I have so many messages to share with all of you. 13 volunteers went through the process of mission, vision and completion in Hyderabad. In LA, Atlanta and Tiruvannamalai also they are in the process of doing. I have to give you one more funny thing. One village fellow came to Ashram to be Ashramite and became Tailor. We saw his discipline issues and made him worker. That fellow collaborated with another worker, stole money, cell phone, everything. When we enquired, he ran away and is talking to all our organizers and others that everything is wrong in the Ashram. I was surprised, how these thieves, these guys get the courage after stealing and getting caught red handed. This fellow actually said he will go to home town, bring the money and return it. Now he ran away and talking to people. And the most funny thing is listening to this fellow one of the father whose daughter was supposed to come to the Ashram to become BC, is stopping her. They human psychology something negative about somebody anybody who tells you believe. You don’t verify at all if the person who is telling is qualified or not. If somebody tells good, you will immd check. …

I was not even bothered about this unconscious thief fellow. I was bothered about how people listen to all this foolishness. alright, let us enter into today’s Satsang. In BG, 4th chapter, Jnana Karma Sanyasa Yoga – 3rd verse –

“Sa eva ayam mayaate adya yogaha proktaha puraatanaha bhaktaha asi me sakhaa chaiti rahsyam hi-etad-uttamam ||”

Translation – the ancient science of intense actions which is the most elevated mystical doctrine, has been prescribed to you now because you are my loyal companion.

First he questions the master – if the master is talking the traditional truths, the same thing he is repeating, he has not experienced anything new, if he tells something from his experience which is new, you say he is telling something on your own to make us do what you want. Bhgavan breaks this by telling this is a traditional sacred secret told by me. Then all disciples ask why is this great secret told to me? am I qualified? I have seen so many fellows running away with the name I am not fit, I am not qualified. Some run away feeling for my caliber I have not been respected, some run away I am not fit. But both are same and will be always together. Both mental pattern is one and the same

“Sa eva ayam mayaate adya yogaha proktaha puraatanaha bhaktaha asi me sakhaa chaiti rahsyam hi-etad-uttamam ||”

The Arjuna’s doubt why these great things are told to me. Bhagavan is clearing that doubt I am telling all these things not to exploit you or brain wash you, but to wash your brain! Brain washing is different, washing your brain is different. I don’t do brain washing, I just wash your brain. So this fellow is getting into the doubt, maybe he is brain washing me. For that Bhagavan says

This ancient science of intense actions which is the most elevated mystical doctrine, has been prescribed to you now because you are my loyal companion. Very beautifully Bhagavan says bhaktaha asi me sakhaa cha iti. Best thing that can happen to you is when Bhagavan says you are my loyal companion. Please understand Bhaktaha and sakha when he is using both the words – you are loyal companion and royal companion. That is the greatest thing that can happen to you. it is like all of you know the Prime minister, but whether he knows you or not is the question. That is where the whole thing boils down. Even yesterday, some body was asking me how much I have grown spiritually tell me. I tell you the scale to measure that you have grown spiritually is the honest feeling that master has for you. if you pull out my archives and pull out your file which is inside me, what is the conclusion of that file, that is your spiritual growth, that is your growth in life. Cosmos feeling about you, that is your spiritual growth. The ultimate blessing is Bhagavan saying Bhakataha asi me saha cha iti. You are my devotee and companion. Even after this if this idiot is not falling at the feet of Bhagavan and just picking up the Ghandeeva and finishing off Bheeshma, Drona and others, I tell you immd he needs a Sangha meeting. All Arjuna needs is a Sangha meeting. Bhagavan is saying you are my real companion, you can give life for this one word. And still this fellow is sitting and asking doubts. Next Sangha meeting I have to call him on 2 way wherever he is ☺ he need to write his mission vision statement, and do the completion and understand what is purpose of life. No. it is too much. I tell you Bhagavan saying you are my loyal companion, what more is required. Bhataha asi me sakha cha iti.

“Sa eva ayam mayaate adya - He says you are my devotee and also friend. Bhaktaha – devotee, asi – you are, mee – my, sakhaa – friend, cha – also. Bhagavan says you are my devotee companion. He says uttamam rahasyam – supreme secret. Sacred secret. Rahasyam hi etad uttamam – because you are my friend, I am giving you this great secret. The most funniest thing happens around masters is these fellows they think by just holding on to the place or some status, they can achieve the ultimate. No. real achievement happens by the understanding or the conclusion master carries about you. I tell you, you can give up anything to create that properly and re-write that properly. That is why I always tell people with master before committing thing again & again. Because nothing else matterns on planet earth. your physical growth, mental growth, relationships, wealth everything can happen right if master’s garac eis there in you and wrong if it is not there. So build right file in masters heart. Your book of heart does not show your spiritual growth, it only is knowledge. My book of heart shows your spiritual growth. My book of heart is cosmic electronic. Constantly gets updated. What my book of heart says about you that is your spiritual growth. Here such a beautiful way, Bhgavan is feeling about Arjuna. You are my devotee that itself is enough. See Bhagavan saying I accept you as my devotee that is enough. I don’t know why this fellow is waiting. What for and in what other ways he should be convinced. Actually this should be the climax. But this Arjuna’s dumbness …..actually this should have been the climax. Bhagavan saying you are my devotee and friend. He says friend. That is the most sweet space. The relationship is so explicitly clearly described by Bhagavan. After that, what else you need? Very beautifully he says because you are my friend and companion, I give this great science, ancient science of intense action, I am giving it to you. I tell you if I feel you are honestly committed to me, if I trust you will listen to me, I will prescribe this same thing to you. Now I am picking up a small group and training them heavily. Making them do Yoga, training them body and mind. Day after tomorrow I am going to give them practice of removing hunger, thirst and sleep step by step. Only then I will know whether their body is listening to their instruction or not. Somebody asked me why you picked up small group. The reason is I trust this group will listen to what I am saying and o, put it into action. Bhagavan says he trusts Arjuna you are my devotee and companion. That is why I am sharing this most sacred secret with you rahasyam hi etad uttamam.

I can say this whole verse is with lot of emotion. This cannot be interpreted intellectually. The context needs to be understood. Bhagavan is not giving this great Gita to Bheema. Bheema may not even need it. He may just need one instruction. He cannot give it to Yudhishtra. I tell you too much of morality you cannot give the ultimate science. For ultimate science, you n eed a certain kind of closeness where you step outside the frame and morality is not the relationship you share with the master. Of course the whole thing should be very sensitively understood otherwise a scandal can erupt. Yudhishtra had moral relationship. But Krishna and Arjuna had more romantic relationship. Otherwise will a friend ask it will be nice to have physical relationship with your body also. The relationship between Krishna and Arjuna you need to understand the whoel context. It is such a sweet intimicay where the boundaries of social moralities, social lines are not the priorities. Of course Arjuna never disrespected Krishna. but the social morality, social lines were not restrictions and priorities….the social boundaries have become dull and dim. See Sahadeva was also a disciple of Krishna and is a disciple. Nakula is a great devotee. But none of them receive this BG, because none of them had the friendliness where Bhagavan can speak the truth as it is. Bhagavan is very beautifully saying you are my devotee and friend. That is why I am giving you this supreme secret – rahasyam hi etad uttamam – most sacred secret.

I tell you the essence of this verse is evolve yourself where master says he really trusts you. he feels you are his devotee! He feels you are his companion. The most loyal companion .nothing else matters in the life if your master can say you are his friend and companion.

Guru paaduka sloka speaks about the worthlessness of everything else when you don’t fall at the feet of the master and you have everything when you fall at the feet of the master. The context in which these words are uttered, that makes the meaning for this whole verse. Bhagavan says because you are my devotee and loyall friend, I am telling you the most sacred secres, the ultimate secrete, the ultimate…’

If I had a son or daughter to whom I want the best of my life, what I will give, the same thing I am giving to our Gurukul kids. The reason is because I trust them they will receive, they will imbibe. When I was reading their mission vision statement, I really felt even I want to join Gurukul. Earlier I was feeling jealous of this Pujaris the temple guys. Actually when we were making and pouring this Anandeshwara, it was costing too much. More than 25 lakhs we had to spend. 30th birthday we installed Anandeshwara, 4, or 5 years before I don’t remember. The deity was made a year before and went around all over Tamil Nadu. It was literally sucking our energy. We dit the whole thing in fixed proportions of gold, silver, copper, etc. I made this Anandeshwari not for anything else, but for me to sit and gaze the whole thing. that is why it has to be so huge! Please understand last 500 years, never this size murthi is done automatically in whole Kumbakonam. This heavy,t his large proportion and this proper proportion like this gold,silver, everything. Never ever last ……….

Only Subramanya will be there giving vibhooti to people who go for Darshan of temple…after reading the vision and mission of Gurukul kids I was jealous of them. …Surely the temple has evolved to the level I want, but not the fellows who are working in the temple. But in Gurukul, the kids have evolved. I think the teachers needs to learn from students. See only when you have that kind of a trust, you can teach the supreme sacred secret. The supreme science. Bhagavan is saying I have this trust on you, that is why I am teaching you the supreme sacred secret. So the essence of this verse is prepare yourself and make yourself worthy of Master’s feeling connection. You feeling connection with Master is not that important. He felling connection with you is important. You seeing him is not important because you will pick up whatever is comfortable for you and do. But when he sees you, he will pour all his energy into you.

Bhagavan says the ultimate mystery. Having place at the feet of the master is not that great. But having place at the heart of the master is the ultimate place. See anybody who comes to my feet I give them place. My feet can do all other moments except kicking. So anybody comes will get place at the feet. it is not that great, that is the initial level. but getting place in the heart is a great thing. Try to catch the place in master’s heart.

Yes we will start the Kriya. FIRST – PHODYAASANA-JOGA PRADIPIKA || VERSE: 123 & 124

1. Be saeted with legs strexhed on the ground. Bend your head onto your knees and in this position, hold both your legs with your hands.

Be in this posture for 30 seconds.

IN PHODYASANA-NEXT - JALANDHARA BANDHA-GHERANDA SAMHITA||UPADESHA 3|| VERSE: 12

Inhale completely through both the nostrils, and put your chin on your chest and hold the breath as long as you can. Let me show you (Swamiji demonstrates) Hold as long as you can. Then slowly exhale. Do this 21 times. Do this inhale through both the nostrils, put your chin on the chest and hold as long as you can, when you can’t hold anymore, slowly relax and exhale. Do this 21 times.

NEXT Step is TRISHULA KUMBHAKA-KUMBHAKA PADDHATHI || VERSE: 193

1. Inhale through the nostrils and mouth together at a time. 2. Hold the breath as long as you can judiciously. When you can’t hold anymore, exhale as slowly as possible. Do this 21 times.

NEXT -_NAGA KUMBHAKA-KUMBHAKA PADDHATHI|| VERSES: 77 & 78

1. You should fill the air slowly into the throat like swallowing a morsel of rice. Like that inhale and swallow through the mouth as much as you can. When you can’t hold anymore then slowly relax. See first fill yoruself then immediately contract the throat 2. Place the chin on the chest. Hold the breath in this posture as long as possible. When you cannot hold anymore, exhale slowly from the throat.

NEXT - TRINETRA KUMBHAKA-KUMBHAKA PADDHATHI || VERSE: 192

1. Inhale through the left nostril 2. Hold the breath as long as you can judiciously 3. Without exhalation, inhale through the right nostril 4. Hold the breath as long as you can judiciously 5. Again without exhaling, inhale through the right nostril 6. Hold the breath as long as you can judiciously 7. Again without exhaling, inhale through both the nostrils 8. Hold the breath as long as you can judiciously. Now exhale slowly and relax.
