Let Meenakshi’s auspicious graceful presence fill all our centers. \`today’s subject is creating the new man! Understand that only Devi energy can create new man. Only feminine energy can create new man. What I mean by the word new man – man who is the citizen of cosmos not even just planet earth, citizen of cosmos. When you are citizen of one country, one state, one district, you learn the laws of that state, that country that district. I am not saying it is wrong. I have all my respect for the constitution and law of the country. But all I am saying is that is not enough to understand the law of that country. When you understand the law of the country naturally you will be happy. But when death happens, you will go beyond that space and country. When I define the new man I mean new man who knows completely the law of the country, the state in which he is living and law of the space too – who is prepared for both. Who understands both. This is the sacred secret you need to catch. The other day I was giving syllabus to new age man. First subject should be knowing, understanding, experiencing all the truths about body and mind. In that the elective should be extraordinary powers and experience. If you are interested in experience you are an introvert, if you are interested in power, you are an extrovert. But both are good. Nothing wrong. 2nd thing understanding the team and society means understanding people with whom you are living family or business team and understanding the whole society. I have explained very clearly the other day. If you are interested in money, you need to create a group also interested in money around you and you need to share money with them, same way power. If you are interested in spirituality you need to share the spiritual truths with them. If you are not able to share spiritual truths, constantly spiritual experience, even if you get Nobel prize people will not live around you. there may not be a spiritual community around you. There may be power community but not spiritual community around you. Spiritual community needs a totally different kind of software. Same way understanding the society, if you are interested in power, you need to relate, connect and be able to handle the power based society – politicians, officials, money, money based society – business men, stock brokers – their very language is different. If you are interested in spirituality you need to relate with spiritual community. It is like connecting with certain energy frequency, certain energy field. Understand when you are living in a community where 100s of people are experiencing levitation automatically your muscle memory feels the peer pressure and your bio memory experiences the kundalini awakening. If you are living in a community where too many people are screw loose, your bio memory also catches it ☺ Really people who are put in asylum within 2,3 months almost all screws will be loose! By the very flow of bio memory it feels the peer pressure and picks it up. If you are surrounded by corrupt people, you cannot do anything, but simply pick it up. Even if you don’t pick it up, you will be forced to do it! Otherwise you will be kicked out of that circle.

Whose personality of wealth is fully blossomed, whose personality of health is fully blossomed, whose personality of love is fully blossomed, whose personality of relationships is fully blossomed, whose personality of fulfillment is fully blossomed – who is new man! Awakening your kundalini shakti is the direct way of creating the new man. I can say you guys have to be come nothing and new man will emerge out of you. eNkriya is a direct technique of making this new man. Let me describe this kriya which awakens your inner kundalini shakti and makes you a new man. It has 7 steps.

1) Naadi shodhana – purification of naadi. 2) Bhastrika – pulling your lower abdomen in & up 21 times! If it is too big nothing can be done, even with your hand you cannot push it. it is supposed to be in a size that just by your will you should be able to pull in and up. If your will cannot do that job then what you are having is villain – dangerous! 21 times Bhastrika. 3) Samaana Kriya – Inhale as slowly as possible, hold as long as possible. Exhale as long as possible, hold the lungs empty as long as possible. This is one samana kriya. Do like this 21 samaana kriya. 4) Main kriya – if you are having high BP, any other serious heart conditions, lungs trouble do not do this kriya, just sit and meditate for 42 minutes. Others do sincerely. Again after few seconds lock. Do this at least 21 times. Then 5) Intense humming 6) Shakti Dharana 7) Send a strong bliss loving vibrations to the cosmos you will experience the intense eNeffect. Blessings!
