1) In what ways might extreme transparency

Tiger Clark, first thing the extreme transparency is not the way for outer way life. Be very clear only when you are working with an enlightenment being for enlightenement you need extreme transparency that also from the root of the patterns. You may need to open you past, your present plans and future only to see the root of the patterns. Otherwise for an outside organization or corporate company extreme transparency is not the solution. ..in organization others need to respect that you are a stable person. with master whether you are stable or not, both need to be open. Only when you are working with a sangha of enlightened master extreme transparency is reqd. otherwise not reqd. see morn you have one mood swing, you have one mood swing in the noon, you have one mood swing in the night one, in organization you don’t need to have transparency because it will become unstable. The stability will be lost. Only in spiritual work master needs to know your stable unstability and unstable stability. Some people are established in instability very stably. Please understand in stability unstably established in unstability stably established. Whether you are constantly stable or unstable or constantly stable once in a while become unstable or vice versa extreme transparency is required only when you are with an enlightened being so that he can work on your root pattern and clear. Only in the highest purpose of relationship like guru disciple relationship it is reqd. in corporate companies it is not required. Because you yourself are not clear about it, then what will show to others. Morning you have some idea, evening one idea, night one idea. You are just a chaos so which side of chaos you will share or show to other person? For example if you are depressed, you saying I will show to others is not transparency. If you tell everybody that I am not depressed that also need not be true because that part is also there in you. only with an enlightened being you can be extreme transparent. Only in guru disciple relationship you need this kind of extreme transparency. In outer organanization you don’t need extreme transparency. The totality of you how finally it gets perceived by you and others if that much transparency is there that is enough. Nothing more is reqd. so Tiger Clark only in the individual’s highest purpose like enlightenment and guru disciple relationship you need extreme transparency not in the so called social organization or corporate organizations. And the transparency is dangerous in the political organizations. It is dangerous and not going to help in the political organizations. In social organ it will not help much. But in guru disciple relationship a complete transparency may be very helpful, very powerful for you to be enlightened. I tell you just by being complete transparent with Guru you may never lose anything. it may only lead you to enlightenment.

2) Radha Chandra

This is a very beautiful question. Radha Chandra, create an ambience where knowledge and creativity is celebrated! I tell you. this can happen only a person who owns or who takes the maximum responsibility of that organization itself is celebrating knowledge and creativity. See, I myself celebrate consciousness and consciousness in unique ways like deities because I myself celebrate, whoever is inspired impressed by me they also start celebrating. I know thousands of devotees starting bowing down in front of deity after seeing me. before that they went to temple only to see. Only now deity means something huge for them. Because now they see me celebrate in unique ways. So people who are seeing are also celebrating. Same way, a person who owns the place who takes the responsibility if he celebrates, understand if he celebrates then the creativity, the internal enterpreneurs, varied portfolio opportunities will start expressing. Radha Chandra many people try to do this with incentives and money. I don’t think money plays a major role in this. the very mood of the life style plays a major role. Just yesterday I received an information that 5 of our Brahmacharis are staying in Madhura Aadinam to help in work. I myself spoke to Swamji and he was so happy to see modern day youngsters so honestly authentically following the spiritual traditions. Swamiji was telling me I was really shocked he said Swamiji I cannot understand how humble, honest, spiritual, truthful all the 5 sanyasis you sent. And I wanted all of you to know all the five are rejected pieces of Dhyanapeetam whom I threw out from here for discipline reasons. Now only I und all the Microsoft drop outs are in high demand because the threshold is so high. It is not that they are showing great tapas. No. just simple things like eating twice a day. One Brahmachari cooks for ten people the whole day for that he feels he is so hard working!

Actually after talking to that Swamiji, I spoke to all the Brahmacharis and tightened their routine. I have completely tightened their routine saying that every day morning go to Meenakshi temple and have Darshan. But one thing before they went, I told them it is Meenakshi’s palace you will hear anklet sound and Jasmine smell, all the Bramhacharis had! ☺ All the fellows and they are saying sometime it is frightening because late night 3, 4 hours all of us are able to hear. Not just one. And if we close our eyes we see tall form, greenish color, these guys are describing. I said hundred years at least, more than 160 years the period Meenakshi was in body at least hundred years she was in travel. Rest of the years she went travelling and conquered in wars. The present Adinam was the palace, the bedroom where she used to stay. And that poor fellow Chokkanadhar will come there and he will be lying around near Viageyi drinking some Soma rasa and with some bhootas he will be gambling. Anyhow, his life style was totally diff. once in a while he will come to palace when Meenakshi was in palace to take money for gambling. He had a typical south Bharatn drunkard husband. He had amazing joyful life because Meenakshi took all the resp. Anyhow, see the very ambience I have created has evolved the standards. Constantly reminding, constantly celebrating because constantly the tapas is celebrated here, constantly the serving is celebrated here, sacrifice is celebrated here, that kind of a ambience is created. now all those five brahmacharis I am seeing even they have they are feeling oh God we are big guys then. Of course for social outer world standards they are really big guys. But the standard of the mysticism enlightenment they are growing. I want to give this example to you whether it is varied portfolio development or internal entrepreneural development happens by the whole ambience and the way of life created not by money. Here I have created the ambience by way of life otherwise no other thing can make it into the reality, the possibility. Radha Chandra no incentive or measure system can help encouraging internal entrepreneurial or nurture the varied portfolio opportunities. Only way of life, only celebrating the internal entrepreneural and celebrating that varied portfolios only celebrating will help. Nothing else!

Are phobias the result of some evil happening in a past life? Since they have no basis in our current experience, how can we get over them?

Irfan, 2, 3 things you need to understand. First thing there are some phobias result of some evil happening in past life. Not all phobias. 2nd anything happened in the past life it effects your present and future it is evil happening. But anything does not effect your present and future, it is not evil happening. 3rd you are saying since they have no basis….

The only way to get over the phobias is untiringly reminding them that they have no basis in your current experience. See it is like a phobias are like mood swings. When somebody comes to me with a mood swing, I don’t keep quiet. I remind, remind, remind, remind, remind. Sometime people around me ask me Swamiji what is there to advice them. all the words they already know. I tell them no now they don’t know. Remind! Even the basic truths in Guru disciple relationship he boils you like a potato. Potato tries to jump out of the pot, please don’t do it. wait. Then your mind will say can I suppress, suppress and how can I kill it. only by suprresinng, it dies….basic truths like a for apple, b for ball, again and again reminding. Irfan, all phobias are nothing but mood swings. When mood swings are strengthened it is called phobias when phobias are in initial level it is called mood swings.

See phobia or mood swing only one thing whether they are able to repeat something in more frequency or you are able to repeat. They say life is bad hundred times and you repeat life is good 120 times. That decides. That’s all. So powerful antedote for phobia is Ajapa japa. …

Whether you are going to repeat more number of times or the phobia is going to repeat more number of times is the game! Phobia is nothing but opposite house maami having a big mike and speaker for all her gossip. You have a louder speakers that’s all! Have more number of speakers and have louder speakers. That’s it. nothing else. Opposite house maami always sit and gossip. If you get a mike also, what will happen? Now you decide. How many number of times you repeat. It is just the number of times repeating. If your phobia says I am afraid, afraid, you say I am beyond everything, I am beyond everything that’s all! Don’t say I am not afraid because the word afraid is there. Just say I am beyond everything. Or just do the mantra. That’s it. for all phobias the powerful solution is ajapa japa. Do not decide along with phobia or mood swing ----but stand with ajapa japa. Sometime people ask me if we completely surrender to cosmos, how can we make decisions. Always suggestions will be put in your ears, listen to that. he puts in your ears. After that it is your choice. Understand all mood swings are frozen mood swings. The only solution for phobias is ajapa japa. Even if you have phobia for flight or closed space, when you are having that phobia do ajapa japa you will see it will disappear

whether you are a male or female your role marriage is sharpening your capabilities of compassion, compatibility and ability to accommodate more people into your fear and greeds, goals, ambitions, ability to accommodate them in your inner space. Ability to keep them feel connected to what you want and ability to connect with what they want. I tell you marriage is nothing but one life Guru disciple relationship. Guru disciple relationship is eternal life afterlife after life. After marriage has lot of wrong components. I am not talking those components. Our marriage has many of the wrong understandings or meanings. I am not talking about the legal marriage you understand. Anyhow, let me put it in very simple way. Andrea, only when your ambitions, goals, find place for the other person and the other person’s ambitions and goals find place for you, you will be homely. You will be fulfilling your role in marriage. Other than that, no other way. One more thing I want to tell you – you cannot have completely union of mind. For that to happen both persons should be in no mind space. The union of minds never happens. at least be very clear both of you find place in each of your ambitions and goals. Whatever is your ambition, goal, you see to it that you find place for the other person and same way for other person’s ambition and goal you should find space. That is the only way you will be fulfilling your role in marriage!
