an appraisal, for a briefing, I think better you keep away from me. That is the statement I want to make. That is reason I just waited let all this boiling happen. Understand biggest cancer psychological cancer all Bharatns are suffering is Kathaishyanthi either you are suffering with the one part talking about others, or suffering with the other part afraid of others words – both. These two are the largest cancer, largest disease with which Bharatns are suffering.

kathayisyanti te 'vyayam. I think we are suffering from this disease from the times of Maha Bharatha. That is why Bhagavan is talking about it in Gita. Bhagavan is telling in Gita kathayisyanti! He knows and not only people will be talking, he knows Arjuna is afraid of others talking. He goes to the extreme - dishonor is worse than death. Dishonor is worse than death. This word is the next key word maranad atiricyate, akirtir maranad atiricyate - It is true with death at least you are in completely new situation – new body and new people. But with the defaming, with the defamation same old people, but your personality is dead. Pl understand its like crushing your personality, but torturing you constantly by the same people. See if you lost your personality and lost all the same people no problem. It is like when you change a job, with your old job, old office goes and all the problem, all the mistake you did goes. And all old affairs you had goes. Everything goes. You are now in a new place. You can start all new. Death is like complete fresh. There is even a chance thinking new, working new, creating new relationships, doing everything new. But with defamations it is like your whole personality is shaken. Your credibility is questioned. People who lived around you doesn’t look at you in the same way they looked at it till yesterday. Everything is taken away. But you have to live with the same body, same mind with the same people and same situation. God! I tell you I faced defamation. The worst defamation. What Krishna says is true! Defamation is worse than death. But I tell you just because of that don’t change your principles. Stand by it. or intensify it. Either if you can, intensify your principles after defamation. If you can’t at least stand by it. See before this all this rumors and scandal, our official introduction about me was a living enlightened master. After this scandal and rumors we suddenly changed it to A living incarnation. That’s all! I just became more truthful. Who cares! I tell you fellows who pass opinion, can’t do anything. People who can do something don’t waste their time in passing opinions. So understand Bhagavan is saying – kathayisyanti, using a very beautiful word - kathayisyanti - talking. He is not saying opinion. He is saying narrating. People will narrate. Just because people narrate don’t think they have a opinion about you. No. Just the other day, some of the media fellows who abused me left and right when some of our devotees spoke to them privately, they themselves do not have that kind of opinion which they preach to the whole world! The opinion they created to others, they themselves don’t have. They are only narrators. Narrators don’t have opinions. Understand, so finally, end of the game, who gets cheated? The fellow who believed the narration and created the opinion. Neither narrator has a opinion, nor the opinion is true. But the fellow who heard the narrator’s opinion and created opinion is a loser. That is the end of the game! Blessed are those who does not allow the briefing, appraisal effect their life style and opinion and understandings!

Arjuna is suffering with that engram of others opinion. So Bhagavan is doing two things through this verse. One – Idiot! You are suffering with this engram, get out of it. One. Second – aiy! you are suffering with this engram, you are going to have more suffering because of this same engram because others are going to talk about you. One drop the engram, second, do something which will not bring this situation for you. If you take only one part of the meaning of this verse that Bhagavan is saying others will talk about you defamation is worse than death come on fight. Then you reduce Bhagavan to a very low level of teacher. Bhagavan is Adi moolam not just an incarnation, Poornavtara, he is Avatari from whom all incarnations come out! Don’t reduce him just to a teacher who says dos and don’ts vidhi nishedaha no. Bhagavan goes one step further – iay! You are suffering with the engram of others opinion, come out of that and take care your actions also don’t feed them too much. He is doing both. He is using the engram which Arjuna has to lift him. It is like a somebody has fallen in the water, how you throw a rope or a hook and get him out. See for the hook to get connected to your body, you need to have something on your body. So here Arjuna is having this engram as a rope or cloth in his body. Bhagavan is tying, putting his hook on that cloth, on that rope and pulling Arjuna out of the suffering.

“World will narrate your ill fame in an unending manner. To a person honored, ill fame surpasses even death.”

Meditate on this one sacred sutra – do not allow others appraisal, opinion, briefing to affect your life style, decision or and personal experiences, experience based understandings. Today as you all may be aware. We are having the Vijaya Dasami celebrations, morning the Devi Visarjana rituals are there. So we will conclude the Satsang within the next few minutes. After the Satsang, you can continue to be on eNtv and see the Devi Visarjana rituals, it will go on till 9 o clock. Now sit for few minutes remembering this one sacred secret. Do not allow others appraisals, briefings to hit, change your life style, opinion, understandings, based on your personal experience. Meditate on this sacred secret.
