Swamiji: Even the phrase itself is self explanatory. It’s when you keep doubting yourself. Whatever you think of doing, you think you can’t do it. Whenever you have to do something, you have already decided “I can’t do it.” So because you could not do it several times, you decide to give up. That is the hatred you have towards yourself. So then, the self-doubt and self-hatred, will come together and become self-denial.

Swamiji: அபூணர்ணத்துவா

Participant: Swamiji, what is the sanskrit word for “incompletion”?

Swamiji: Apurnatva.

Participant: Karma and incompletions are different?

Swamiji: I can say that karma is the side effect of incompletions.

Participant: Ok, and Samskara?

Swamiji: Samskara is also again the different component of incompletion.

Participant: Is there any other scripture that talks about it other than Shiva Sutras? About completion, incompletion?

Swamiji: Yes, few, few more scriptures are talking about it. Above all My experience talks about it.

Swamiji: கோணிலான் கொண்ட ஊரும், குருவிலான் கொண்ட வித்தையும், ம்ம்ம்... கோணிலான் கொண்ட ஊர்னா, அரசன் இல்லாத ஊர்.

Means the ah euh kingdom without king, how it will be destroyed like that.

Participant: Okay Swamiji, like a, I am sitting in Haridwar and doing completions with those people who are still there in my life. So that is..

Swamiji: No, that is, that you will learn next… completion with others.. Actually you don’t need to jump, you can just hehe be with whatever we learnt in the last four days. See, before starting the next level, I wanted to make sure that every one of you have understood every single concept which happened in last four days; because see, this is a unique Inner Awakening because completely I am conducting, first. Second, small group, so I am making sure everyone of you are complete. Even the next, next sessions, I am going to listen to every one of you and make sure that every one of you reach. So, by the time we complete the program, the whole group will be complete with yourself and others, and able to create your reality and other’s reality, experientially. Participant: Can you expand on self-denial? Because that is what...

Swamiji: Uh, self-denial is nothing but you completely sealing on you. You say: “Nothing. I can not do anything. You teach all these teachings will work for others, not for me.” There are some people who reach that: “Aha, mhm, You don’t know about me Swamiji. You are, you, you may know all the seven billion people on the planet earth but You don’t know me. I am unique in that seven billion people. Nothing can be done to me.” There are people like that. 😃 “You maybe mm, Maha Mandaleshwar Jagatguru whatever😃 but you cannot work on me.” 😃

Participant: Most people are have all three? Or they have just self-doubting or…

uhh.. I don’t want to say most people will have all three; uhh, usually people will have only self-doubt and self-hatred. When the self-denial becomes then very difficult to get them out of it. It is like a, if you’re just having self-doubt, you have a disease but you are not hospitalized. If you have a self-doubt and self-hatred, you have a disease and you are in hospital. If you have a self-doubt, self-hatred and self-denial you have a disease, you are in the hospital, ICU, 😃 That’s all. So, I don’t want to say most people have all the three.

Participant: So you can have a, just self-denial, it is for uh self-doubting, a prerequisite to self denial?

Swamiji: It always starts only as self-doubt, then it goes to self-hatred, only then self-denial comes. It’s one by one by one.

Participant: So for someone who has self-denial will have these two.

Swamiji: Naturally, unless they finish the first grade, second grade they won’t go to third grade.

Participant: What about self-sabotaging? What, what would they come under?

Swamiji: Self-sabotaging? I can say self-denial, different word for self- denial.

Participant: Ok..

Participant: I would like to say something, I have learned something some time ago in an another program, we called it in America “AA or Alcoholics Anonymous or Narcotics Anonymous, and I learned in that program that denial it stands for “Don’t Even Know I Am Lying.” D-E-N-I-A-L.

Swamiji: That is totally different.

Participant: It is.

Swamiji: Mh, I can say that is the explanation they are giving, but here this is the meaning I am, uh, giving for that word. I, I mean this only when I utter this word.

Participant: It is that, ok.

Swamiji: That’s it; because sometime the concepts are so difficult, you have to create your own word, coin your own word. That’s all.
