Creating an energy field where different bio-memories of extraordinary powers are awakened in human beings is the job of an incarnation. See my job is nothing but creating again an energy field where I roll the ball. At least few thousand people I initiate into the extraordinary power by the training and the initiation and make them experience. Once they experience it is in the very air, it becomes an energy of that very space. Whoever comes inside, all their bio-memory gets awakened to that experience and they start radiating.
