Prayer. Welcome. Today’s subject is Is enlightenment beyond Karma?

169th Patanjali Yoga Sutras, 4th Chapter, 7th verse

Karma Asukla Akrushnam Yoginaha Trinitam Vitaresham

Vivekananda: Works are neither black nor white for yogis. For others they are 3 fold – black, white, mixed.

Prabhavananda: the karma of the yogi is neither white nor black. The karma of others is white, black, mixed.

Satchitananda: actions of the yogi are neither white good nor bad, but of others are white, black , mixed.

Osho: Yogis karmas are neither pure, impure, but all others are 3 fold – pure, impure, mixed

I can tell you understanding this one sutra can liberate you from all Karmas. Miracle means which is supposed to be happening rarely one place on one day. It should be kind of a mystery, mystery. Here it has become an everyday happening. Miracles lose its mystery in Dhyanapeetam because they have become everyday happening. You just sit remembering master feeling connected and Vibhooti is happening. As I said we will have 1000s of people to receive vibhooti and kukum everyday. It is just to show the presence. As you all may be aware the results of the research we have done in San Jose are coming. The Scientist who was doing the research says there was never this kind of restful awareness Theta recorded in any human brain in humanity so far! Just today we have started the next steps. Today the Bharatn doctors are coming and tomorrow we are going to do research in the physical presence. We will do it with the help of remote controlled machines. We will study what happens when the kundalini is awakened in the physical presence in the human brain.

Let us enter into today’s sutra. It is such an amazing, ultimate powerful sutra. Just understanding this one sutra, 1000s of doubts you have about karma can disappear. It can liberate you from 1000s of doubts. It can give you a perfect life solution for every day to day problem you are having.

I do not want to translate this word Karma as work – no. I want to translate it as the ‘ripple effect of action.’ When you do certain action, if it fills you, fulfills you, completes you, if you feel complete in that action and in your presence which was involved in the action – if you are full, fulfilled, complete that action does not leave anything behind in your conscious ocean. It just liberates you more & more, gives you the remembrance you are free being. If you do some action and it is not complete, it does not lead you to fulfillment, it leaves a hangover behind in your conscious ocean, if it does not leave any hangover, if it leaves fulfillment, it gives you the courage and confidence that you are free!

The word karma needs to be understood as ‘the ripple effects of action.’ If any karma – action leaves a complete fulfilled feeling in you, that kind of a ripple effect in you, it is called white action or good action – I can say ‘shuklaha.’ If some karma action leaves an unfulfilled dissatisfied hangover in you, it is called ‘krishna’ black action. Please understand you need to understand this basic truths. Then 100s of doubts and questions you have about karma can be answered just by this one sutra. Here, karma which does not leave any unfulfilled feeling, which leaves a deep contentment fulfilled feeling in you is called white or complete or fulfilled actions. The karma which leaves a hangover in your inner space, conscious ocean can be called as black, roughly bad. Whether the karma is exothermic or endothermic – gives off heat or absorbs heat, endothermic or exothermic. Endothermic means absorbs heat, exothermic means gives off heat if a karma absorbs all the fulfillment it is called endothermic. If a karma goes on giving satisfaction it is called exothermic. I will use the words endothermic and exothermic than black and white. I will translate sukla and Krishna more as endothermic and exothermic. Because black absorbs all the heat and white gives away all the heat. Here white means gives away heat – exothermic – means fulfilled consciousness. Black means all the heat – means absorbing all the fulfilled feeling and giving only the unfulfilled feeling. I was trying to understand why Patanjali is using black and white instead of good & bad. Now I am comparing and matching the word and the meaning. Patanjali could have said good & bad karma. But he says sukla and Krishna – black and white – black means endothermic- absorbing means it absorbs and leaves the hangover unfulfilled feeling. White means gives off heat, means gives off fulfilled feeling does not give unfulfilled feeling. I will translate this word sukla and Krishna as exothermic and endothermic. White as exothermic that which gives off it reflects all colors, and black as endothermic it absorbs all colors.

Whether the action in you absorbs all the dissatisfied feelings or absorbs all the fulfilled feelings Patanjali says in yogi’s being no action is white or black or anything. In the yogi’s being any action neither gives fulfillment nor gives un fulfillment. Neither there is a hangover nor there is an idea of freedom! That is why I again & again tell you – do not judge a master by ANY of his actions! I am telling you some of these fools who judged me of course being portrayed in a morphed video in a very wrong way – but because the morphed video shows the actions have happened – with that idea they should never judge me. they should understand, even if the actions happened I am neither fulfilled nor unfulfilled. The actions itself have not happened. But I have removed people who judge like this from my presence. Some people ask me how come suddenly so many people are receiving kumkum and vibhooti Swamiji. I tell you not only my body has matured, I have disciples who are mature staying around me. A yogi’s system does not have any ripple effect for any of his actions! That is what Patanjali beautifully says - akrishna, asukla – yogi is neither purified nor becomes impure by any of his actions. He is neither endothermic nor exothermic. Tomorrow I will give you a clear picture of how Patanjali’s words – black and white clearly expresses the great system if karma. Also, the idea of exothermic and endothermic was available during the time of Patanjali. See black absorbs all colors and white gives off all colors – these exothermic and endothermic ideas were there right since our vedic tradition. Tomorrow I will present these clearly with an exact dictionary translation. And I will tell you clearly how karma makes you sometimes exothermic or endothermic. Even if you just know what makes you exothermic and what makes you endothermic, you will not suffer anymore! Because the actions binds these fools, they think I am also bound by m y actions. When I am trying to liberate them so hard and make them yogi where they are not bound by their actions, these fools are trying to bind me so hard saying that I am also bound by my actions! I am telling you, if you create an idea about me seeing this vibhooti and kumkum coming in my presence in devotees hands and if you create an idea about me seeing that morphed video thinking that is true both ideas are wrong. IF come to some conclusion seeing that video thinking it is true and some idea seeing vibhooti happening in hands and photos, any idea and any conclusion you arrive about m e by any of my actions, pl und you are wrong and yet to grow. Because none of these actions make me pure or impure. I am not responsible for any of these actions. Nothing touches me. only when you understand a space in you which no action touches, you will understand and have a right idea about me. so work for that instead of having or trying to have understandings and ideas about me!

Sometime how a child in deep sleep itself sucks milk from mother and just sleeps, it never wakes up during the whole period of that action. The child will just take the milk while it is asleep and sleep. How you don’t get up at all during the whole satsang, the whole energy gets inside and all the kundalini awakening happens in the sleep itself, how the child which is sucking mother’s milk in sleep itself, neither it remembers it is hungry nor that the hunger has gone – it is fulfilled. Same way yogi’s actions neither make him pure or impure. Neither it makes a yogi unfulfilled nor makes him fulfilled. It neither makes him endothermic nor makes him exothermic because he is thermic – Arunachala! Arunachala is neither endothermic nor exothermic. He IS!

What is there to be endothermic? Where is anything to be exothermic? There is no endothermic or exothermic. You cannot even call something as thermic. IT IS! That’s all! I will speak on this sutra and give you example precisely step by step how an ordinary man feels the endothermic or the exothermic impact of karma. How an ordinary man gets affected and judges a yogi. In endothermic and exothermic based on action, how a yogi does not get effected by the endothermic and exothermic effects of karma, how he looks at an ordinary m an, liberates him form endothermic and exothermic. How you feel about endothermic and exothermic and bind m e with them, how I feel about these 2 and how I liberate you of these 2, if this 4 is understood, all things about karma will disappear and straight away you will achieve enlightenment. One of the simplest way to achieve enlightenment is to realize neither endothermic nor exothermic experiences of karma creates any ripple effect in your system. Actions do not make you pure or impure. You are neither bound nor liberated. How a person who feels there is endothermic or exothermic effect in his system by karma tries to create the same in others, how a man realizes he does not have the thermic effects of karma, liberates himself from them. I will give you 4 sacred secrets which can open almost all questions and doubts you have about the spiritual life or the science of enlightenment. Like a master card. Yesterday we were coming to Bangalore from Northern Karnataka. There was a huge procession and gathering of 20,000 people. I was surprised that public do not believe this media mafia. There was such a huge amazing positive gathering. One speaker asked – “I want those of you to raise your hands who do not believe what was spread and who are supporting him.” I saw 50% hands raising! I saw a tremendous support from the common man the aam aadmi of this country. The aam aadmi of this county is supporting me. I sincerely thank them for their support. Media can taint or abuse but somehow people are intelligent. I am seeing Bharatn aam aadmi is getting mature and understands how media is diverting the public attention from big crimes to small things.

Anyhow when we were coming back from there, I don’t know how many tolls we crossed. In not a single toll gate they charged any money. The moment they see me they say – oh Swamy! Please go, please go. My driver Brahmachari will give one card of my photograph, they touch the photograph. My driver was saying – swami this is the master card! ☺

This sacred secret from this stura is useful to all the toll you need to pay in your life. If you live inside this bounded space of this body, age is the toll you need to pay, unnecessary dumping food, disease is the toll, sleep is the toll if you are churning your body and mind with too many actions. So in your life you need to pay toll. But these 4 sacred secrets – the endothermic, exothermic effects of karma on you and how you project that on you, the exothermic, endothermic non-effects of master and how he projects them on you. You have a master card and you don’t need to pay toll in any of the toll gates of your life. They will just let you go free!
