The Satsang

Swamiji: Before ending the session, please sit straight. Sit in a very relaxed way. Very consciously, with the strong decision, intensely create an intention that you are accepting you as you are in the outer world and in the inner world, this moment. Tell yourself, ‘I have enough in the outer world-nice things. I have enough of good qualities in the inner world-nice things. I am accepting myself completely. No need to develop myself in the outer world or in the inner world. If I have ego, that is ok. If I have guilt, that is ok. If I have fear, that is ok. If I have greed, that is ok’. Whatever you have been told that you have, it is ok. Accept - right or wrong. Decide consciously, ‘I accept’. Please close your eyes and sit in a very relaxed way without moving the body. Body movements will create thoughts. So, if your body is stable, without movement, it can take you to the deeper silence. Whatever objection your mind raises, ‘No,no,I can’t accept me, I can’t accept this’. At least accept that. Accept that also. Accept the present moment. Accept all the future moments. Whatever your mind thinks, as the worst thing can happen to your life, accept even those moments. If it happens, you cannot avoid. It is inevitable. Understand the inevitability and accept it...

Do not try to do anything. There is no need to repeat any mantra. Just sit with this acceptance. Automatically you will see your breathing flows with the deep sound of the ‘ham, sam’. Just you become silent. You will hear that mantra which is getting repeated constantly, continuously in you.

Do not try consciously to add the sound. If it happens, you just be silent carrying this deep understanding of acceptance in your being. Let the tamas and rajas be balanced. Let you be in sattva.

(5:24) (meditation music)

The moment you accept you, there will not be any thought. whatever you saw and heard from the outer world, drop it and accept you.

(7:37) (meditation music)

Let the sound of the ajapa, ‘hum- sum’ happen by itself. Do not try to add sound. Do not try to repeat the mantra. Just relax with the deep acceptance in your heart. Let the mantra happen in you.

(9:36) (meditation music)

Let the Hamsa mantra repeat itself deeply. If you lost the connection, come back and again sit with a deep acceptance.

(12:49) (meditation music)

Om Shanti, Shanti, Shantihi. Relax. Try continuously. Actually, this technique is not supposed to be done in a particular time. Continuously whenever you feel that rajas is happening, come back. Even otherwise, come back and be in that middle path-Madhyapantha, in the sattva. Let the Hamsa mantra repeat itself. Because you are talking constantly inside yourself, the hamsa mantra is never heard by you. If you relax from talking, inner chattering, by the acceptance, the Hamsa mantra will be heard by you. Again and again, come back and be in that Hamsa mantra, ajajpajapa, the middle path, the sattva, centre. Suddenly you will see, as I was telling, these brahmacharis’ counter - first day you may need 100 times to come back, within few weeks it will become ten times, within 3 months, you will see, you don’t need to come back at all. Constantly the ajapa - the Hamsa mantra is happening in you, you are centered in sattva; but, you are able to do all your activity: your profession, your business, your relationships, your life and your. You will be able to manage everything but you are centered on ajapa, you are centered on sattva. That is what I call Living Enlightenment. That is what I call Jeevanmukti. Means, even while you are living, you are liberated. Because of you are centered on sattva, you have a clear understanding about the jiva, means the self, you will have a clear understanding and way to relate with jagat - the world. Because of these two clarity, naturally you will fall into the source which is Ishwara - God. The person who has realised Jiveshwar Jagat, the person who can play with all these three and enjoy, he is the Enlightened Being.

So understand and carry this acceptance and the truth in your heart and let this ajapa japa, the Hamsa mantra repeat itself in your innerspace and let you live Enlightenment. Let you all achieve and radiate the Eternal Bliss - Nithyananda. Thank you.
