“Again I wanted to remind all of you sit either in Vajrasana, Sukhasana…”

The Satsang

Welcome. Prayer. I welcome all the devotees from around the world sitting with us now live in one way & two way ☺

Again I wanted to remind all of you sit either in Vajrasana, Sukhasana or Padmasana and keep your hands in samaana mudra. In samaana mudra only the authentic kundalini awakening can shake your body. The fake levitation means you getting excited and your body shaking will not happen. In any of these aasanaas you can see that is the most difficult posture to move your body. if you sit in padmaasana and samaana mudra, any movement can happen in your body only if your kundalini is awakened. Because that is the most difficult posture to move your body.

Q: I am learning physical exercise – yoga & martial arts. In martial arts we learn techniques like if somebody holds your hand firmly, how to take out the hands….

2 thing – in martial arts, when somebody touches you, if your kundalini energy is more than their kundalini energy, even if you don’t attack them, they will just fall without you even touching them. I saw a video a Chinese master martial arts master was with 20 persons. He did not touch even one person, and all the 20 were rolling on the ground. The master was doing with pure energy neither anger nor compassion. I will get the video and give you the reference of this tomorrow. If your kundalini is fully awakened, you don’t even need to touch anybody. The moment you look at them they will roll on the ground.

I am really surprised from all over the world, I don’t even know the cities and countries names, people are watching the live satsang. Thanks to the technology!

The only solution for man made & natural calamities is the eNeffect. Create eNeffect & save the world.

Q: Is it okay for the body to have irregular sleeping patterns?

2 hours sleeping during the day time is okay. 12 hours working time need not be continuous. In a day, you can work any 12 hours.

Q: I see people sway during religious ceremonies. Is it because they are possessed by God? If so, what is the difference between them & us who are also swaying in your presence?

If person swaying is in bliss during the experience, the person becomes intelligent – satchitananda – means more integrated, clear, about life death and having more understanding about sacred secrets. 2nd he should become more aware about his life and others life. 3rd he should become more blissful. If this 3 is increasing in a person, then he is possessed by divine. If this is not happening, then he is having a nervous breakdown.

If satchitananda increases during the effect & after the effect you are having eNeffect – kundalini awakening, if that 3 is not there during & after the effect then it is a nervous breakdown. Sit in padmaasana & samaana mudra you cannot fake levitation. Real kundalini awakening only can move your body if you sit in padmasana and samaana mudra.

Q: Thank you for the strange experience I had yesterday morning. My eyes were squeezed inside my Ajna Chakra and it is going upwards.

Usually if your Ajna Chakra is awakened, it sucks both the eyes. The 3rd eye is getting awakened, the 2 eyes should be sacrificed.

My head started moving upwards without my control. I could not sit anymore. I saw the monitor and when I saw you, I saw you were breathing the same way in the way you were breathing. My body was moving up & down while breathing. I saw the same up & down movements in your body also. In the morning I saw my window blinds – they are also breathing the same way that I am breathing! Few days ago, I saw the eyes in the guru murthi in my house – they are also moving. Is it a spiritual experience or my hallucination?

No. you cannot have so many hallucinations. It is spiritual experience only. You are experiencing what I experienced at the age of 12!

When I was with Kuppammal I had my first experience of enlightenment and I had the same doubt am I possessed by ghost, god, etc. she took me to the Arunachala temple and asked me to remember the experience again. She asked me if it is getting intensified or diluted. I said it is becoming intense. I could see the shiva linga alive. She then said it is spiritual experience only. If not it would get diluted.

In all spaces where you have the traditional hindu deities like Ganesha, shiva, etc. No black magic can exist in those places. An authentic master cannot create black magic in the deities he creates. Go with the traditional vedic deities like shiva, Buddha, Krishna, rama – because from time immemorial they are representations of cosmic energy. So have Shiva, Venkatesha, Rama, Krishna, Buddha in your places. No black magic can work then.

When men experience levitation, the stability of the experience will be long. For women it will be less.

What is the difference between Contentment & suppression. In one discourse you said don’t suppress. In another you said be content. Which to apply.

This is individual. For each person it will be either of these two.

100th sutra of Patanjali Yoga Sutra. 2nd chapter 49th verse -

Praanayaama cessation of breathing. Please understand I am not translating Praanayaama as control of breathing, I am translating it as cessation, completely stopping it. I am not asking you to die. When I say the word cessation of breathing, I mean breathing which you experience every day, every moment which awakens the thought also along with the air movement should be stopped. Cessation of air movement with thoughts is what I call breathing – that should be stopped. That is what I call Praanayaamaha. So I don’t want to use the word control of breathing. Praana and breathing is not equivalent words. Breathing means air movement with thoughts, praana means air movements without thoughts. So cessation of breathing is what I call Praanayaama. Cessation of air movement without thoughts, only air movement no thoughts is what I call Praanayaamaha.

In this sutra patanjali introduces Praanayaama

Tasmin sati swaasa prachvaasayoho gati vichetha Praanayaamaha

Vivekananda: control of the motion of the exhalation and inhalation follows after this

Prabhavananda: After mastering posture one must practice the praana by practice control of the Praanayaama by stopping motions of inhalation and exhalation

Satchitananda – that firm posture being acquired the movement of inhalation & exhalation should be controlled. This is Praanayaama.

I will translate this sutra as after achieving the firm posture – means balance – steady & comfortable posture through the technique of balancing you should learn the practice of breathing without thoughts. That is what I call science of Praanayaama. Along with the air movement if your thoughts are also awakened you are not breathing the life energy. Please und air is not life energy. There is a subtle energy with the air that goes into you. the life energy is carried by the air, it goes inside, stays inside and air comes out. If there is more thought, less life energy will go inside, vice versa. Air should be less weight & life energy must have more weight. Too much of air is going inside us but no praana or life energy is going in. so understand, only life energy should come inside, no air. This is the ideal situation. We are supposed to be having no thought but only breathing. So we are supposed to learn the science of breathing without thinking.

Tasmin sati swaasa prachvaasayoho gati vichetha Praanayaamaha

After mastering steady comfortable posture aasana which I taught you yesterday, now you should learn the science of exhaling & inhaling without thoughts. That is what is exactly Praanayaamaha. It is not just eh controlling the exhalation & inhalation, but controlling the exhalation & inhalation without thoughts. That is what I call as cessation of breathing. Cessation of breathing is Praanayaamaha.

Let us learn the technique in next sutras. This is the essence of this sutras message. Blessings!
