Prayer. Welcome. Today is Acharyas day. Acharya mean the man who teaches what he lives! Please understand a disciple is not bound to live what he learns. He has a freedom to discriminate. A master or an incarnation is not bound to live what he teaches. He is beyond everything. But an acharya has to live what he teaches and he has to teach only what he lives.

Ramakrishna tells a beautiful story – one day a boy was taken to the doctor. Mother tells doctor sir he is eating too much sugar and sweets. Please advise what to do. Doctor said come back after one week. And after a week they came back. Doctor then said stop eating too much sugar. Mother asked why cannot you tell this last week itself. Doctor said even I had this habit. Last one week I practiced without eating sugar or sweet. And so now I can tell your boy not to eat them.

Ramakrishna tells this story how only a person who practices should teach. But in his own life he will teach and never practice. And he will tell I am different, you are different. Please understand neither a master or incarnation or disciple is bound to live what he teaches or learns. But an acharya is bound to live what he teaches. I am giving an important clue about teaching.

When a man teaches, actually it is a process of completing himself. That is why everytime after an ASP, teachers feel fresh, alive and complete. It is a process of completing. Please understand when you share a truth and it clicks in the students, you feel a tremendous relief. When ever this happens, a fresh energy will fill you and you will raise to the next level of verbalization. Whenever you teach and you are practicing that truth only, the truth will click with the student. If the students get it, students leave teacher complete. In that completion, teacher feels a tremendous restful awareness. And he feels a restful awareness and space inside which more energy floods through. I tell you teaching is the best profession, life style if you can live that. In some of the monasteries I have seen people will fight for pujari job because job itself becomes a spiritual practice. I tell you the acharya work itself is an fulfilling job. Only if you are living those truths, the truths will click in others. Only then you will be a current teacher otherwise it is a dead teacher. Only if you are living those truths, applying, practicing you will have the updated understanding, you will be a currency. Be a currency not real estate. Real estate value may increase but it is useless in emergency and in day to day life. So an acharya has to be living everyday whatever he teaches.

For example an LBP level I acharya is teaching these 7 layers. Sharing love is ultimate excitement, non comparing Vishuddhi is unique energy, egoless ajna is an ultimate mystery, grateful sahrasrara is a complete fulfillment – these are the 7 truths they teach. Eveyr moment grind yourself with these 7 truths. If you would have ground yourself while you were watching that morphed CD you would not have missed being here today.

Understand, go on grinding yourself with these 7 truths. So naturally you will have new new ideas of living those 7 truths. Just now I have suddenly re-defined the whole ASP! Same truth, suddenly I put the truth in complete new way. And the way you never thought about I told. Because I am living it. That is the reason, new new way of expressing. Understand for you also when you are living it you will have the new new way of expressing it. And naturally you will feel the higher and higher level of verbalization. A teacher who is able to feel the student click with the teaching, will leave the student and himself complete. They you will feel tremendously relieved. The old verbalization leaves your system and there is space for higher verbalization.

Master leaves student complete and his complete even though he is not practicing because whatever he is saying is coming from fulfillment. He is in the highest possible space of visualization & verbalization. He does not even need to sit. His very presence will complete himself and others. But with acharyas, living the truths will make the truths click with student and both are complete.

Live, live, live – that is my message for Acharyas today. If you are a puja acharya again live in that sacred sentiment again & again! When you are sitting, feel the lord within sitting, same way when taking bath, washing your mouth, eating – tell very clearly all that is offered to the consciousness residing in your body. Because once the consciousness leaves, all this is done by someone else who puts you on fire. So as long as the consciousness is alive in you, worship it. This consciousness is nothing but master.

Pratyagaatman Brahman – the consciousness that you experience is the cosmos, is the Brahman. It is the master. You bought this body and the consciousness ocean touches this body – you claim that part of the consciousness as yours. Even then it is part of the cosmic consciousness. What you experience as individual soul is God. Who is responsible for you to walk – the soul in you which is god.

Worship each activity done to the body. Live in that sacred sentiment of puja. That is what is taught too you in the manasa puja (recites manasa puja) all the auspicious things of your own you are offering to the super consciousness. Live with that sacred sentiment. When you live, you will leave the student complete and yourself complete. Puja acharya is an amazing method of raising yourself to the higher & higher level of visualization. Dhyana acharay ais method of raising you higher & higher levels of verbalization and visualization. Leaving you with this is the purpose of making you LBP and puja acharya. Of course yoga acharya only if you live, you will be able to teach. If you cannot bend your body you cannot teach to others. Same way gyana acharya, if you are not able to live you will not be able to share new new higher truths. So understand, acharya means a man who lives what he teaches because he is living what he is teaching, he makes the students and disciples click with the truth. When student catches it, he feels complete, because of completion a new empty space is created where higher level of verbalization happens.

I bless all acharyas to raise yourself to higher & higher levels of verbalization. It is one of the best way of spiritual practice.
