And how eNkriya initiation directly awakens your 3rd eye. Pl und all over the world, all mystery schools, all mystical traditions, all spiritual lineages have worked intensely on 3rd eye! The brow centre is the cosmic browsing centre. How in a browsing centre you can upload or download any info you want, the brow centre is a cosmic browsing centre. You can access, download, use, send any info to & from cosmos. The cosmic archives is directly available you have access to it. You have possibility of experiencing it. I am not promoting some theories. Please understand, I am talking something which is tangible, much more tangible than what you think as tangible. Reality than what you think as reality. In yesterday’s satsang, I was telling the 21 different logic independent logic functioning in your system. 21 different independent logic functioning in your brain. When you try to be idiotically consistent with one logic and go on denying depressing suppressing other parts and other logics, you suppress and do not allow the non-mechanical parts of the brain to be awakened. Understand, the non-mechanical parts of the brain in your system is responsible for extraordinary experiences and powers. It can send and receive messages to anybody anywhere in the universe. It can attract right people towards you or send wrong people away from you. And it did ☺

Somebody went & read the ancient naadi text about my biography. The guy who went to read he himself is a poet who knows ancient tamil in which the texts are written. So he does not need someone else to tell him language. That tamil is 500 year old Tamil and at least 300 yrs before that language is dead. But this poet cannot compose but can read it. He presented it yesterday. That naadi says about my biography – till the age of 32 he will express the energy of a satguru an enlightened master. After 32, from 33 onwards, he will express the intense energy of an incarnation! Now I understand why a big cleaning has happened. the wrong people if they are sitting, they will not let the right things to happen.

So it is good we are rid of wrong people and right people have started gathering around us. Right things have started happening. You need a strong base for the right things to happen. Now we have a strong base which cannot be shaken by any abusal. And we can really do our mission – what needs to be done. Just yesterday I received an email from the lady who wrote about my jewels and clothes and throne few days before. I think she is a seeker no poker! So I bless you! Great. So now we are gathering the right seekers around us from all over the world. that is the reason I have started the deep mystical work. 3rd eye is the cosmic browsing centre through which you can send and receive cosmic informations about the past, present and future. Not only that, 3rd eye is responsible for leadership qualities – Ishitva – in the 8 siddhis which patanjali describes an imp siddhi – ishitva or ishwaratva means he ability to be a leader, an extraordinary capacity to lead is also a siddhi. The 3rd eye – ajna chakra can awaken tha siddhi in you. the 5 life breathing happening in you is directly connected to the 3rd eye.

I will give you an example. Your body can be compared to an instrument – your muladhara is a bowl filled with mercury where the mercury can be equated to the reproductive energy which can create life. Your spine is like a 3 tube, hollow tube – 3 naadis – idagala, pingala, sushumna. The root of the spine is on the mercury bowl which is reproductive energy. The top of the tube is the 3rd eye – the ajna chakra. Thru this 2 tubes if you can send intense energy, air pressure the mercury can directly be sent to the 3rd eye.

The tubes are your spine, mercury bowl is your root centre, filled with energy to fill life. When you send intensely praana through the side tubes, because of the pressure, the mercury goes thru the middle tube and reaches the top – then the ajna chakra gets activated. That is what I am doing in enkriya. Through both nostrils idagala and pingala, I am infusing intense life energy, in that pressure, through the center naadi the life energy reaches the brow centre - the ajna chakra, the ajna chakra gets activated and extraordinary leadership expresses through you! power of Ajna Chakra – leadership quality – Ishitva, Ishwaratva can express in everyone of you! all you need to do is send that reproductive energy to the crown centre.

Yesterday I was telling a story (god & Adam story)….only one will work at a time ☺ so understand, if you want the brain to be activated, send the energy up. Awaken the kundalini shakti and raise it to the brow centre. Enkriya is a powerful method to awaken the brow centre and clear the 5 life energies – praana, samaana, udaana, vyaana, apana – happening in your body. Unfortunately, human beings are putting too much energy, time, intentions in acquiring wealth, relationships and comforts. You forget the tremendous extraordinary powers stored in your system which need to be awakened and expressed. Und I am not expressing these powers to tell my glory to the world – like giving boons, materializing vibudhi, I am not to show my glory but to show your glory to you. I don’t need to prove my glory. That is not what I want. I wanted you to understand this is a great science which you can also do and have. It is a science. That is the reason I am making it happen in your place so that you can visibly see it.

From March 2nd to 23rd We will prove how the teleporting is possible by the kundalini energy and spiritual awakening. It is like in a Tsunami if all the TVs disappeared and one big TV shows off see I can sing and dance that is a miracle. But if I t can produce a TV producing industry and reproduce many TVs he is a scientist. I am here as a spiritual scientist.

To awaken your spiritual experience. Enkriya directly awakens your inner potential energy. Enkriya is the essence of the whole levitation process! All of you may be aware that I conducted a 48 day program to levitate – helping people to levitate and awaken their kundalini energy. In the whole program what I taught, the essence is enkriya. Do this enkriya at least 21 days, I can guarantee your mitochondria cell energy can increase at least 500%. The kundalini shakti’s biological rough equivalent is mitochondria cell energy. Kundalini shakti is much more but it can be roughly equated with mitochondria cell energy.

I will give the instruction for the enkriya. Please understand do not do I now, listen to the instructions first then you can do it. If there are any journalists watching, I want you to know it is only water ☺ you can test it if you want {he drinks water and says this ☺}this enKriya is the process for balancing the 5 life breath moment happening – inhaling, holding, spreading, exhaling and cleaning. Cleaning is called apana – gas emission. All 5 need to be purified and balanced. Inhaling, holding, exhaling, spreading all over the body and cleaning. Unfortunately the British way of thinking has abused the cleaning process. Socially the cleaning process is not accepted so you go on suppress and create disease inside. und cleaning has to happen when there is garbage is inside. garbage should not gather that is true but that does not mean you will not clean it.

A family took their elderly frail mother to a nursing home and left her hoping she will be taken care of. the next morn the nurses bathed her and put her at a window overlooking a garden. She seemed ok but after a while she slowly started to tilt on to one side, nurses rushed back and brought her back upright. But it repeated all morning. Later family came to see how old woman is adjusting to the new home. They asked how is it here are they treating you well? She replied it is nice except that they do not let me pass the winds! ☺

All the 5 life breath needs to be balanced. Enkriya is the technique to balance all the 5 life breath. I will give the instruction step by step. Then I will guide you. it is 7 steps. The whole technique is 7 step. First 3 step is preparation, 4th step is main kriya and the last 3 steps are awakening the kundalini intensely and balancing your body – settling with kundalini.

1st step – sit in padmasana or vajrasana or sukhasana. I will give the instruction now. 1st step is – naadi sodhana – closing your right nostril with your right thumb inhaling as deeply as possible with the left nostril. Then closing your left nostril with your middle finger and index finger and exhaling.

Just inhaling and exhaling – this is called 1 cycle. Do this at least 11 times. Naadi shodhana – 11 times.

2nd step – bhastrika – pull your lower abdomen in and up. Don’t shake the whole body. just the lower abdomen in and up. 21 times do bhastrika.

3rd step – inhale as slowly as possible, hold as long as possible, exhale as slowly as possible hold the lungs empty as long as possible – this one cycle is called 1 samaana kriya. Do this 21 times. 21 samaana kriya.

All these 3 steps are preparatory steps. The 4th is the main kriya. In this you should put your thumbs on the ears, index and middle fingers on the eyes, ring fingers on the nose, little fingers on your mouth. Close all 5 senses, block the nostrils. This is called sambhavi mudra. Stop energy going out and send it intensely in. redirect your whole energy. This can lead you to instant enlightenment. Hold as long as you can. Mind will say you will die. You will not die. Only if you have serious heart conditions or high BP don’t do. People with normal health can do as much as you can. When you feel you cannot hold anymore relax. Just for few seconds so that your body can automatically inhale, exhale and balance. You don’t inhale exhale voluntarily. Let your body do it. When you are feeling balanced, again block the nostrils. Do this same thing 21 times. 21 times thru sambhavi mudra directing energy inside.

5th part – Intense humming for 7 minutes.

6th part – shakti dharana – stand on knees raise your h ands towards the sky, connect with the master. Wherever you are around the world, please find out the direction of the banyan tree like how muslims turn to the direction of kabaa – pl und it is a spiritual technique. So all of you around the world find direction to the bidadi banyan tree, raise your hands and connect with the master, feel his presence and energy fill you. when you feel full, surrender yourself, empty yourself, pour yourself to the earth – namaha. Then again repeat. Do this 7 times.

7th step – just sit feeling connected to the master and send intense loving energy to the whole world. this is the time I work on you and infuse my energy. that is the time for you to relax and experience the awakening of your energy.

I wanted to invite all of you on March 2nd for an imp initiation of eNmeditation. From march 2nd to 23rd morning I will be doing satsang on yoga sutras, evening I will do satsang on Brahmasutras and we will be creating intense eNeffect all over the world and I declare now itself I will reduce the crime rate – man made calamity – wars and crime rate calamity and natural calamity at least 40% less in that 1 month! We will prove it scientifically that natural clamities and man made calamities like war, crime, death will be reduced at least 40% in that month all over the world.
