Let us enter into today's Satsang. In Bhagavad Gita, 5th chapter, Sanyaasa Yoga, 7th verse –

“yoga-yukto visuddhatma vijitatma jitendriyah | sarva-bhutatma-bhutatma kurvann api na lipyate||”

Translation – “The self of the one who has experienced intense action, becomes intensely pure, surpasses the natural temperament, conquers the senses, whose essence is the essence of all life forms, even though performing does not get polluted or defiled. “

Bhagavan Sri Krishna is emphasizing the all purifying effect of intense action. We all have no problem of believing the effect of intense meditation or unclutching we don’t have much problem to talk about it. We don’t have much problem to trust meditation, we don’t have much problem to trust that puja purifies us, we don’t have much problem to trust that yoga purifies us but all of us have a problem in trusting intense action also purifies. Why? Because intense action is always demanded by you only by people who are trying to exploit you. From young age all the people who demand intense action from you – you don’t like any of them. Your boss, your wife whoever demands intense action from you – you hate them. That is why even when master tells you to do intense action you hate him thinking he is also like them, he is also telling you to do intense action to exploit you. No. …Krishna need not exploit you. He is the greatest sacrifice. He is very clear.

Please understand Bhagavan gives you the assurance your whole self becomes intensely pure and you conquer all the senses. Your essence becomes the essence of all the life forms even though performing does not get polluted or defiled. Bhagavan answers the well-known fears seekers carry - if I become pure and enlightened will I be able to run my life? Bhagavan is very clear your action does not get polluted or defiled. Only your being becomes pure. Only your being becomes pure.

“The self of the one who has experienced intense action, becomes intensely pure, surpasses the natural temperament, conquers the senses, whose essence is the essence of all life forms, even though performing does not get polluted or defiled. “

Bhagavan is assuring us by giving 3 statements – 1. Go on enjoying the intense action. 2. The intense action purifies your self intensely. 3. By the intense action all the natural temperament is purified. You surpass all the natural temperaments, you conquer all the senses.. 4th by your purifying yourself, conquering all the senses, you don’t get polluted or defiled. You neither get polluted nor defiled.

So continue, continue, continue the life style of intense of action. Continue to have the life style of intense action. That is the essence of this verse.

Please sit straight. I will guide you into the Niraahaara Samyana. Visualize you are experiencing the huge banyan tree. Feel you have become the Bidadi Banyan tree. Visualize you have become Bidadi Banyan tree. Feel your body is growing its roots into the earth. Your head is growing its branches into the sky. Your bio memory is acquiring praana and energy directly from the space. Imbibe praana and energy directly from the space. Let all your bio memory be awakened to experience the highest consciousness. Let your bio memory start imbibing energy and praana directly from the space.
