Today I received a beautiful gift from Ma Ananda Kaamaa. She always gives very precise gifts which I use. It is a Brahma kapaala from human skill. It is made out of human skull verified by Dr.Chinmayananda ☺ I decided, now I decided only juice in niraahaara. I will drink only in this. Blessings for Ananda Kaamaa. Blessings for her! Actually all the seat I sit has become hers. I think one year before. She started giving this. So where ever I sit I am going to sit on the seat given by her. Now whatever I eat, I am going to eat the vessel given by her. Actually I was thinking maybe 2 or 3 years before get a Bramhakapaala I will start eating in that. But somehow in so many works I forgot. But today I will start. Blessed the fellow whose skull this is who is going to be sitting in he hands of Mahadeva continuously. Blessed is Kaamaa who gave this presented. I asked her. Is this human skull? She said I don’t know. I brought it in Kailash. Buddhist monks use it. Kashmiri Shaivism and Tibetan Buddhism is one and the same. The Kashmiri Shaivism went to Tibet and spread the Tibetan Buddhism. That is why the Tibetan Buddhism is completely Tantra principles. So it is beautiful.

Kaamaa, where did you get? Try to get the place address. We will get for all our sadhus also. For all our sanyaasis and bramhacharis. See you should be out of the fear of death. Because this will constantly remind you of death. Now I am holding something which made one fellow think he is going to be eternal. See all the decisions you make thinking you are eternal is just inside this part (shows the skull).

In aghori sampradaaya the gurus skull is carried by disciple always. In aghori sampradaaya an enlightened masters body is not buried or burnt. It is cut to pieces and is eaten by disciples. The first circle. Actually the guru will write a will as to who all are allowed to cut and eat. I know people are frightened. Don’t hate any saampradaaya. It is not cannibalism. It is totally different. Why? how many millions these politicians are eating, how many millions of people’s blood this corporates are sucking…hate the capitalistic fellows who are sucking millions of people’s blood, politicians who are eating millions of people’s lives ---not these sadhus who are eating that which is already dead. They are almost like environmentalists…

So chief disciple carries the skull of the master and there is one sampradaaya in aghoris where the guru carries the skull of the disciples who are dead. If some of the disciples are dead and leave the body after they are enlightened he carries their skull. I am not here to say it is right or wrong but I don’t want you also to judge it is right or wrong. Anyhow this came as gift by kaamaa so I decided I am going to use this. And just to remind you are beyond death. This all really helps. And a sadhu should also work and try to get the ash from the smashaana. Our sadhus should use only that. We should not use the ashes created by cow dung. We should use only the ash from smashaana. That reminds the standard of Vairaagya. Now you will see this will become a trend in Dhyanapeetam. ☺

And I really wanted this to become a trend. Don’t kill anybody and get the skull. But the human skulls are available in the market. Actually when a person has to be initiated as an aghori. First thing Guru tells is he has to go around and search for a skull. When he gets the skull, he has to make a bowl out of it. Then the Guru gives his first ucchishta. See initiation happens only after guru gives ucchista what he ate. Even now most cultured traditions like Ramakrishna mutt follow this tradition of ucchishta…---only I stopped because the international audience are coming and it looks very inhuman. Only I stopped. Ramakrishna always gave his ucchishta. When he had throat cancer, those people always believed it is contagious. So when he had cancer he stopped giving his ucchishta because he did not want it to spread. He stopped giving and stopped initiating. Somehow Vivekananda believed strongly it is not contagious. Ramakrishna used to spit in a pot. Vivekananda drank the whole thing to tell the disciples it is not contagious. Anyhow, it was the tradition of giving the ucchishta.

Alright. Srilanka Sundaresan my blessings for your father. He will be completely healed. Don’t worry. And I also have a good news for Mattakalappu Illangai. Now I have a sanyaasi who is a Srilankan citizen. He is getting trained. Soon I am sending him to co-ordinate with you guys. My blessings. And his family also has some 3 ½ acres in Yalpanam Baticolo. Baticolo is Mattakallapu. Their family is donating that to us. You will have one more branch. Blessings! It is in Jafna. Okay. And I have some more news.

Let us move to today morning satsang. In Bhagavad Gita, 6th chapter, Dhyana Yoga, 19th verse –

"yathaa deepo nivaatastho nengate sopamaa smrutaa | yogino yata-cittasya yunjato yogamaatmanaha ||”

New translation - “The similarity of a lamp that does not get agitated in a windless place is remembered for a yogi who has subdued his thought patterns and is absorbed in uniting with the Self”

Wow! Bhagavan is using an example. similarity of a lamp that does not get agitated in a windless place is remembered for a yogi who has subdued his thought patterns and is absorbed in a meditating state in uniting with the Self. Even if you remember a lamp in a windless space. Your mind settles. There are some visualizations – yasya smarana matrena janma samsara bandhanaat. Just by remembrance you are liberated. This is that type of visualization.

“yathaa deepo nivaatastho nengate sopamaa smrutaa”

See in your life you will have something like resemblance visualization. Please understand I am coining the word resemblance visualization. Means when I utter peace you will remember some place where you had peace. When I utter the word violence I tell you I tell you some of my resemblance visualization – whenever I utter the word guru bhakti always the place of Arunagiri Yogishwara’s samadhi in Arunachala I remember. Whenever I utter the word peace, outside the temple in Ramakrishna mutt Bellur Mutt on banks of Ganges. Whenever I utter the word peace the Bellur Mutt Sri Ramakrishna temple on banks of Ganges I used to walk in the evening. That is the most peaceful moments I experienced in my life. Sometimes I will walk more than 1 or 2 hrs. I will not remember I am carrying the body. I just have disappeared into the beautiful tall temple, into the flowing ganga and green lawn. That one hour I know only one thing the temple exists, Ganga exists the lawn exists. Whenever I remember the power I always remember the tip of the Arunachala temple

Whenever I remember peace I remember this place. Whenever I remember the power I remember the peak of Arunachala. That is the expression of power. When Mahadeva came as a light shaft he stands on this peak…

The resemblance visualization you carry in your life, defines the quality of life you lived. When I utter the word violence I remember only the holocaust museum in Washington DC which I saw ,

Only when I see this when I remember power, I remember only this. And when I remember violence I remember only the holocaust museum which I saw in Washington DC. Of course before I saw the museum I never used to have any resemblance visualization for anything. But the moment I saw that I melted. That moment I decided Hindus suffered more than this. Maybe a million Jews were killed. But only in Kashmir few million of Hindus were killed, massacred. I don’t know how many million of Jews have died but I know how many millions of Hindus were persecuted. And I decided we will have Hindu holocaust museum. Anyhow the resemblance visualization plays a major role in raising the quality of your consciousness. Here Bhagavan is revealing his resemblance visualization. Understand. He is revealing what he keeps as the most secret, most guarded secret in his inner most heart. Please understand. When a master teaches read between lines. See his resemblance visualizations only that will raise you to the same state of consciousness. Whenever I utter the word controlling, I only remember the school to which once in a while I used to go. Because there it was too controlling. I tell you if you want to really really really enjoy a master, as Jesus says - drink the master. You need to understand his resemblance visualizations. That is why I always try to bring all the devotees disicples to Tiru to take them around go round and see to easily catch my resemblance visualizations. Today we actually have a program. Immediately after satsang with all my sanyaasis we are going to the hospital I was born, the house I was brought up, the 3 schools I studied and all the houses I was brought up everything today and tomorrow I have a program and the places the hill where I used to meditate. Just to make them understand to catch all my resemblance visualizations. Please understand only when you catch somebody’s resemblance visualizations you will imbibe that person completely. For a disciple imbibing the master is a basic need not just luxury. Basic need.

Here Bhagavan. See Bhagavan is not a person to use example. Through out the Gita in 700 examples not even 7 examples are there. Not a single joke, not a single story. Less than 7 examples. It would have really been boring for Arjuna. I know. But for a thick head like Arjuna, thick skull like Arjuna, it was needed...if I was in the place of Krishna, Arjuna’s skull would have been in my hand like this. This is one of the most personal resemblance visualization of Sri Krishna. When Sri Krishna himself attained Nirvikalpa samadhi and when after that he settled into the body when he remember Nirvikalpa samadhi his resemblance visualization is a lamp in a windless place. So If you want to enjoy the peace which is in Sri Krishna’s heart, meditate on a lamp in windless space. Understand. I can give you a specific example. We have a lamp in the banyan tree inside the cave. It is a protected spot. It is a windless spot. How stable that lamp is meditate on that. Today the sacred secret I revealed is a very important thing. Please understand. Resemblance visualization. It is actually a separate philosophy. Your resemblance visualization are responsible for your emotions. Your anger, peace, joy, politeness, softness, enlightenment, endarkenment for everything your resemblance visualizations are responsible. Transform your resemblance visualization to the master’s resemblance visualizations your quality of consciousness will become that of the master’s. It is possible to transform. Because I did not have any resemblance visualization for violence, just few years before when I saw the holocaust museum in wash dc it has made such a impact on me I picked up my resemblance visualization for violence, for the idea of violence. This proves your resemblance visualization can be developed. So develop your resemblance visualizations to that of master’s resemblance visualizations. Then the quality of cons you carry will be transformed to that of master’s consciousness and masters resemblance visualizations. Not only resemblance visualizations how m any times what kind of resemblance visualizations are repeated in your system. In my system whole day only the power, peace, guru bhakti this kind of resemblance visualizations is getting repeated if it is repeated. Actually let me define clearly. My inner most space is in complete Nirvikalpa - sada samadhi. Nothing happens there. But the space where I operate with you all in that the resemblance visualization is always this high consciousness – mahadeva’s, sada shiva’s. When you imbibe same resemblance visualizations, same number of times repeating, your consciousness also raises to the level of sada shiva, maha deva. Meditation is nothing but changing your resemblance visualizations to master’s resemblance visualizations. Resemblance visualizations are realizations! When you align yourself to the realized resemblance visualizations you realize. Aligning yourself to the realizations of the masters is resemblance visualization.

I really feel we should drink Sri Krishna’s resemblance visualization. Sit straight. Let us directly enter into the process of dissolving into Sri Krishna’s resemblance visualization. Visualize a lamp in windless place. Close your eyes, remember a lamp in a windless place in your heart. Be centred on

“yathaa deepo nivaatastho“ – lamp in windless space. Close your eyes and sit and meditation. Remember a lamp in windless space. Relax. This is enough even for the niraahaara samyama participants today. I will answer some of your questions and answer few calls.

I participated in Niraharasamyama as part of Batch 2. I was low on Iron, Vitamin D, High Cholestrol 3 months ago. My doctor called me 3 weeks ago for check up again.

After Nirahara Samyama, my intake has reduced. So I was not keen on iron rich food etc. I was wondering what my doctor is going to say based on my lab results. I went to doctor thinking that Swamiji will take care. No need to be concerned. I got my lab results from my doctor today. She said interestingly my lab results are all normal.

Amazingly my ferrites(iron) level which was 13 is now 57. Cholestrol level is normal and Vitamin D was normal. I neither took her iron prescription nor had iron rich food.

Great! The power of Niraahara samyama. I want to make this niraahaara into religion! So much. I tell you guys. Every time I rediscover any samyama I think why did I not discover this earlier. But every time this much only time is there. What to do? See the niraahaara is one of the best thing has happened to our whole sangha and I would like to recommend and request all devotees don’t miss THE samyama. I am keeping THE samyama as completely free of cost just to encourage and come and parcticipate. Not only that this is the biggest gift you will receive from me. I tell you guys already I used to feel happy with my body. Now I am so happy. I want to tell all ashramites try niraahaara samyama 2, 3 times. Do THE samyama. Even Ma Achala and prematma are successful. If ma achala is niraahaari anybody who is eating aahaara is criminal. I also announce one more thing. I encourage all devotees and disciples to buy a skull properly from medical shop and make a bowl for yourself. All ashramites who become niraahaaris for all of them I will give one skull as a gift. For devotees, I cannot buy. You buy, I will bless and give you. all these next gen, youth should have a brahma kapaala. Why in the west, they have these skull t –shirts. Why all that. Just get a skull for the new gen. the new gen should drink their coke in Bramhakapaala. After all Shiva also drank poison in bramhakapaala. Coke is poison so you can drink in bramhakapaala. Anyhow all the bramhacharis and sanayaasis should have this.

Ma sadananda has made ten juices. Start drinking every day. after the Oct IA. Not only that. For ashramites now let them start niraahaara. Once in a while if you miss ok. Again start. One more thing ma when people become niraahaaris I saw they become more like sadhus. The societie’s food is taken away so the jealousy, anger all that disappears. So drink only juice that also in bramhakapaala. Live like aghoris. There is a beautiful song on Shiva (recites in Tamil) means the lord who is wearing the human skull on his head. Let you put your head on his feet. Lord who wears head on his head. Put your head bowing down to him. This is the way Shiva is wearing \<he puts the bowl on his head☺\>
