1) First Rafik, you need to understand, life is not capitalistic. Life is neither capitalistic, nor communist or socialist. Please understand capitalism teaches the ownership who owns is a big guy. Communism teaches whether you work or not everything belongs to you. Communism is a way of Tamas. Means inertia. Why should you have. Whether I work or not let me also have. ..the whole communist philosophy is born out of inertness - tamas, the whole capitalistic philosophy is born out of rajas restlessness. Life is peace satva. Then what is life? Does life believe in communism or capitalism? No the major components of your life like disease, death, contentment, life satisfaction. Just like job satisfaction, life satisfaction. Just before the screen opened when I came from the Garbha mandir to here, this Bramhachari who takes care of the stage, he brought the mike and the healing stick. The moment I took the healing stick the look I gave him. I usually give him a sweet look only then music will work for next few minutes. If he is not kept in good mood your kundalini will not be awakened your kundalini awakening is not dependent only on me, but on him also. And then the Brahmacharini brought my morning juice. It is orange juice the moment I drank and put this mike, I was thinking what to speak. Because only in the morning before the screen opens I decide what to speak. Suddenly one thought came whatever mood now I have let me express that. then I looked in what mood I have? This one word life satisfaction. Completely the life is satisfying. Nothing more needs to be achieved. Because just before coming for papa puja I was discussing with one of my rishis. What is this. on one side I am beating this big big politicians, I am one in the hundred of the list of most spiritually influential people. But I am not able to build a welcome c enter for my Ashram. One side I am competing beating so many spiritual and religious organizations we are one in the hundred most spiritually influential people, who come I am not able to build a welcome center for the own campus I am staying? Immediately the Rishi who was driving the car clarified my doubt. He said Swamiji beating, competing, becoming one in the hundred, becoming most influential all this you are doing. Construction we are doing! I said yes you clarified my doubt. All my doubts are cleared. Now I am a Vimukta ☺ but whatever happens the life satisfaction the depth of life satisfaction is so much. I wanted to tell you imp component of life is life satisfaction which is neither capitalistic nor communist. A country may be capitalist or communist but life the principles of life are n neither capitalist nor communist. Why you take birth where you take birth, why you get the disease when you get the disease. Why somebody has a high life satisfaction, somebody such worst mental disorders, I tell you I am really telling you I know millions of fellows who are loaded with billions of rupees, but if you see their personal life you will not be jealous of them because so much suffering. If somebody wants me to exchange my position with Karunanidhi I will say simply no. he is loaded with money, so many things. If somebody----kalanidhi Maran, he is loaded with money and may do anything he wants, but I tell you the major components of life, the principles of life is not supporting. Maybe the principles of country, society is supporting him, not the principles of life. There are many capitalistic fellows who built their lives with narrow self-interest without any ethical foundation. But I tell you. Principles of life is totally different. Let me make it very clear. If a country supports capitalism, you may get the benefits given by the country‘s infra structure, you may have wealth, house, boat house, wealth, zeros in your bank balance. But only when the life’s principles supports you – you will have the gifts of life – health, life satisfaction you feeling life is over flowing. I tell you anything is worth sacrificing to have this feeling life is over flowing, life is romance. I am not talking about the ordinary romance between men and women which is skin deep which just goes away the moment the sweat is wiped off. I am not talking about that. I am talking about the feeling life itself is romance. As I said just sipping a cup of juice and putting the mike into my ears see this is not some great action to feel life satisfaction. But just that two action I can see wow! I can feel very clearly inside the life satisfaction. The whole life is moving from one satisfaction to another satisfaction moment. This moment is so beautifully satisfied and the next moment much more satisfied. In Tamil there is a proverb if your husband is standing by you, and the whole world is standing by you. You can win the whole world. Means if there is no internal problem you can win the world. I tell you if you mind is standing by you, if your body is standing by you, you can win the whole cosmos.

I can see very clearly when this life satisfaction is oozing out, you can inspire elevate anybody. You need to understand the principles of life. May be with the country, go with the principles which the country believes. If you are in China go with the principles of Communism that is what country believes. If you are in the US go with principles of capitalism. That is what country believes. Democracy is nothing but that which is created by capitalism to divert your eyes away from their money. That is why all capitalistic countries are democratic. They say it is all about democracy, let us talk about democracy. Public says no let us talk about capitalism. Let us not hide our ugly capitalistic concepts behind a thin screen of democracy. Unfortunately, the corruption has made even our political system into capitalism. Man with money wins, that’s all. If corruption is not removed, if our elections are not tightened and reformed, our elections are more capitalistic. In this capitalism media also takes part. That’s all. Principles of life are neither capitalistic nor communism. Capitalism says man who has more is a big guy. Communism says everybody is equal. The principles of life says man who takes the responsibility has the right to enjoy. that’s all. Not man who owns has the right to enjoy. not the man who can grab has the right to enjoy. no. man who takes the responsibility has the right to live. Understand all your questions related to money, all the parts of your life impacted by money, those problems attend with the principles of your country’s ism – capitalism or communism. If you are in China and you have a problem of money, you need to find a solution through principles of communism, Bharat capitalism---but if you have problems with life like health, life satisfaction, happenings of life whether it is a birth, death, mental health as I said the life satisfaction, fulfillment in the life, there are so many things related to life. Those life’s principles. If you have a problem related to life’s principles find solutions with this truth – man who takes responsibility has the right to enjoy. this is the principle of life! If you have questions about disease, desires, karma, questions related to life, why somebody has so much of mental peace, some other people don’t have it, why some people have so much of life satisfaction, some people don’t have it. do you know the most important recent survey happened, world’s happiest country is Bharat based on the survey by UNESCO. They have done a very beautiful survey taking specimens from all backgrounds giving them a long questionnaire. Finally end of the survey they say world’s most happiest country, means more number of people report life satisfaction for all these questions – questions related to life, life satisfaction, the principle of life need to be understood. One more thing I wanted to remind. If you want to infuse the life principles into you corporate place, in your work place understand few things. First thing you need to know capitalism degenerates into narrow self- interest without a strong ethical foundation. With capitalism you do not have a strong ethical foundation. So re-write, re-think in all your thinking process and evolution infuse responsibility. Let every person who is part of your organization be told about his responsibility. Spend at least one hour on making everybody understand their responsibility. Pl und never think if you take one hour then the productivity is lost. No. I am taking every day 5 hours from all my ashramites whoever is part of my sangha, where you are a volunteer, or ashramite, or rishi or whoever every morning I am there with them morn 5 to 10, 5 hours I am taking. At least 2 hours I am personally involved where their physical, mental, spiritual identities are enriched.

The physical identity is your body, mental identity is your thoughts whether depressed or excited. The spiritual identity is your consciousness. Every morn I make sure they spend 5 hours enriching all the three. All the three are enriched. The corporate company will think oh god morn is the time to work, this swami is keeping them till 10. No. I tell you every morn you are reminded about your life’s resp. and I also tell you if you can wake up by 5 every morning, all the engrams which are making you not taking responsibility will be killed because they are up even before you get up. They start saying why should I get up, no, swami said, no your health even if I die early what is there….see all the demons which are sitting in you. You have to fight only then you have to get out of bed. You don’t know some 25 demons are standing around you. one fellow says keep quiet, what is there, are you a slave or what. Every day you have to get up and go there and the same Yoga teachers will be there stand up, bend down, I am there just to….just to ….just to….a 2nd sword comes one day if I miss what is there? After all today why my next bed I see this fellow does not attend four times a week. I only miss once a week. That is the 2nd sword. So many demons are standing around you. I tell you all these demons are only the patterns which never let you take any responsibility at your work. The same demon only comes up in your work place why are working so much, you are not a slave. It is okay. Anyway if swami comes also, you can just manage it. if you are a man you can say back pain, if you are a woman you can say periods, both he cannot verify. That is why I told Kaala Bhairava in future any of these fellows say any of these stories, please make it happen. Now all of them are afraid! …

I tell you exactly the patterns which never makes you take the responsibility of life and life’s principles they will be awake, alive between 4.30 to 6.00 am . I tell you just like your whole day’s mood is controlled by time. You can see very clearly morning 9 am if you are habituated to go to office you will be agitated. For all you guys now, even morn 7 if don’t have Satsang for 2 days, you will feel sleepy because everyday the habit of sleeping, it will become pattern now. Anything which has become pattern now. Anyhow, morning if you break the Tamas, you will break many of the patterns which does not let you take the responsibility of life. Very sincerely I recommend this to all corporate companies, morning when you gather for your work whether is 7 am, 8 am, or 9 am. Some gather at 7 am , some at 8 am, some at 9 am, whatever time, first one hour spend making everybody responsible for what they are. Not just work they are supposed to do that day. No. make themselves fit with their clear understanding about what they want from society and what society wants from them. Their requirements from society and vice versa. Means everybody is living in a society. In your society your family, your boss, your sub-ordinates what they need from you and what you need from them. understand you are there because you need something from them. you are always there in any situation only when you need something from them. not otherwise. When you need something from them, be responsible to offer what they need from you. constantly I am taking the responsibility of the well-being of every ashramite. Constantly I am thinking working, building their bodies even if they want, building their minds even when they resist, building their consciousness even when they kick at me, building their bodies even if they don’t want, building their mind even if they are irritated with me, building their consciousness even if when they hit back at me .

Understand, let every individual feel the responsibility. Let every individual look into the responsibility. Corporate organizations will be successful only when every individual understands the principles of life not otherwise. You might have trained him spending lakhs of rupees and thousands of dollars. Suddenly he is depressed what can you do? All your investment is waste. So when you are training people to work, train them to be alive and live. Train people to live first only then all your other training will be useful. Your MBA, BBA, then training on work, training in vacation, training on abroad everything will be useful only when you train the person to be alive. I can give these 2 as techniques to all corporate companies – make sure every body who is part of your organization, wakes up at morning 5 am, because at that time they will have to kill so many demons, they will have to kill so many patterns which h will be powerful way to break patterns through out the day. When you learn to break patterns the moment you wake up every morning, your knife that destroys your patterns - your consciousness will be sharp and alive whole day. You will go on cutting patterns. Next – one hour before you start your work, when you gather for work one hour they have to understand life’s principles – why they are here, the way they are here, what the society around them expects from them, what they expect form the society around them then you will understand everything is a business, pure give and take. When you understand everything is a business, you will be cleaned from many of the pseudo sentiments. Many workers feel they are sacrificing for the company and company feels it is sacrificing for the workers. Many parents feel for children and children feel you don’t need to sacrifice for me I am only sacrificing for you. This is forced sacrifice. Sometimes I see parents, oh I whole life I have sacrificed so many things for you, you be here don’t become Sanyasi. Children say I don’t want your sacrifice. They say, you have to be here and I want you to be here as I want. Whether It is a company or the society when you understand what you need to give and what you expect, lot of our concepts about pseudo sacrifice disappear. And not only that when your concepts of pseudo sacrifice disappear, they just don’t go alone, they take away many of your weak sentiments. Vivekananada says weak sentiments are death. You get cleaned by the weak sentiments. A man whose life is not built on weak principles will always be successful. See it is like a you try to build your buildings foundation on a weak sand, building will not stand. But if you build on strong foundation building will stand. Same way do not build your life on weak foundation. …now I am seeing this Devon ke Dev serial I am seeing this Daksha is so adamant, stubborn by getting Sati married to somebody else. What is his sentiment, it is about seeing Sati and somebody getting married in front of his eyes. That’s all. He does not bother about her happiness after that. there are many of these weak sentiments which are part of your life. Look at your life. You know some of the ideas, relationships you are jumping into are not going to be long lasting, leading you to stable life, life satisfaction knowing it you think It is okay, now let me somehow push it, after that we will face it. doing things which are not for long term. Doing things which are not for the principles of life. I tell you – you cannot have separate principles for your life and separate principles for your corporate company. Your work place is a major part of your life. You need an integrated principle. Only way to have integrated principle is every morning when you gather for work, spend at least one hour understanding responsibility. I tell you if you are a devotee, and running a corporate company I tell you this one hour will not reduce your productivity. Every day morning sit and you yourself head that meeting. Discuss, discuss, discuss let every staff worker imbibe this principle in their life – principle of responsibility. I tell you only after I started the morning Satsang, Even a Sangha started evolving around me. till then there was no sangha. It was like a group of people sitting for various reasons. Only now everybody’s motive is aligned to one truth. You are here for one purpose and you need to take this responsibility. This alignment when it happens between two persons, it is not 1+1 - 2, NO. it is 1+1 – 11. When understanding happens between two it is 2, when alignment happens between 2, it is 11, when atonement happens between two it is explosion. When consciously melting disciple meets with the consciously awakened being, it is explosion! That is what has happened between RamaKrishna and Vivekananda. The explosion that happened when they both met is RamaKrishna movement. I am waiting for my Vivekanandas! Of course, I know for sure each one of you guys will become Vivekananda. Now only in some people understanding is happening, in very few alignment is happening. If the understanding has happened, you have become plus if my organization. If alignment is happening, you have become \+, \+ means x – squares of my organization. If atonement is happening, you become squares and cubes of very me. not just my sangha. Everybody says I am one with you Swamiji, please tell me straight, hit at me straight but one word in right place will flare up the whole Rahu and ego! Everybody feels I am already in alignment state now I just need to go to the atonement state. No. relax. There is so much of honesty and authenticity that is needed. Just honesty can take you to the level of understanding . but only when the authenticity happens alignment happens and from alignment atonement happens.

I tell you any corporate company, any organization have to spend at least 10% of their time for understanding and alignment. Understanding and alignment itself should take at least 10% of energy. It can go even up to 25% of energy. In my organization I am saying more than 25% of energy I am taking. Because 5 hours morn 5 to 10, means almost 25% of the time. A day is 24 hours, 5 hours is 20% but only if you honestly use this five hours, whatever I am doing reaches you. it is like I can cook the food and make it available. But you only want to go to Manas Sarovar because only there the international sewerage system comes and mixes not only from Ashram but other areas also, then what can I do? Whoever uses this 5 hours I can say 20% of your life is used for proper alignment into the life’s principles. For each corporate companies alignment into life’s purpose is need. I will give a series on principles of corporate life where neither capitalism nor communism works. Responsibility is neither capitalism nor communism. I wanted to create a new theory called responsibilism. Life’s principles are based on responsibilism. If want to live healthy, if you want to be healthy, if you want to explode in spiritual zone, take responsibility. If you want wealth, take responsibility in that direction. Take responsibility. Chisel your life with the tool called responsibility.
