My birthday will be celebrated as per the Vedic calendar. This year it falls on Jan 6th. But we will continue to celebrate Jan 1st as our Sangha day the day of the Nithyananda mission’s birth. Today we are ten year young! Wow!! Looking back feels just ten years. Ten years, ten years. In all tone, we can sing - the “ten years.” We have completed ten years and I am really happy and blessing the Nithyananda Sangha for what it was doing and doing and standing up in this ten years!

Number ten in very important in all spiritual sanghas. The 10th year and the 10th Guru will give re-birth to that sangha. In Shankara sampradaaya Vidyaranya was the 1th and the RamaKrishna mission Vireshwarananda was the 10th. In all missions, the tenth year and the then tenth Guru gives re-birth to that sangha. I think really in the tenth year we are reborn! Let us move to today’s message. Today’s message as you all know is going to be the message for this whole year and all of you are waiting for the maha vaakya this year. This year’s maha vaakya the core message theme with which we will all work is “Enriching with Enlightenment!”

It has many layers of meaning. Enriching yourself with enlightenment, enriching others with enlightenment, enriching the whole world with enlightenment! Go on enrich everybody with enlightenment. Enrich yourself continuously with enlightenment. Bring integrity, into your words which you utter to others and to yourself, bring authenticity the way you hold yourself for yourself and the way you hold yourself for others to experience yourself. Bring responsibility in your inner space for every happening, everything. Go on enriching others, enriching everyone. Drop the past record, past track never gives you the confidence for possibility. Unless you see the possibility, life does not flow in you. the excitement does not happen in you. if you are seeing the past record, there will be a deep sorrow. Always past record brings a deep sorrow because past record by its nature is death. Possibility by its nature is life. Forget about the past record. Look at the possibility. Whoever is interested in life should look at the possibility not the past record. Past record is neither as bad as you remember nor worthy of remembrance, being remembered. Understand it is neither as bad as you remember nor worthy of being remembered. So past record never lets your remember or believe the possibility. Possibility is life. I tell you I can see even in your cloth the way you sit kind of the hangover of the past still on your guys. Come on, come out! It is enough! Life is possibility. Not past record. When you plan for unimaginable the things which you can’t even comprehend. When your nervous system is loaded with the things which you are not even able to comprehend, the excitement that oozes out of your system is bliss. Understand bliss does not come to lazy bums. Bliss does not happen to people who are caught in the past record. Past record is death. Possibility is life!

Oh my disciples, devotees and humanity! I give you the clarion call on this day – look at the possibility only – not the past record. As I said it is neither as bad as you remember nor worthy of being remembered. Possibility is life. In every zone, when you look at the possibility, life happens to you. Bring tremendous integrity in every word you utter, authenticity the way you hold yourself for yourself and for others. Please understand this four words are the keys how to enrich with enlightenment. First word integrity, 2nd authenticity, 3rd responsibility, 4th enriching. First integrity in the words and the thoughts. Means integrity with the words you utter to others and to yourself. Stand by the word. When your life stands by the word you utter, the words you utter will become reality! It is a method for Vaak Siddhi. When you have integrity if I give a word, I will give my life to fulfil it. When you have that decision will, any word you give cosmos fulfils it. Cosmos comes to your rescue. Please understand. When you have this integrity, if I give a word, I will give my life to fulfil it, cosmos comes to fulfil your words. Vaak Siddhi happens to you due to integrity. Integrity in words you give for others and the words you give for yourself.

Authenticity – the way you hold yourself for yourself and the way you hold for others to hold yourself. Bring authenticity in the way you hold yourself for yourself and the way you hold yourself for others to perceive you hold yourself. Enrich – enrich yourself with authenticity. I tell you keeping Maha Kaala as witness with integrity and authenticity I declare – I happened and created, running this sangha with integrity and authenticity. There are some things which you don’t understand about me. If you think the outcome is good you call that as miracle. If you think the outcome is bad, you call that as immorality. I am neither touched by what you call as morality or immorality or miracle. Of course there are not even actions which you can call as immorality has been caused. That is different. But some parts of me which you don’t understand but you think outcome is good like mat, teleport or healing you don’t understand that and call that as miracle. There are some components which is not even there and you create it. That also you don’t understand and give your own names. I am very clear my integrity and authenticity with which me and this sangha is functioning.

Every devotee, every disciple, every samaji, every satsangi, every sanyaasi, every human being should bring integrity and authenticity in your life and words and everything. Wash your whole life with integrity and authenticity. Do an acid wash. With integrity and authenticity. Responsibility – 3rd word – feeling responsible for everything happening. Understand whenever I feel responsible for everything happening, all the problems get dissolved and they just disappeared. Every time when the problem is brought in front of me, when I feel responsibility, I feel empowered – I am responsible for everything in and around me. …anybody wants victory and success I tell you this is the strategy. And whether you understand or not I am an embodiment of victory and success in all the wars whether I have been dragged or I entered. Feel responsible even for enemies’ army then you know what to do with it. Responsibility empowers you. However complicated enemy may be. Hiranyakasipu and Hiranyaksha both what a complicated guys! This guy asked the boon neither to be killed by man or animal, inside or outside what a complicated boon. Narasimha took the responsibility, won the game. Why do you think I am sitting on the door frame? Neither inside nor outside. Take responsibility, it empowers you! …Even if you are put in the ship, in the ocean, Namaha Shivaya stands by you. It is Prahalada’s integrity and authenticity that brought Narasimha into the pillar. When Prahalada’s father was asking will this God be in this pillar? When P’s hand stared moving…he started running. Lakshmi asked what happened. He said my devotee is showing the finger, I have to enter into that pillar…which angle the innocent child’s has to stop, Narasimha has to appear.

When you have integrity and authenticity, God appears wherever you ask even in pillar or stone. When you don’t have that even if God comes, you will throw stone on him. With integrity and authenticity even in stone God appears. You will stone him to eternity. Without integrity and authenticity you will stone him to death. Stoning him to eternity means stoning HIM unto eternity. Even a stone will become God. God appears even from stone when you have the integrity and authenticity of Prahalada. Understand when you have the integrity and authenticity when you are ready to give your life to fulfil your words, cosmos intervenes and fulfils your words. I tell you all my devotees, disciples, and dear detractors! I will be here continuously making myself available to the world and enriching the humanity with enlightenment! Ten years before on this very land, by the grace of Maha Kaala Bhairava, I made this very sankalpa. And I make this very sankalpa again, I will be available here continuously to the whole humanity enriching with enlightenment!

Responsibility empowers you. I tell you an important secret to feel again & again Responsible without becoming powerless s- never give up on people! I never give up on people even when they give up on me, I never give up on them. I continue to work on them. Understand take this as a Imp key. Don’t give up on people. This is the math of life, the number of people you have given up are the minus in your life, the number of people still you don’t give up is the plus of your life. Make the balance sheet of your life .whether you are in profit or loss. This will prove whether you are in profit or loss, whether you are in success or failure. Whether you are running in failure or success is not decided by the incidents but by your spirit. I tell you nothing has been lost if you have not lost the inspiration. I was talking to some of my ashramites. They were asking me Swamiji I think we have lost so many valuable years in unnecessary litigation. I told nothing, no nothing has been lost. As long as you don’t use inspiration, nothing has been lost. What is few years? Time is eternity. I am going to be available continuously here for eternity even after I leave the body. This is our life. I told them for both of us whether me or you whether in the body or leaving the body this is our life. When I am in the body I will be doing this, when not in body, will do same thing in different plane. Same way you will be doing this when you are in this body and you will do the same when you leave the body in a different plane. Only thing is that now you will use the camera to speak the message. When you leave body, you will appear in dream. When in body you will teach when they are in waking state, leave the body – higher state. …if the inspiration is lost nothing is lost. If the inspiration is lost everything is lost. By the divine grace, grace of Kaala Bhairava, Maha Deva, we have not lost inspiration. So nothing. Nothing is lost! I wanted to remind all the devotees if you are here watching be very clear you have not lost the inspiration! We have lost the inspiration. I can clap for all your guys for that! When the inspiration is not lost, nothing is lost. Don’t worry!

Neither we lost time nor we lost life. Neither we lost time nor we lost inspiration. Inspiration is life. Don’t give up on people. This is the step, the 1st step to feel responsibility. Feel empowered and responsible. Life happens to you outside. Please understand life happens to you with others, not with you. When you have a student you are a teacher, when you have kids, you are a mother, when you have a brother you are a brother, when you have a father, you are a son, when you have employees you are a boss, when you have a boss you are an employee. So your life happens to you with others, people who are outside you. Enrich them. Only by enriching them your life gets enriched. Don’t be selfish, your life does not happen to you only inside. I used to feel why Vivekananda made this statement – “aatmanau mokshaanam jagath hitayacha” – for enlightenment that is the ideal he gave. I was thinking why so much of emphasis on good of the world…I realized life happens to you outside yourself with others. If you are just sitting inside a dark forest, not even seeing an animal, you are nowhere related to animal or human then atma moksha is enough, working on yourself is enough, …even them ….if you don’t even remember others, enriching yourself with enlightenment is enough. But that is not how life is happening to you. Let us see experientially where life is happening to you. you have to stand where your experience of life Is, where you are standing. Experience of life happens to you based on others. Your employees are deciding whether you are a good boss or not, your children decide whether you are a good father or not, your brother decides whether you are a good sibling or not, your teacher decides whether you are a good student or not, your student decides whether you are a good teacher or not, your doctor decides whether you are a good patient or not, your patient decides whether you are a good doctor or not, life is happening to you from outside. From others. So unless you enrich others with enlightenment your life is not going to be completely enriched with enlightenment. Decide to enrich your boss with enlightenment. You will have a completion with your relationship with your boss and then you are a complete employee, when you have a completion with your relationship with your employees, you will be an enlightened CEO, when you have a completion with your spouse, you will be with enlightenment, now you need to remember don’t give up on people! I tell you I have seen persistent detractors and people who have enmity towards me with this experience I can tell you your spouse cannot be worst than people who I am facing. But I never give up on people. I tell you if you have learn only this one thing from me, learn this one thing I never give up on people. When I don’t stop training. I have the passion when I train, now they have to transform and I have patience to wait even if they don’t transform for years with the same passion.

The burning passion of the sun, cooling patience of the moon! When I train people it will be so passionate they have to transform now. Just now an incident happened. The bramhachari responsible for these garlands he made a mistake which only I can make out, you cannot. When I asked him the words are with so much passion he has to transform now…but I have the patience for past 10 years I have asked him the same question. …even though you cannot make it. Everything is perfect, garland is beautiful. What is the mistake? You cannot make out. It is the insider’s secret. I don’t give up on people. I tell you don’t give up on people. People are life. People around you are the life happening to you. if you give up on them, you give up on life. I tell you whenever you give up on people, you are committing partial suicide. Giving up on people is partial suicide not giving up on people is victory in war. …victory is decided by ability not to give up on people. Whether people happen in your life in the form of family members, team members, customers, clients, suppliers, whatever way when people happen in your life, don’t give up on them. Enrich them with enlightenment, with integrity and authenticity. I tell you whenever you don’t give up on people, when you decide not to give up on people you are empowered! When I asked in today morning about the mess up he did with these garlands, I trust he will transform by next time. But I don’t expect he will transform by next time. Understand I trust he will transform by next time but I don’t expect he should be transforming by next time. So if he fulfils my trust, he blesses me. Don’t give up on people. That is life! That is life!

Life is happening to you through others, through people. When you give up on people, you give up on life which is suicide. No. today morning when I saw that messing up if I don’t ask him based on my past record. 10 years I asked him he never transformed, is he going to transform now? Then I gave up on him. If I say ok you get out, let somebody else do this work, then again I gave up on him. No. neither keeping quiet, nor discarding. Neither keeping quiet nor discarding is what I call not giving up on people. The damaru of Shiva is the symbol of not giving up on people. The fire is integrity and authenticity. Trishul is enriching! Don’t give up on people. We have not lost anything because we have not lost our inspiration! Listening, listening, listening and not giving up on people. People ask me sometime you say the damaru is not giving up on people, Fire is integrity and authenticity, Trishul is power what is it that Shiva is having to show responsibility. I tell you his very life is responsibility, his very presence, by the very presence the statement he makes is responsibility. He is the very aadhara is responsibility…holding ganga to save universe, drinking poison to save universe. Neelakanta is responsibility, gangadhara is responsibility. keeping snakes for himself and letting people away from probls of snakes is resp. everything of Shiva is resp. his bhootas shows his resp. not giving up on people. He does not give up even on bhootaas, pretaas, ganas. Everything around him shows his responsibility. Understand with integrity and authenticity all of you think for a moment how quickly you give up on people, that quickly if I would have given up on humanity and people, you think you would have been here? To be on this seat, not to give up on all you guys, not to give up on people, how much, how much this body has to go through for past 10 years. Just look when a small boy declared I stand with integrity and authenticity to enrich the world with enlightenment. I know few people around me were smiling inside their heart what does he mean? Some with devotion stood but with lot of fear and anxiety, some with apprehension, some with mocking smile, some thinking he may be lose!

Very few trees and plants and the nature stood by me saying – Tathasthu! – so be it! And we did it! We have done it and we are doing it. We will do it! Oh humanity! Listen – don’t give up on people. This is the one tatva – truth again & again strengthens my shoulder. Don’t give up on people. Go on enriching, enriching, enriching! Just in this Inner Awakening, one of the m ost beautiful inner awakening. All of you may be aware with 232 participants of IA and around 25 kids of eNgenius around 30 volunteers and ashramites – a group was floating on the ocean initiating the whole universe into this great transition into super consciousness. I tell you one of the best programs I have ever done! Even I have so much of fulfillment the job satisfaction - I have done my job. In the Inner Awakening one person was asking me she herself experienced levitation, kundalini and everything and when I told to give certain advice to her daughter, she said she does not believe in all that. I told her, what do you mean – tell her you are her mother, and you are not a lose to go through this experience. I asked are you authentic with this experience of kundalini or do you jump with inauthenticity? She said no I am auth. Then I said go and show to her. You are a mother with all this and you want her to taste this. Only then she said yes, right. I said don’t give up on ppl based on past record. Earlier they may have not listened because you were not integrated and authenticity. Now bring integrity and authenticity. Don’t give up on people. Enrich people. If you give up on people very soon you will give up on yourself. You will lose your confidence. I tell you when you give up on people, when you give up on others, you will give up on yourself. Don’t give up on people. Don’t give up on others. Not giving up on people is life! That is maths of your life. The number of people you have given up is the loss, the number of people you have not given up is gain. This is the profit and loss statement of your life. Find out in which list you are in…whether you are in the list of people on people who have given up – have you given up on you or you have not given up on you. that is very imp. Many time you have given up on you. when you stop trying morning yoga, you have given up on you, when you stop practice integrity and authenticity you …don’t give up on you. that is ….i will not give up on me based on my past record. I will work on me with the possibility. When I say don’t give up on people, I don’t mean just your family, it includes people in your family, community, society, country, universe…when you don’t give up on people you feel empowered in your shoulder. I tell you it gives strength to your shoulder. When your shoulder feels tired, understand that you don’t give up on people.

I am person with no individual family. Thousands of people ….shukra, shani, …..I literally live with the cosmic family and I don’t give up on anybody including the shani who broke my hand. The saade shaath he has to make a fracture happen. It is a law. And you can’t imagine a guy who is continuously protected by so many BCs and assistants, so protected even when he was arrested can have a fracture in his hand, you can never imagine. But Shani has to fulfil his routine.. the moment I fell from the horse and got up I saw the fracture. I smiled and said I think we have to go to hospital for care. The moment I looked up I saw the shani mahatma was standing very clearly – oh lord,, I have to fulfil the responsibility you gave me, I have to fulfil the cycle which you gave me. Whether you understand or not these words I utter with integrity and authenticity. I smiled at him and said it is okay. I have to play the rules of the game, if only then it is a game.

If Sachin comes to a street cricket and he wins, you can’t take that message from Sachin. That can’t be a teaching. So I need to show message at equal level only then the teachings become valuable and reality. So I have to play the rules…. Tell you I don’t give up on people. I know these statements are mystical. Some who don’t understand the mysticism, may feel it is egoism. I assure you I won’t give up on you I will make this statement again and again till you understand it…I will make my mystical dimension available to you till you understand the science of the mystery! I am not going to give up on you guys whether you are a disciple, devotee, sanyaasi, detractor or cherishing enmity towards me, whatever way you engage with me or don’t engage with me, I am not going to give up on you. I am not going to give up on people. and I want all of you to understand never to give up on people. My important message on this 10th anniversary, completion of one decade 10 years of Nithyananda sangha the message is don’t give up on people. Don’t give up on people!

I tell my ashramites a worker who is working in your department, a construction labour who is working in your department to him if you cannot teach integrity and authenticity to whom are you going to teach? Don’t give up on people. If he is alive you can enrich people. Don’t give up! Carry this one message – don’t give up on people. That is the message for this whole year. That is the practical instruction how to enrich with enlightenment. Don’t give up on yourself, don’t give up on others, don’t give up on people. Enrich with enlightenment. Don’t give up on people! Enriching with enlightenment means enrich yourself with these 4 great truths - integrity, authenticity, responsibility, enriching means not giving up. And enrich others with these 4 things – integrity, authenticity, responsibility, enrich by not giving up. Enrich them so that they also enrich others. Let the whole universe be enriched with enlightenment. I bless you all to achieve, experience, live, express, radiate, share, explode & enrich with enlightenment!
