Let us start the eNkriya. After 2-3 days, I will start my long satsangs – 1 hour sessions. Now give me little time to get ready with my hand. Somehow I am managing to come and sit. I know many of you guys come not just to listen but just to see me. Let me give instructions for the eNkriya.

1st Step – Naadi Shodhana – inhale and exhale

2nd step – Bhastrika – pull your lower abdomen in & up at least 21 times.

3rd step – Samaana kriya – inhale as slowly as possible, hold as long as possible, exhale as slowly as possible, hold lungs as long as possible. Do this 21 times.

4th step – main eNkriya – put your thumbs on your eyes, middle finger on eyes, ring fingers on nostrils, little fingers on lips, lock all 5 senses. Divert all energy in as much as you can. Only if you have high BP, heart ailments, etc. don’t do. It is a very powerful process. When you feel you cannot hold anymore relax. Allow the breathing to become normal, body to balance itself for few seconds. again start. Do this 21 times. And

5th step – intense humming for 7 minutes.

6th step – turn towards Bidadi Banyan tree, raise your hands, stand on your knees, feel intensely connected with master’s energy. Receive fully and fill yourself with this energy. When you are overflowing surrender to the earth and empty yourself

7th step – just sit and deeply feel connected to the master. This is when you will have the extraordinary experiences happen in your system. Let us start.
