See your question says how to provide incentives for long term value creation along with short term performance. Understand, being is long term value creation, doing is short term performance. That’s all. If there is problem in doing, there is problem in being and vice versa. These two are not separate things.

What is long term value creation? Understanding and internalizing, spiritually realizing the importance and the method of short term performance is long term value creation. Please understand, understanding, internalizing, philosophically realizing the importance of short term performance is long term value creation. Why you should perform in short term, why you should be productive, I tell you again and again human beings suffer with the concept why should I be productive, responsible, in what way this will add to my spiritual life. You don’t understand only when you perform, when you create, take responsible your own understanding about you raises, your own idea about you raises. There is no other way you can raise your own idea about you. only when you take responsibility, contribute and make difference in others life either directly or you do actions which makes difference in other’s lives, you have a right understanding about you. What is long term value creation? It is nothing but creating an understanding and internalization. I can give you hundreds of examples where the right understanding, philosophical realization is not there, the delivery will not be there.

Even small action like making coffee in the morn for your family, have philosophical understanding. Even for that very small act think and philosophically internalize – why should I do, what is the need. Then naturally as a basic evolution process your mind will start saying how better can I make this coffee. Understand, by nature, you are a person expanding. If you are not expanding, you are not philosophically convinced. There is something seriously wrong inside you. long term value creation is nothing but understanding, realizing the short term performance.

Just yesterday night there was a huge meeting with our vision department. today I received the reports. I looked into the depth and I saw very clearly not a single person involved in that department has a vision for his life. There is no philosophical internalization of even basic things. I tell you when you philosophically Internalize and realize every action you need to perform, simply the long term value creation also will also happen and the short term performance will happen. Not only that everyday by your nature you will ask how can I better short term performance. It is nothing but non-internalization and continue to live with the hypocrisy of non-internalization. Please understand I can see very clearly so many fellows when they are volunteers they perform like anything because they are driven by fear and greed of impressing me and the organization because if they don’t---they will not become ashramites. The moment they become ashramites because they are not running with Philosophical understanding, the whole thing is lost like balloon losing its air. I tell you if you philosophically understand the necessity for short term performance, and the value of long term value creation, you will go on performing. The other day I was teaching Astrology sutras to a group of my Ashramites.

See basically there are 9 nava grahas, 2 gurus, 2 shadows, 5 planets. 2 gurus are deva guru – brihaspathi, guru of demons sukra, 2 shadows – rahu, ketu, 5 planets – sun, moon, angaraka, budha, sani – Saturn. In this 9 planets. This 2 shadow in Rahu and ketu. Ketu will always lead you to the thought trend of expansion, Rahu will always lead you to thought trend of shrinking. When you are cornered, in a very critical position, if you are questioned if you feel how can I expand, how will I be successful here, you are possessed by Ketu. If you are feeling kick all this, let us go for some other opti9on. What is there. If not here, there. Then you are possessed by Rahu. Deva Guru the master of Gods will always put you from Rahu to Ketu means negative pattern to positive pattern. He will always push you saying listen this is not the right pattern. Move. He will always push you from Rahu to Ketu. Asura guru Sukra will always push you from Ketu to Rahu – from positive to negative. This 5 planets act based on their association with demon’s guru or God’s guru with Brihaspathi or Sukra. This whole thing can be nullified by one energy that is constant performance. Please understand, if you are constantly performing, the influence of planets on you gets nullified. You may ask how. Constant performance raises your frequency more than Icha shakti, more than the desire energy and knowledge energy, your creative energy expresses. Please understand all this 9 planets, impacts only your Icha shakti and Jnana shakti. If you unclutch your creativity from desire and knowledge and push it independently it means whether you feel like or not morning waking up, whether you feel like or not performing. See planets can interfere only as suggestions to perform. When you ignore and start performing, suddenly you will reach a space where planets can no more affect your life style. Internalizing the necessity of the short term performance puts you completely in stable with Ketu. Even one small act like morning making coffee or tea connecting it with directly fulfilling your life’s mission of enlightenment – if you make this tea, your body will be awake, you will be in continuous ajapa japa, awareness and will be moving towards enlightenment. Even a small act philosophically internalized, realized, connected with your life’s mission liberates you from all the evil affects of the Grahas. That understanding philosophical is what I call realizing the long term value creation. Take this home work for 5 days. You won’t be able to do it in one day. Take this as a 5 day homework. A typical day of you how your day is spent, what all are the actions you are performing from morn waking up to night. Understand and internalize how every action is directly connected to your very core, please understand – to your very core. What you believe as your life’s mission, integrate all your actions authentically with your life’s mission, with your life’s purpose. Internalize. I tell you the moment philosophically you realize morn you making tea and drinking is in alignment with the purpose of your life, next day naturally you will start thinking how better I can make tea, do this job. Unfortunately you don’t have time to philosophically internalize. Morn you sit and shout at your subordinates and get beatings from your boss. This is the action for short term performance. But if you internalize how this directly helps and supports fulfilling your life’s mission, what you want to achieve in your life. If you can internalize that, next day automatically you will start thinking how better can I perform without shouting at subordinates or provoking my boss. It is your naturally tendency . while inhaling you are expanding, if you are still breathing, be very clear you are bound by the law of expansion. Even after you stop breathing, your being takes another one body and from there it starts expanding. Constantly expanding. Life is not going to leave you. you cannot hide and escape. If you escape from one boss and run away to another one office, life is going to come back to you in the form of another boss! Life is not going to leave you till your realize you are the boss, you are resp. till you realize because life is so compassionate till you actualize and realize yourself it will not leave you. it has given you the boon till you achieve the state of Nithyananda I will be there behind you constantly reminding you, awakening you. constantly asking you to wake up. Understand when you philosophically internalize every action you perform for the short term performance, you will not have any pain or suffering to take up the responsibility, to run. When you do not philosophically internalize you will have lot of suffering that’s all. Nothing else. I can see very clearly people who can philosophically internalize, understand the necessity for short term performance build long term values. Long term values means what – building a very beautiful mental pattern, right mental pattern to go on living is what I call Shiva! Go on living! No death for you. no question of shrinking.

Only Guru and Ketu, no Sukra and Rahu. When only Guru and Ketu, when you are centered on Guru and Ketu Saturn becomes your servant, sun and the moon becomes your eyes – vision, Mangala becomes your life style. Mangala means Angaraka he becomes your life style. Budha becomes your body, your very earth on which he was operating! Understand this idea of short term performance and long term value creation this two have become 2 different things because you neither have intelligence nor have patience to internalize every action’s reason. Sometimes I feel when I look at these guys especially my vision department which has no vision – should I show anger or sympathy towards these guys? Actually today morning I decided I am going to shut down the vision department just like how I shut down the galleria. Because only these two can work either tremendous sympathy, compassion giving them the method, process. Alright this, this, this, next. Or anger. Showing anger. I think I am not good at showing anger. That is the problem because the moment I shout and come out, in ½ hour I will hug them if they bring some other project and show me, if they present something else. They know my anger has no base. This understanding is supposed to inspire them and enlighten them. instead sometimes it becomes support for their cunning strategy planning. It is just simple dishonesty. I tell you integrity is what is you whether you are going to have joy in life or suffering in life, first you need to live. Life itself will happen to you only with integrity. After that you can start working for having joy and avoiding suffering. But if there is no integrity, when integrity is not there your any action to joy or any action to avoid suffering will lead to depression! With integrity even your sufferings you will go through with understandings and knowledge. Even your suffering will add strength to you.

Yesterday somebody tweeted and said how can you say Cosmos is not saddist. .. fool I went thru the whole thing with authenticity and integrity so I know how every attack has added strength to me. how I became stronger and stronger by every attack. I tell you not a moment I had depression or low mood. Not for pride, as a success I am telling you. really all the people who were living around me were afraid even to go to Hyderabad few days before. Because the mafias who were threatening the venue owners and our organizers and ashramites are very powerful. They are capable of doing what they say. They…care able to impress whole Hyderabad police and withdraw the police protection. ..in 2, 3 hours program is going to get over even then they are threating why don’t you postpone at least the last session. They are capable. Our guys were afraid. I said nothing doing. I will continue my spiritual activities. What for I am alive? To teach to people. I will do that till I am alive. I will dot hat even after I leave the body. I am very clear. Understand honesty and authenticity brings the long term value. It does not disturb your short term performance. It only increases your short term performance. It only increases your short term performance. If you feel your short term performance is not allowing you to create long term values, both are contradicting, you are cunning. If you feel both are not contradicting, both go hand in hand, maybe I can call you as little honest. nly when you realize long term value creation is expanding your short term performance, both are enriching each other, I will call you – you are authentic. So I have decided I am shutting down the vision department because I see the whole bunch of cunning fellows sitting there. Neither honesty nor authenticity. I tell you even in your com. If you feel people are moving from honesty to authenticity shut the department otherwise it is going to be dangerous. People are not even honest and playing cunning games, not only they will not perform, they will pull others also down. I teach you what I practice. I practice what I teach. Do not even respect human beings who have not come even to the level of honesty as human beings!

All of you take this up as a homework. Sit and associate every action you perform to the core of your life’s mission honestly. Understand if you can honestly connect and able to believe that the short term performance every action is directly connected to your long term values, you will not only be blissful inside, your performance will just explode. See my own example I am telling you I am just looking objectively – what is my short term performance – every day giving the right understandings to all of you and continuously inspiring every0one – morn waking up and coming for Satsang. These are my short term performance all of them are so closely connected to my long term vision. I am very clear out of the sky I will not get one lakh people who will be enlightened….no. I will have to pick from all this dirt for people who are constantly working smartly and hard working. I know my path, I am very clear. When I now say I will shut down vision dept. all these fellows will be thinking how can he shut down who will send the discourses outside or I am free now. But with this I will continue to work. I will not have these fellows but I will have to find some other alternative solution and continue to work and deliver, deliver, deliver! It is like when you don’t have one more hand to support, just increase the time of this same hand working. That’s all. If you have one more hand to work, this hand can work for 20 hrs and rest for 4 hrs but if you have only one hand, it has to work 24 hrs. that’s all.

But I know my mission. Because I know my mission, continuously my short term performance is increasing and expanding because it is directly connected to long term value creation. When the direct connection of long term value creation is not there, not only your short term performance is not there, you become cunning. You start cheating on life. When you cheat on the teacher you lose knowledge, when you cheat on husband, you lose secured old age, when you cheat with anybody, you lose that part. When you cheat on life, you lose life itself. Cunningness is like cheating life. It is like you steal from your own house, sell the items and drink. When you cheat from your own life and destroy yourself you are doomed. Nothing else. Unable to connect the short term performance with the long term values means cheating on life, nothing less. Dishonesty – cheating on life. I tell you never every believe the people, their words, their actions who cheat on life. Who cheat on life are the worst fellows, they can do anything. they should neither be trusted nor be believed or be even respected as human beings. People who cheat on life are Chandaalaas. Because they don’t have respect on their own life. Aligning short term performance and long term value creation is Inner Awakening. when you align your short term performance – every action philosophically with your long term values, IA happens in you. that is what is Inner Awakening. Because all my short term performance, actions are aligned with my long term values I can see very clearly I neither have tiredness nor guilt or have any other emotions created by any other planets. Now I am neither worried nor bothered that this vision department is not going to support my vision. I know when more hands are not there, let this hand only work. That’s all. Because I am philosophically convinced my short term performance is directly associated with my long term value creation. When your long term value creation is directly connected truly to your short term performance, you go on performing without tiredness and you explode, explode, explode. The torture given by the CID and all is much less than the torture I get from this kind of dishonest nonworking cunning disciples. At least with that I am straight and can handle but this dishonest disc sitting literally sucking my blood is more painful than the harassment by the media or CID. That is very direct ----very easy. But this dishonest bunch, cunning bunch not only this dishonest cunning bunch does not perform, sets a amazing example for others also – you can move around, live around without being integrated. That becomes your life style. I tell you integrity is your life. The word you utter, the commitment you make is your life. Die to keep up that. even if you die, nothing wrong. You will live. Cosmos will remember you 9only as your integrity. Your integrity is the only impact you create on the Cosmos. Nothing else! The life will remember you only based on the strength of your integrity. Nothing else. The very frequency of your life is decided only based on the strength of your integrity nothing else. Whether your physical health, mental, conscious, spiritual everything is based just on that one truth integrity. Die to keep your integrity alive. Nothing is wrong. How many bodes you sacrifice to keep your integrity alive is worth it. but whatever you sacrifice to keep your intention alive you will have intentions and that. but if you sacrifice your interest for your laziness, cunningness, non thinking anything you will be destroyed. Then only kala bhairava trishul will relate with you.
