The Satsang

Understand if you have two continuous thoughts without confusion you will trust your mind. Vyasa ensures you will not have second thought without confusion. Then naturally your trust over the mind disappears.

He does not wait for you to get prepared; I tell you all techniques are just replacement for the pure enlightenment; very poor substitute, very poor substitute for enlightenment.

Vyasa's Job is something extraordinary. Just by words, just by repeating different, different, different, different words, he can ensure that all your past present future understandings about you, world and the life gets so thoroughly confused. Of course because of no other words I am using the word confusion. I can use the word fusion instead of word confusion because it is loaded with so much of negative meaning. All these ideas gets into a kind of fusion. Your trust about your mind disappears; you open your eyes and see.

See your mind is a servant, as long as you trust your servant, his report is right, you will not look into the reality as it is. It’s like something is happening somewhere, you ask your servant the report what is happening there? As long as you trust you will be believing that fellows report. But unfortunately, he can look and report only in his level. He cannot report more than his level. Only when you stop trusting him you will feel the necessity for you to go and see there, first hand.

Same way, only when you stop trusting the reports given by your mind about the whole, you will start looking straight into the truth, into the reality. Otherwise you will never understand. See till you drop the mind, even your meditation, even your techniques may be second opinion. You can’t ensure always the second opinions are right.

Here is a story for you.

A blonde wants to start a chicken farm , goes to the shop and buys 100 chicken, comes back after a month and says, ‘all the chicken are dead please give me 100 more’. Again within month she comes back and says ‘all my chicken are dead please give me 100 more’. This happens continuously again and again and again and again; almost 6 times. the 7th time it was too much for the wholesaler. The guy was unable to understand and asks ‘why what is happening? Every time within a month you comeback saying that all the 100 chicken are dead.’ She says ‘No. I think now I know where I am going wrong.’ The whole seller asked, ‘Oh you understood where you are going wrong. So you won’t kill them anymore’. She says ‘Yes, I think now I know where I am going wrong; I am planting them too deep’.

Understand all your techniques are 7th time buying. All your techniques are 7th time buying. But you don’t understand in life there is no trial and error; when you miss, miss; that’s all.

An army officer and trainee both of them have jumped from the air craft. Suddenly the trainee shouts ‘My parachute is not opening’. Army officer says, ‘Don’t worry soldier. This is just an exercise’.

Whether it is an exercise or real jumping, your parachute has to open every time. There is no trial and error in life.

Vyasa does not want you to have techniques because techniques are trial and error. Many time you try to catch them. I tell you unclutching itself is not a technique. With technique you always tend to cheat.

I have seen people playing with techniques and avoiding the truth. They play with the Rama's name and shut the door for Rama. They play with Krishna's name and shut the door for Krishna. They play with Shiva’s name and shut the door for Shiva when he comes in the form of Guru.

Many time you miss it and mess it.
