Sometimes you feel you exist as body. Sometimes you feel you exist as your mind. Sometimes you feel you exist as your emotions.

Sometimes you feel you exist as a confused entity – body, mind, emotions. You may feel different identities, confusions, but all of us are clear we exist. Now, sit and remember you, that feeling of I inside you, how you feel inside you.

I, I, I. The first person, just remember, cognize, focus yourself on your first person. When you sit with your first person, so much of emotions, unmanageable thoughts, pains, everything erupts. It is usual, don't worry.

Just sit with your first person. I tell you, who I experience inside me as my first person, the same being exists in everyone as the first person. So, he who manifests here as a first person will manifest himself in your first person.

Sitting with your first person and listening to me is Shravana Deeksha. That's all. Just sit how you feel you, the first person, the first person in you, the first person's Nada, frequency, Bindu, visualization, Kala, vibration, all three is Paramashiva's very own Nada, Bindu, Kala.

Listen, the first person you experience inside you, actually if you dig deep, see the first person, it is directly Paramashiva's dance. His Nada, Bindu, Kala is dancing. That is your first person, the Paramashiva who is dancing in me as the first person, same Paramashiva is dancing in all of you and all as first person.

Listen, when you start seeking your first person, first you may visualize, feel you are your body. If you dig deep, you may feel you are your mind. If you dig deep, you may feel you are your emotions.

If you dig deep, you will find you are conscious. Listen, the source of your first person and source of my first person, source of everyone's first person is the source of the Cosmos' first person, Paramashiva. You will experience Paramashiva's Nada, frequency, Paramashiva's Bindu, visualization, Paramashiva's Kala, vibration in you now through this Mahavakya.
