Sincerely drop everything. Shut everything out. External disturbances, internal disturbances.

Listen. The real fruit, essence, phala, result of all the satsangs you heard is going through this experiential process. To bring you to this process and awaken your sincerity, to bring you to experience this spiritual process, this oneness, is the purpose why I am speaking day in and day out.

So understand, just remember your first person, how you are feeling you now, right now, how you feel about you. It can be anything. You may be feeling your body is you, your mind is you, your emotions are you, anything you feel as you, come to first person which you are experiencing right now.

Just see which is the source of your first person, what you feel about you, where your first person is vibrating, how your first person is experienced by you, how your first person is perceived by you, how you feel your first person. Anything I can give you, I can give it only through your first person. Listen.

If I want to give a physical gift, I can give it to your body. You stretch your hands and receive. If I want to give some mental, mind related gifts like happiness, you can stretch your thoughts and receive it.

If I want to give you brain candy, some intellectual ideas which you start enjoying, you can just put your listening and receive it and enjoy it. But if you want the right gift, the ultimate gift, the real gift from me, that is super consciousness of Paramashiva, the first person of Paramashiva, I can give it only into your first person. This is the ultimate self love you can have.
