I request you to sit in padasana and samana mudra. Wipe your hands properly. Expect the unexpected to happen! Today at least in 100 places Vibhooti & Kumkum will be materialized in devotees hands. Intense Kundalini Awakening will be experienced by all of you. the great positive energy will fill your whole system. Kundalini awakening which leads to health, wealth, bliss and all auspicious things.

Before entering into the satsang, me personally & on behalf of Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam I express a strong condemnation for arresting Ramdev Baba. He was doing silent Satyagraha against corruption of politicians to bring the black money back to Bharat. Today I was supposed to go to Delhi to express my solidarity to him. Unfortunately, the brutal action of Central Government disrespecting the individual freedom and democracy of every individual they arrested him last night. It is barbaric and brutal. It is time all of us stand together and question this corrupt practices and life style and make Bharat wealthy and spiritual. Aurobindo, was making it again & again in his writings and discourses that only in Spiritual strength Bharat can show its unique power and contribution to the world. Ram Dev Baba is the expression of that spiritual power raising Bharat to the next level – corrupt free and intelligent governance. I strongly condemn this brutal and barbaric act. Dhyanapeetam will involve itself in all social issues related to this country!

I will continue on the science of eNkriya. Last Sunday I was explaining the first 3 steps I expanded and explained. The 4th step you may need little more understanding. Last 3 steps I have not touched. Now I will explain from the 4th step, all the steps – 4,5,6,7. All these steps I will expand.

In the 4th step of

Kriya means action of awakening enlightenment in you. action which leads you to beyond action is kriya! Action which leads you beyond actions, not laziness – is eNkriya. Usually in all human beings because you are trained so strongly towards the outer world, you constantly look towards the outer world, you are constantly diverted towards the outer world. it is unfortunate all your energy gets drained. Please understand, by nature you are not out worldly. The energy in you by nature is circular! But society makes it as linear means going out. That’s all! It never comes back. Some scriptures say all senses are outward. I disagree. They are not created just for out. No. society teaches you only that dimension. It never teaches you the dimension of looking in, turning in. 80% of your energy just goes out thru your eyes. I tell you, if you close your eyes whenever you don’t need to see, just close your eyes. For example, if your driver is driving why should you open your eyes and see the same scenes. No need. Close your eyes. Whenever not required shut your eyes. Whenever not required shut your mouth.

“Yogasya prathamam dwaram vaang nirodhaha” – the first step towards yoga is cessation of words!

Unfortunately, we never understand, constantly our bio memory, muscle memory getting exhausted by misuse and abuse and extra use of senses. Understand, misusal, abusal, extrausal of senses! When you don’t need keep your eyes closed, keep your mouth shut that itself will save lot of your energy.

The 4th part of eNkriya is based on the philosophy – don’t waste your energy. Use all your energy either to create inner wealth or outer wealth. I am not against outer wealth, I am against you wasting your energy. Most of us just waste, waster, waste. Disrespecting life! Wasting life! Don’t do it. let all your actions be either creating outer world wealth or inner world wealth. Let it be conscious. The energy will simply increase in your system. All your actions and reactions be concentrated effort either to create outer world wealth or inner world wealth. Let there not be any waste of energy. Let there not be abusal of life. I have seen 100s of sadhus or I can say in the name of sadhus lazy fellows roaming around all over the Himalayas. If you do spiritual practice, you are a sadhu, If not, you are just lazy. 100s of fellows don’t want to do anything in the outer world nor inner world and just go around in the name of sadhus.

My message to our entire Sangha - whether you are a devotee, disciple, Ananda samaji, ashramite – all your time and energy, intelligence and life should be constantly working to accumulate either outer world or inner world wealth. When I say inner world wealth I mean the kalyana guna – the various auspicious qualities like compassion, love, bliss, joy, physical health, mental health, beautiful relationships. Outer world wealth means created wealth, not grabbed or swindled wealth. No. not swindled. Created wealth. So constantly create and experience the inner world fulfillment. I tell you if you are engaged in these 2 awareness practices, you are a karma yogi. You are living perfect enlightenment. In this 4th part of eNkriya, I am making your senses into circular. Not linear. Energy should not be constantly going out. It should be redirected, directed inward. That is the reason I am asking you to get into the sambhavi mudra. Some books say name of this mudra is something else. Don’t bother. There are 3-4 names used for this mudra in different different books.

The sambhavi mudra is placing your thumbs on ears, index middle finger on eyes, ring fingers on your nostrils, the little fingers on your lips. Your palms and cheeks press with intense intention sankalpa to direct all your 5 senses inwards and hit your root chakra where your kundalini, your potential energy is sleeping. So that the kundalini energy is awakened and the cycle of energy starts happening in you. Once this cycle starts, there will not be any leakage of energy in you. Then even if your eyes are open, there will not be any leakage inside. I can see the intense levitation happen everywhere. Do this step for 21 minutes. Diverting the energy inside.

Oh! Nithya Devi Rudraksha has happened!

Understand when the energy is diverted and reconnected there will not be not only any leakage, it will go on getting built intensely like a transformer. Intensity gets built very clearly when you reconnect and stop allowing the leakage. That is the reason I am asking you to divert the whole energy inside. when you really feel you cannot hold your breath anymore because you locked all 5 senses, then stop. Allow the breathing to balance itself. Open your nostrils. Maybe for 10 seconds. you don’t breathe in or breathe out. Allow the body to exhale and balance itself. Only one imp thing you need to know if you already have high BP or any serious sickness related to lungs or any other serious illness, don’t do this kriya becos it is a strong way of forcibly diverting energy inside but sure way of sudden enlightenment. It leads to Awakening of the non-mechanical parts of the brain.

The main part this eNkriya the locking and diverting all the energy inward should be done at least 21 times. The 5th part intense humming is to digest all the energy happening in your muscles. It is a technique to digest all the energy. It is like when the kundalini is intensely awakened, it should get converted into understanding, intelligence by your bio memory. It should become part of your bio memory and muscle memory. Only then it will stay inside you. This humming is for that.

The 6th part is facing the Bidadi Kalpataru Banyan tree. Why do we need to face the Banyan tree? What is the significance of this people ask me. Understand Bidadi banyan tree is used as an energy satellite to send intense energy, spiritual experiences and everything to all of you and to receive all your prayers and fulfill by super conscious energy. It is used as energy satellite by super conscious energy, God, to fulfill your prayer. Please understand even the things you receive like kumkum, vibhooti, rudraksha, etc. Now I will start teleporting the 9 gems. I will start materializing. I am teleporting few hundred rudrakshas. Once that gets settled, I will send the 9 gems – nava ratnaas. I want all of you to know all these objects from matter becomes energy, it reaches to Bidadi kalpataru Banyan tree even Akshata from madhurai first go to banyan tree, then to my Ananda Gandha, then it reaches the deity or Ananda Gandha of disciples and then it reached hands.

We have already ordered machines which can scan what is happening in my body – to scan the clear energy wave – we will prove through these machines how first the matter enters my system and leaves it.

Bidadi banyan tree acts like an energy centre. Relaying and receiving center. Cosmos uses the Bidadi Kalpavruksha Banyan tree to relate with all of us, to relate with the world. that is why I am asking you to face the Bidadi banyan tree. We are making a unique compass which will show you the exact direction of the Bidadi banyan tree wherever you are. All the boons you receive, your request first reaches the Bidadi banyan tree, kalpataru banyan tree and they get answered. The banyan tree is a kalpa vruksha. That is the reason I am asking you to face towards the Bidadi banyan tree and raise your hand towards the sky and intensely receive the masters presence energy into you. when you feel full, surrender to the ground and empty yourself completely. Ppl ask why? Pl und whenever energy happens to you, don’t get attached to it, renounce e it. it will happen more and more. When the shakti is renounced it becomes buddhi! Don’t become greedy of energy. No. don’t be greedy of energy. When Shakti is renounced, surrender I tell you while you receive the energy first and reaches your system, it will no0t be 100% pure. Your systems bio memory is connected to that energy and when you renounce and surrender to earth, all your bio memory will become pure. When your intelligence and energy becomes pure, you will be radiating it. so go on renouncing your energy till that time. I wanted to tell all of you who are receiving extraordinary energy, extraordinary experiences, extraordinary power, extraordinary miracles from me, don’t become egoistic by it. be very clear. Again & again surrender to the master’s feet saying it is your lila. Leave all the glory to the divine, to the cosmos. See my example, I don’t get elated by all these materializing. So when you receive don’t become egoistic say it is his grace and glory. When you surrender again & again & again, the more & more energy explosion starts happening in you. more and more you receive. You will not have all other impure emotions. You will become a pure ecstasy and joy. Renounce energy when it happens to you. be unclutched. There are some people who come and tell only once vibhooti, kumkum came in my hand. After that it is not coming. Means you are egoistic, clutched. Just surrender – let me be pure channel, let me not be egoistic. You will simply receive every day. It is surrender which is a catalyst which makes shakti into buddhi – energy into intelligence. Intelligence is the ultimate not just energy. That is why the 6th step is surrender

7TH step sit silently receiving masters energy, presence sending as strong blissful, peaceful, joyful feelings and vibrations to the whole cosmos. 7th step is the time master connects with you, the intense exp – Kundalini awakening, Teleportation, Materialization all happen in your system. I am seeing very clearly the energy expansion. Soon in the next few months who ever does eNkriya and connect to the master – me, not only will exp Kundalini Awakening, they will receive some prasada in their hand from me. it will directly show you the power of connecting with the master.

Let us start step by step.

1st step – naadhi shodhana – In this step you will inhale first from the left nostril and exhale through the right, then inhale through right and exhale through left. Do it at least 11 times so that all the trillion cells of your body get the instructions to be alive.

2nd step – bhastrika – You need to pull your lower abdomen in and up strongly blowing at least 21 times. After every bhastrika give a small break 1 or 2 seconds then give a break. Do this At least 21 times.

3rd step – samana kriya – Inhale as slowly as possible, hold as long as possible, exhale as slowly as possible, hold your lungs empty as long as possible. This is one cycle. Do this for 21 times.

4th step – Get into the saambhavi maha mudra – thumbs on ears, index middle finger on eyes, ring finger on nostrils, little fingers on lips. Press your palms on your cheeks. Lock all 5 senses including your breathing. Intensely divert your whole attention and visualize you are hitting the kundalini energy in the root center. Hold, lock all the senses as long as you can. When you feel you cannot hold anymore, relax for few seconds. once you feel your body is balanced, start again. Do this step for 21 times.

5th step – Intense humming for 7 minutes.

6th Step – Turn towards the Bidadi Kalpataru Banyan tree and feel connected to the master intensely by standing on your knees raising your hands towards the sky, receive the master as deeply as you can Receive the energy intensely. When you feel you are full, surrender to the earth and empty yourself. Receive and pour, receive and pour – do this at least 7 times.

7th Step - sit silently in padmasana and samana mudra just sit feeling connected to the master’s energy intensely. Let the KA in you all be intensely awakened to fill your whole being. All the extraord energies and experiences happen in all of you. let the spiritual experiences be espereicned by you all! Let the intense KA be experienced by all the devotees and disciples sitting all over the world with us at this moment!
