Yesterday few anti Nithyananda fellows gathered and tried to create a scandal. The lady who has given a false statement against me and that has been filed as a charge sheet by the Karnataka police, that lady has gain appeared in the media and stared giving all kinds of false statements suddenly yesterday. First thing it is illegal. Once you have given the statement to the police and court if working on it, when it is pending in front of the court its subjudized. You can’t make any statement in the media. She made it. It is illegal and that channel suverna relayed. We already have injunction against that channel from Bangalore court. But they relayed. The funny thing is she repeated the same lies. I have never spoken about this in public because I want to respect the court. But now because this lady abused me put me in the media trial. I am going to put the facts in front of public. I will share only that which is revealed by the court.

This lady is telling in 2004 and 2005 she was convinced and made to do some sexual favours 40 times spread over 5 years! Very funny and she calls this as a rape! I want to reveal important information to all of you. This lady is carrying highly transmitted Sexually transmitted disease like HIV called herpis 2 from 2004. She came to ashram to get healed of that disease. That disease can be transmitted just by saliva. You don’t need any other fluid transmission. This lady is carrying a highly contagious disease and she is saying she had 40 times intercourse with me! All I said to police is take my blood sample you will see I don’t have that disease and it will be proved that it is a false case. The moment I said this, the moment our lawyer told this in court immediately Karnataka police put the case to sleep. And in US she put the same case. US police saw this and closed the case as false case… Now my US lawyers are planning to file a malicious prosecution case on her. It is legally allowed in court. And when you legally file it is not called tampering with witness. So we are going to file a case of malicious prosecution on her. I don’t know why the Karnataka police is keeping the case here. But the same case did in America police. American police did impartial invest and closed the case saying it is false charges…one more funny thing you need to know Tamilnadu CB CID is searching for this lady. There is an Interpol alert issued on her by Tamilnadu CID. Even yesterday Ashram manager who complained to Tamilnadu CID told we are searching for her. Because all involved in the case except this lady and Lenin’s brother are not arrested. Lenin is still in jail. He went to High court and Supreme court and even Supreme Court denied his bail…so this lady is being searched by Tamilnadu CB CID – there summons are issued on her and she is evading that summon also maybe US police is also searching for her because of the 2 child abuse cases on her. ..But I wanted to tell you the lady who is evading 3 police – Karnataka summons, Tamilnadu CB CID police, US investigation, she is appearing in media giving the tape and putting false allegations on me! And see the timing. She thinks it is right time to put one more scandal on me. Und now we have become very intelligent. I am also very happy to tell you all people standing with me in the sangha are also very clear how this false propaganda is done, how we need to face these false rumours and scandal. Our people are standing strong. I thank all the devotees and disciples who are standing by be and with lot of understanding. I tell you all we will win!

And now Tamilnadu CB CID is going to ask that news channel officially to reveal the address and where they got her and all the details because Tamilnadu CB CID is searching for her to do the investigation on her. This is where the whole thing is standing ☺ alright. Yesterday itself I gave a press meet and clarified all the false allegations she is talking about. Even the media who is always talking against me is not talking about this issue. See there is a set of media who always work against me, none of them are talking about this. I am surprised why they are not talking! Even they feel it is foolishness to talk about this case. Now whatever I said, information is available in open court. I am not revealing anything more. Otherwise we have evidences which I will reveal only in court because I respect law.

Today we will start the 5th chapter of BG, In Sanyaasa Yoga, 1st verse –

“arjuna uvaca sannyasam karmanam krsna punar yogam ca samsasi | yac chreya etayor ekam tan me bruhi suniscitam ||”

I wanted to tell you an important truth. The most powerful sacred secret from this verse - a disciple, or worker or subordinate who is asking for detailed instruction is not going to do the work. When he asks for the detailed instruction, he is not catching the spirit from where the order is coming. When is not catching the spirit from where the order is coming, he is somehow going to find the word, or logic or argument to evade final instruction you are giving. For example, I give you example from my whole life. I call group of disciples and say intense action is living enlightenment. Come on let us all start doing one by one, one by one, every decision we make should be leading us to enlightenment, all this I will give. Then person tries to ask give us exact instruction. I have always seen when I give the exact instructions their logic will first work to prove how it cannot be executed. How it is impossible to execute the instruction he gave. That is why yesterday I said when Bidadi Ashramites asked they wanted to sell the Living Enlightenment books. I said I bless you but I don’t think it cannot happen. That is exactly what happened. Today they cannot go. ..because yesterday due this unrest they have to stay in the ashram today…our Bidadi Ashramites cannot go.

See when I spoke about a few things on spontaneous readiness for intense action,…and only when our LA Ashramites did, then they also wanted to do. I am sure they would have sat at least for 2 days to plan. When you plan it is not spontaneous readiness for intense action. That is asking for details…when I gave the details they planned. The spirit is lost. So naturally nature itself did not make it happen for them.

Understand one truth. Learn to catch the spirit of the instruction which comes from the deep love which comes from the source from which the instruction is coming. Have a deep love to the source from which the instruction is coming. It is unfortunate Arjuna lost the love with Sri Krishna. That is the reason he is telling give me the exact instruction - most assured manner which is preferable. Just last sutra Bhagavan is saying get up and wage the war, go for action Bhagavan would not even have closed his mouth after giving this instruction. He is immediately telling no, you tell me. It is like I tell you go to mission office and do the work and you are saying Swamiji exactly what should I do? That is what exactly Arjuna is doing. Just now in the last verse Bhagavan said wake up, wage the war, go for the intense action. Now Arjuna is asking tell me in most assured manner as to which is preferable.

But Bhagavan his great patience is going to answer Arjuna again to inspire. It is almost like Vikramaaditya’s Vetala’s story. Vikramaaditya solves a riddle and the Vetala goes and jumps on the tree. He brings him again. Vikramaaditya solves the riddle again and he again goes back to the tree. The Arjuna’s Vetala has gone back to the tree. Sri Krishna who is supposed to be Vikramaaditya has to bring him back again to teach.

Today we have important festival in Madurai Aadeenam. Today the birth day festival of Tiru Jnaana Sambandar is observed. Today is not his actual birthday, but today is observed as a part of the 5 day festival. Tomorrow is observed as the day he received the enlightenment milk from Uma Devi –Parvati. Day after tomorrow is observed as the day he disappeared into Shiva jyoti in the light of Shiva. Today we have the rituals reliving the divine past, leelas of Tiru Jnaana Sambandar. So we will have to go and get ready and go for the ritual. You can all watch live in Nithyananda TV. From Madurai temple the deity will be brought to Madurai Aadeenam today. You can all watch the whole festival and ritual.
