This teleportation is to inspire you, to make you understand that this science is still alive and practicable and practical. Just to give shraddha & sincerity to shaastra pramaana and aapta pramaana. That is all. It is not for any self pride or any ego boosting or anything. Understand the spirit behind this action so that you can celebrate it, you can enjoy it. you don’t need to get into the mood of resistance. All I am doing is just to inspire you people to live enlightenment. That’s all.

Today’s subject is Achieving High Performance in every area of life! If I have to give basic qualification you need for living enlightenment, please understand I am giving you a basic one line qualification to enlightenment – be a high achiever – that’s all. Whether it is your body, soul or mind or any line be a high achiever. I don’t mean by grabbing, looting, swindling or putting others down – NO. I mean a simple, energetic high achiever. If you are sweeping the floor be a high achiever, if you are making a garland be a high achiever. Have a tremendous curiosity for life! Last Sunday in the Ashramite samyama, I sat and worked on energy beads. I made a garland and individual beads with rudraksha beads and wire knots. You may think that is not a big thing. But I what I want to tell is that when I picked up that job, I decided to be a high achiever in that job. There is no such thing as mundane or sacred. There is no difference between life & religiousness. An attitude of higher achiever is religiousness. The juice of my life is an attitude of a high achiever. Understand, be a high achiever in any line you pick up. Think extraordinarily so that you can be in a space of no thinking. Understand, no thinking does not happen for the fellows who try to be in dullness or dumbness. NO. no thinking happens only to the people who think extraordinarily. Thinking is like water, it has to disappear by becoming steam, not by becoming ice. Always this ordinary fools think the thinking should lose the water quality by becoming ice – cold, dumb. No. it has to become like vapour. Awaken all dimension s of your life. I have few instructions for becoming a high achiever. What stops you from living fully? I can say a very simple reason. What stops you from living fully? Nothing but simple laziness. You don’t want to. That’s all. You think – living fully is too much, what for should I live fully?

You sold your life to your boss. Don’t be foolish. You always think why should I work so much, why should I think so much. Let me do what my boss tells me. Don’t be foolish, your life is not a bargain given to your boss. You are caught in foolishness. Just because your boss pays you only rs 10,000/- you stop with that. Make your whole life as a non-profit. You know the profit which comes is not for the product you deliver but just to sustain your day to day life. This is what is called – karmanye vaadhikaarasye maphaleshu kadaachanah do your duty and don’t expect results.

Work intensely but understand what comes is not equivalent to what you are delivering. It is just to run your basic things. Money is a kind of a one system of the social mechanism. For example, there is a car which can run by petrol, gas or solar energy. Money is like a one system. One fuel. But unfortunately if you are stuck with that one fuel and trade your whole life for that one fuel, you are a fool! So don’t stop delivering. Don’t stop thinking extraordinarily. Don’t curtail, don’t snub. Don’t abuse your creativity and your intense energy expressing by the bargaining or the hatred towards the people who does not repay you more. I am telling you, this is one of the important mental set up to create wealth. Please understand very imp mental set up to create wealth is to understand what you deliver to the world is not what you get in return from the world which is very little. Just because of that don’t create hatred to people who pay you back which can be in so many ways – your boss giving you salary, your wife giving love back, your kids giving love back. If you have the hatred towards the guy who pays you back, you will think this guy is giving me only 1 lakh per month. Why should I work more than that? You are not cheating your boss. You are curtailing, abusing your own expression. Same way if you have hatred to your spouse – she gives me only this much, why should I do so much for her? Relax. Because of this you are curtailing your energy flow. Anywhere when you create hatred towards the paying back mechanism – meaning anything you receive from society, from outside towards you – when you have hatred towards those mechanisms, finally you are going to destroy, abuse, snub yourself.

Not only many people to whom I gave so much, not only did they give me love, respect, they vomited negativity on me. But that did not stop me. Now I have become more rigorous. All my energy is now expressing more rigorously. Now I have become more intense. Because I learnt an important lesson. Do not equate what you receive and what you give. If you are equating you are going to destroy your expression. What your manager pays you is only one dimension – let it be used for your day to day living. Money is just one dimension to run the life smoothly like a lubricant, lubrication. The moment you carry hatred towards people who pay you back, you will curtail your expression of high achieving. Any ordinary man in my place would have shut down the shop and packed up – either gone to Himalayas or shut himself to society. So understand I learnt the secret lesson from the young age. Your creativity, your uniqueness, your productivity, your offering to the globe, to the universe can no way be equated to what is returned to you. what comes back is a small thing. but unfortunately when you develop hatred to what comes back, you stop living. In every dimension I have seen some people. I have seen people who go around the street Ganesha temple and ask for 10 lakh lottery. When you hve too much anger and expectation even towards God, you stop flowing.

Just yesterday, I received an email from one of the Osho’s disciple. A message asking me to bless some particular people because some of the ex-Osho disciples are promoting that there should not be any gratitude or love or gestures shown towards Osho. So some of the Bharatn devotees are wounded by this. basically the Bharatn mental set up is built so much on the Guru Bhakti. This group of disciples are deeply hurt. They sent me a message to bless them and give message that Guru Bhakti is path to enlightenment. I wanted all the Osho disciples & Osho lovers who are interested in listening to me, please understand – gratitude, devotion is a strong straight immediate path for enlightenment. Don’t believe, don’t trust people who tell you otherwise. I am not saying please be connected with me. all I am saying is be strongly connected with your own master with whom you had a click! Devotion, gratitude is a strong path. Don’t get caught by fellows you are trying to sell Osho. When you have hatred even towards your Guru or God having some high expectation & feeling that you are not getting in return, you stop flowing. You don’t understand the feeling of flowing is such a great gift. The intellectual idiots who do not have a taste of flowing do not know the very flowing is life. It is like a born blind man can never understand what he is missing. Same way fellow who cannot flow can never understand what he is missing. Devotion even to your boss. Please understand I am not saying even obedience or respect. Have little devotion even to your boss even if you think he sucks your blood. These are words you created in your life. Don’t allow that. Have devotion to your boss, your work place, work and decide what I get in return cannot equate to what I offer. So I will not calculate. I am going to explode in life, I am going to break into life. I am not going to hold on, I am not going to snub myself, curtail my overflow of intelligence, stop my life flow. Next one year take a sankalpa – my life is going to be non-profit. It means you will have money but you will work with attitude of non-profit. Be creative in all directions. Decide how much ever I can, I will contribute to my work. Same way, I will share emotion & love to all people around me. same way with God whether he gives me levitation, vibhudhi, anything he gives or not I am going to be in total bhakti and giving to my Guru. Break it in the next one year. All my dealings will be non-profit. When I say non-profit I am not saying you will not receive anything. I am saying don’t base your actions based on what you receive. Don’t have a mental calculator all the time.

A small story –

One guy little dirty, it is okay. Any truth told with a little dirty story is always remembered by ppl because of the story. If the story is straight clean ppl don’t remember the truth told by the story. One guy picks up a girl late night and drives into some deep woods. Everything happens. after that suddenly she says give me 100 dollars – this is my profession. The guy is shocked. He says – alright you too give me 100 dollars, I am a taxi driver and I will drop you back!

So the whole thing is business – he gives you something, she gives you something, look into your life. Many of you guys are taxi drivers! We are running our life in this angle. Decide next one year - my life is non-profit. You will see you will live fully and intensely. Deliver, deliver, deliver – go on delivering. Achieve, achieve, achieve go on achieving. Know very clearly that you will deliver 10 million but will get only 10,000 – deliver. The ability to breath fully will happen in you! we are planning to go to Kailash this year and my doctor told me that all ppl going there should walk at least 5 hours and use the hipoxy mask which gives same atmosphere similar to hill stations and high altitude. I was thinking just like the hipoxy mask prepares your life for high altitude, living your life for 1 year with a non-profit attitude preopares you to live life fully! I recommend all youth before entering your job or marriage come & live in our organization at least 1 year. You will break your mental set up of calculating all the time. If you live like that you will become like Mulla Nasruddin’d donkey which does not move even when you call him. One day Mulla Nasruddin wants to sell his donkey for 100 coins instead of usual rate of 500 coins. One person asked why are you selling for so cheap? He said no you should call the donkey very strongly only then he will move. That guy said what is there, I will manage and bought the donkey. He called out aloud and donkey did not move! The guy asked Nasruddin what is this? Nasrudding brought a strong iron rod, hit the donkey hard and then called him. The donkey then moved a little!

Don’t live your life like Nasruddin’s donkey. NO. in the Marman’s tradition, 7th day Adventist tradition, in their church all their youth have to go & do 1 or 2 year voluntary service in their organizatilons before taking up their job or marriage. After talking to some of them who did this I saw oh God! What a difference. When these guys come back, their 2nd layer energy is open. They become high achievers! Then I felt this is the best thing that can happen to anybody’s life. I tell you – all our youth, devotees, satsangis – this will help you guys. It makes a big difference. You learn to explode in your life! You learn not to curtail your enthusiasm and creativity. Not to snub the bird, not to snub the bud! Of course bud becomes bird when it blossoms fully! At least 1 year be in non-profit you will become what you never were before. Vedanta or living enlightenment does not happen to lazy bums, Nasruddin’s donkeys – no. it happens only to high achievers. It happens only to Vivekanandas. Vivekananda is a high achiever – you cannot complete in your whole life even reading what he has written in just 9 years of his public life. He has delivered so much just in 9 years of his public life. High achievers! Shankara – high achiever. All great masters are high achievers. So be a high achiever. I tell you awakening your kundalini is a direct method to be a high achiever whether in the plane of creating wealth, health, love & relationships or creating spiritual fulfillment, awakening your kundalini energy makes you a high achiever. If I have to give vision statement of my whole campus – making people high achievers in all dimensions by giving understanding, inspiration, awakening their curiosity, excitement or by pressure! Every possible available things are used to make people high achievers – greed, fear, worry, attention, jealously, ego, discontentment – all 7 are used to make people high achievers. All 7 are used to make people go beyond all these 7. I tell you a high achiever never suffers with all this. if you have achieved a big job & position in the US and settled in life with millions of dollars, you don’t compare & feel jealous with your brother who is having village property and not interested in giving your share. But if you are sitting in the same village and you are not a high achiever, you will fight not just for 10 feet but even for 1 feet you will fight. I tell you be a high achiever in the inner space, you will be so graceful to the whole world. unless you are a high achiever you will not be graceful. You may be charitable but you will expect 10 feet tall letter and photograph for the 2000 rupees you give! Only high achievers can be graceful. Only high achievers can be out of jealousy, worry. I tell you be a charismatic juicy guy. 1000s will give you attention and you will not have jealousy. Contribute to people’s life you will have attention. Some fools try to get attention by abusing others. When you contribute to people’s life the attention you receive is creative, permanent useful for you and for them. Understand any attention you receive by contributing to people’s life only that is permanent, eternal, useful. If you receive attention by abusing others is not going to be useful & permanent. That is why so many people tried so much to paint so much of villainty on me and create & project a criminal out of me. but nothing is successful. Still I continue to sit as sarvaalankara bhooshita in the samsthaana simhaasana and still 1000s are doing paada puja & listening to these great truths. Simple reason is I decided I will go on contributing without bothering about what people want to give. Understand you made the mood of trading as a shell around your life. You are caught like a silk worm. Become a butterfly. Break that shell. And be a high achiver. Fly. Awakening your kundalini will make you a high achiever. eNkriya is a direct process, direct method to awaken your kundalini shakti. Please understand eNkriya is a direct method to awaken your kundalini shakti to make you a high achiever! i will give you the instructions. Don’t do now. Listen to instructions step by step. Then when I guide you, you can start doing.

Understand the instructions – it is a 7 part. Means 7 steps.

1st step is naadi sodhana – inhaling through one nostril, blocking it and exhaling it through the other nostril. Just inhaling & exhaling. Once if you inhale & exhale & inhale and exhale. For example use the right thumb to close nostril, inhale thru left close the left nostril. Then inhale thru right, exhale thru right. This is called one cycle. Like this do 11 cycles. If you inhale & exhale through both nostrils, it is called one cycle. Like this do 11 times.

2nd step is Bhastrika – pulling your lower abdomen in & up! Do this at least 21 times.

3rd step is Samaana kriya – inhaling as slowly as possible, holding as long as possible, exhaling as slowly as possible, holding the lungs empty as long as possible. Understand, inhaling as slowly as possible, holding as long as possible, exhaling as slowly as possible, holding the lungs empty as long as possible. Doing this 21 times this is samaana kriya.

4th step – get into the sambhavi mudra. Some books say this ist he shanmukhi mudra. Don’t bother about the name. just do the mudra. Thumbs on your… just shut all 5 senses suddenly including breathing. If you already have high blood pressure or any other serious ailments like heart problem, lungs problem don’t do eNkriya. Just sit silently. Others please do sincerely. Shut all the 5 senses. Intensely the Kundalini will be awakened from inside. do this 21 times. Shut as long as you can. Only when you feel you are going to faint, allow the breathing balancing of body to happen. Allow the breathing and then shut back again. First shut, 2nd allowt he breathing, 3rd – you don’t do the inhaling or exhaling let it happen by itself.

5th part is sit & hum intensely for 7 minutes – as intensely as possible for 7 minutes.

6th part – turn towards the direction of Bidadi Banyan tree – kalpa vruksha, stand on your knees and fill energy from the sky, when youa re full bow down and empty yourself to the earth. Receive & empty at least 7 times so that you become a pure energy channel. All yoru 7 chakras are cleaned

7th part just sit and send a loving peaceful, blissful vibrations to the whole world. support life. You will experience intense kundalini awakening, my presence and levitation. Let us start the Kriay. Let us start the 1st step – naadi sodhana.
