The funny thing, this is the worst thing is she started having another one affair with a man in another family in the Ashram…..Structuring called them and grilled them and they …keeping men who try to have affair is itself such a big risk. Keeping a woman like that is such chaos. ….after going out also she has developed one more affair. This lady had audacity to tell when I was in the Ashram I had so much pressure, only when I came out I felt relieved. See the worst thing – what will you call one girl who was affairs and kicked out by the husband and after coming to the new place having one more affair and got kicked out and again had one more affair – what will you call such a person? And not even that when she was here, she even took money from the man here. What will you call that? in decent English you call that prostitute. …and this lady has the audacity …she has to live as a orphan and die in depression. You will see! Now next few years all her glamor and beauty will go away, then who will come? She will live as orphan and die in depression. No sense! See if you are not doing some good thing at least you don’t need to do bad things. Because I never answer this kind of fellows, these fellows think they will never….just like that tailor ……I am doing Vinaashaaya cha dushkrutaam! As long as you are happy, be here. First in SIDDHASANA-NAGA KUMBHAKA-KUMBHAKA PADDHATHI|| VERSES: 77 & 78

You can sit in Vajrasana, Padmasana or Siddhasana sit comfortably. Any asana is okay. Then do Naga Kumbhaka means -

1. Swallow air very slowly and let the air go little by little like eating rice morsel by morsel. 2. One you are full, contract the chin on the chest. Hold the breath as longa s you can. Then slowly exhaling. Do this 21 times. This sequence of Kumbhaka is so powerful 3 days any asthma or wheezing problems will disappear.

NEXT - TRINETRA KUMBHAKA-KUMBHAKA PADDHATHI || VERSE: 19

1. Inhale through the left nostril 2. Hold the breath as long as you can judiciously. 3. Without exhalation, inhale through the right nostril 4. Hold the breath as long as you can judiciously 5. Again without exhaling, inhale through both the nostrils 6. Hold the breath as long as you can judiciously. Then slowly exhale through left. 7. Start with left, then inhale and hold, then inhlae through right and hold, then inhale through both the nostrils and hold, when you cannot hold anymore, then slowly exhale through left. Do this 21 times.

NEXT – TRISHULA KUMBHAKA-KUMBHAKA PADDHATHI || VERSE: 193

1. Inhale through both the nostrils and also through the mouth simultaneously 2. Hold the breath as long as you can. When you cannot hold anymore, slowly exhale and relax. Actually this one kumbhaka is equal to nebulizer. Please do this 21 times.

NEXT - KURMA KUMBHAKA-KUMBHAKA PADDHATHI||VERSE: 79

1. Continue to be seated in the same asana 2. Kurma kumbhaka is just settling. It means just stare at one object without blinking. Pick up any object and do it. But not me ☺ 3. Fix your sight at one point 4. Do not blink your eyes 5. Do not allow your eye balls to move. 6. Do not move your body. 7. Do it 21 times.

NEXT – SAMA KUMBHAKA-KUMBHAKA PADDHATI || VERSE: 99

1. Don’t inhale, don’t exhale. Just hold the breath. Put your awareness on the heart. Just hold. When you cannot hold anymore, relax. Then again just hold. when you cannot, relax. Do this 21 times b y putting the awareness on the chest. This will heal the whole – anything realted to lungs.

Do this 21 times.
