“Q: What made You come to this small town?”

The Satsang

Q: What made You come to this small town? Why?

Swamiji: Just your love. Understand, there are some of our devotees, especially the organisers. Not only they are devotees and she is My dentist. So when she asks, I can't say no. So I said yes. I am here because of devotees and devotion. Of course, I entered into the body for devotees. So when they call, naturally I appear there. Okay…. If too many people call in too many places, I appear without using the body also. That’s all!

Q: I have been meditating on achieving specific goals. Am I wasting my time?

Swamiji: You are. (Everyone laughs) Meditation should be for enjoying meditation means Enlightenment. If it is for some goal, then you are wasting your time.

Q: What should you do in life to be successful to have money and be happy?

Swamiji: Just forget about the idea of success. Just relax from this serious attitude. You will have more wealth and more bliss and more joy and much better relationships.

Q: Hello, how does one experience the rapture cosmic bliss with a lover while maintaining a sense of unattachment being free from attachment. Los Phenomena.

Swamiji: That is a beautiful question. When you are really intense…. See, be intense when you are enjoying. That is more than enough. You will be unclutched when you are not near with that person. You will be constantly attached with that person even while you are away if you are not intense when you are around. If you have not had enough of him or her, only then the hangover is there. If you are really intense when you are around him or her, when you are away, you will be completely unclutched. The best way to unclutch is clutch strongly.

Q: I begin meditation. Then I stop. How can I maintain my practice?

Swamiji: This is what I call morning you and evening you. Morning you start and evening you stop. The politics between you and you. So the only way is to create free will in you.

Q: Can you please clarify relation, connection between consciousness and matter? You spoke about these last days. You mentioned they are not connected at all and also there is a knot they connect at. How to resolve the apparent dualism that seems to show here? Can You please talk more about how everything is the play of Consciousness?

Swamiji: As long as you carry the false identity which you are carrying now, the concept of I, there is a matter and Consciousness. The moment you understand the identity which you are carrying is false, unconnected, unclutched…..See, the identity which you are carrying is independent, illogical, unconnected thoughts. While you realise the truth, suddenly you realise there is no matter and Consciousness. Everything is just play of Consciousness. As long as you think the identity which you are carrying is a solid reality as you are thinking now, you will see something as matter and something as Consciousness. The moment you realise the identity which you are carrying is not a solid reality, it is just unconnected, unclutched, illogical, independent thoughts, it is a bunch of unconnected, illogical, independent thoughts, suddenly you will realise that there is nothing called matter, nothing called Consciousness. Everything is just play of Consciousness.

When you understand everything is play of Consciousness, you call life as Leela. Leela means playing. With ordinary people, we call their life as a history. With Enlightened Masters, we call their life as a Leela. You don't call Krishna's history, Krishna Leela. You don't call Buddha’s history, Buddha Leela. You don't call Rama’s history. No. Rama Leela. It is their playfulness. It is Consciousness playing in itself. Understanding the identity which you are carrying: identity which you are showing to the outer world and the identity which you believe as you, both of them are not solid. Penetrating them little bit and looking into them and realising they are just irrational, illogical, unconnected, independent, unclutched thoughts.

Because of their speed of occurring, you think it is solid identity. Because constantly you are thinking about you, you think you exist. It’s like a taking a burning torch and rotating. If you rotate in full speed, you will see a fire circle which is not there. Same way your identity, what you think as you is a very powerful rotation of few thoughts. Because of the speed you see the fire circle. Just like that because of the speed of the thoughts, you see the identity which you think as you which is not there. Thank you.

Maybe now we will spend few minutes in meditation. This is five step meditation. It will be taking some half an hour. Twenty minutes to half an hour. Twenty minutes to thirty minutes. If you feel you don't have time, maybe you can sit in the last row and you can leave whenever you want. If you feel you want to sit and you want to meditate, you can sit in the front row. You can be comfortable. I will just explain. Just understand the steps, five step. First step: deep inhaling and exhaling, chaotic deep breathing. (Swamiji demonstrates the deep breathing) Your whole body should breathe. Your shoulder should raise. Your navel should experience the breathing. First step, as deeply as possible, as intensely as possible and if you are heart patient or if you have any other serious illness, please do not try. Do not do. Just sit relaxed way.

Second step: Intense humming. (Swamiji demonstrates the humming) Third step: Put your awareness on the seven energy centres of the body. The music, the CD will guide you step by step. Fourth step: Do not support or suppress your thinking. Understand, do not support or suppress your thinking. Don't try to be thoughtless and don't try to encourage thinking. Just sit. If thoughts come, let it come. If they disappear, let it disappear, okay. That is the fourth step means just relaxing and being playful. Fifth step: Just sit with a intense deep feeling, of feeling connected to Divine, the Ultimate which is beyond yourself, which is beyond your identity: Five steps.

Once more I will repeat and I will guide you also step by step. First, becoming breathing means intense breathing, first step. Second step, becoming humming, intense humming. Third step, becoming awareness of your Chakras, energy centres. Fourth step, becoming aware of your pure space. No thoughts. Neither encouraging nor discouraging. Just relaxing. If it comes let it come. If it does not come it is okay. Fifth step, just becoming aware of this whole Cosmic energy and feeling connected to the energy which moves the Sun, Moon and planet Earth, you and Me and relaxing into that energy. Let’s start. Please close your eyes. Sit in a relaxed way. Start inhaling and exhaling as deeply as possible.

Start deeply inhaling and exhaling.

If you have any health problem, please do not do. Just sit.
