Let us enter into today’s Bhagavat Gita.

“Yadaa yadaa hi dharmasya glaanihi bhavathi Bhaaratha | abhyut taanam adharmasya tada atmaanam srujaamyaham || “

Still I am not able to move from this verse. Next verse is punishing the demons . As I said the other day 108 translations of this sutra has landed on me. I wanted to define this technical terms in this verse clearly. Main technical terms in this verse is Dharma, Adharma, Srujamyaham. Keeping yourself open for all the possibilities is Dharma. Please understand keeping yourself open for all possibilities whether the wealth or health or enlightenment, fortune all the auspicious things in the life – keeping your possibility open. Keeping the being open for any of this. Sometime I have seen people losing just because they are not open. Just because of their narrow ideas. Sometime even if they understand, they cannot put their foot down immediately. The decision making they may need to encounter the life. Few people. So you seal the possibility. Please understand this word once more. Keeping all the possibility open that is the first thing. second not postponing or delaying shutting the possibilities down because you cannot encounter, face certain situations. Just yesterday I was talking about one disciple who asked me I want to be your Meera. I can see the difficulty in that person to face and encounter the immediate situations. So just the person has to put up with the flow. Many times I have seen human beings put up with the flow of life or the social flow because they do not keep themselves open to the possibility or they are afraid to face, encounter the life situation immediately if they keep themselves open. I can give you 101 examples. Health, wealth, transformation, keeping the belief trust that possibility is there, is Dharma, flow of life. Unfortunately by and by you start believing the possibility itself does not exist. Believing possibility for further progress does not exist is defined as “Raahu” in astrology. Whenever your muscles have lost the faith it cannot recover from the disease, it is Raahu. Just yesterday I was telling to one of my Ashramite whom I was healing. I said I will heal you. I will cut you through your whole bio memory, but visit one famous Raahu Temple near Kumbakonam. I said have Darshan there and come back because that energy field removes your strong negative faith. When you shut down – no, transformation is not possible for me, you are suffering with Raahu. Wealth, health …with Raahu. Shutting down the possibility is Adharma. I told her go and see that temple Nageshwaran and come back. I challenge you talk to any of my Ashramites and ask them whose wife is who. Even our Pujari in the temple change the wives. Then I have to rush and get back the wives to correct person. Basically our Ashramites are atheists and they conveniently convey Master’s feet is the Sarva Teertha. That also they don’t worship properly. Anyhow, whenever you shut the possibility, you suffer with Raahu.

Raahu and Guru are completely opposite. Guru keeps even the small possibility open. Only sad gurus keep the possibility closed. This sad guru goes on continuously closing the possibility of healing for his followers who are unfortunately trapped by his tom tom organization. Just like this old Tamil Nadu politicians they cannot learn Hindi and they kept away from main stream Bharat, how they opposed Hindi by not having it in their curriculum and schools….Please understand, just few days before one politician was bragging that he waged war against Hindi and saw it did not go to schools. He thought I will praise him. I literally spat on his face, you idiot, because of you I am stuck, I am not able to reach out to 90% Bharatns who are Hindi speaking. In Tamilnadu I am going to speak this. They separated Bharat from the main stream Bharat. That is why the Tamilnadu fellows if they cross the TN border they will only be beggars. Go to any hard working labor all over Bharat, you can speak in UP Hindi. Hotel you can speak in Malayalam. Go to all beggars in Bharat, you can speak in Tamil! No I am telling you the truth. As I begged for 9 years as a Sadhu, I know. Because these idiots cannot learn, they destroy the next generation. Same way one sad Guru because he cannot heal or teach healing to people, he is shutting down the possibility of healing. Same way atheists do not have the subtle grooves in their brain to grasp the subtle higher truths of life, they just shut down saying nothing like this exists. They don’t even know what their own wives are doing when he is with their other wives. But they know in the whole world there is no God! That is what is surprising. I tell you this sad gurus who close the possibility of healing what do you mean? Healing is not possible and should not be done all this nonsense. When a cat gives birth to a kitten and licks it, healing starts there. The loving touch of the mother on the child healing starts there. God saved the cats and kitten because they don’t understand the language of the sad Guru. ….Why don’t some karma come to you guys. Quickly you stop spreading all this nuisance.

Atheists and this sad gurus are one and the same. Shutting down any possibility. Shutting down any hope is atheism. Keeping all hopes alive even if it is false hope, understand all hopes lead you to hopelessness not because they are false hopes but to lead you to reality. Hopes by its very innate intelligence lead you to reality. So keep all the hopes alive. Keep all the possibilities alive. I wanted to send message to this sad gurus. I know for sure many of his disciples watch my discourses regularly and they are given the job of taking notes and updating themselves regularly, I want to give them this message – Stop giving message of healing. Otherwise I have too many things to tell. Till 5, 6 years before they were not having temples, music, 3-4 days workshop. All this they learnt from me one by one. And initially they played the pseudo secular game their temple is non-religious. I gave them the confidence Hinduism sells. Then they started the books, magazines and programs like how I used to do. Everything they did. But somehow, they could not copy the healing because it is too mystical. All other things they could copy. So what to do now? Deny it. Deny the possibility so that our group does not go somewhere else. What a great mental set up? And I tell you they will catch some of our healers who are initiated and try to get a hang of it. Don’t even bother, ….. I only taught him ever step. Every step he looked at us and updated himself. This healing is taking a little time. I am sending a clear message to sad guurs don’t abuse healing anymore because he knows healing is my branding. That is one of the greatest contribution we are doing to planet earth. see the4 big problem is when these guys abuse healing, the possibility of healing is closed for millions of people. If you don’t believe don’t believe. Why are you closing the doors of possibility of healing for millions of people. I also don’t like your beard and dirty clothes, but I don’t close the possibility. Otherwise I can also start any deity which you …..this fellows are promoting bhoota pretas black magic methods. I don’t want to get into this. if it is honest spiritual tradition, come on, promote the deities described in our Agamic tradition. Why suddenly you will create something else on your own?

All terrifying rituals, horrible procedures. I think this is enough. The message will reach ☺ Don’t close the possibilities. Even though just to throw challenge to these fellows I said, I don’t want to close the possibilities for them. Krishna says beautifully just because some fellows don’t follow the agama, don’t destroy their trust and possibility. We be, we live and we believe Vedic Tradition! We have a great heart to encourage every possibility. So I want to send message to these sad gurus don’t close the possibility of people receiving help. I will also not close any possibilities. All possibilities are like sprouting plants, just budding out. It should be treated with lot of live and respect. Not like buffalo going. Every hope, every faith, every trust, every even little hope should be kept alive, encouraged, enriched that is Dharma. Very beautifully Manu is describing. I am reading the 6th book which is the rules and regulations which he describes and gives for spiritual people – ascetics, monks, Paramahamsas. He has kept the possibility for updating alive. He describes who all can gather together and upgrade whatever he wrote. Very beautifully he describes. Very honest way of keeping the rules alive. If I can create at least 10k people of the Kashmiri Pundits DNA structure and at least 100 people of the Manu’s caliber the sampradaya I will create will be alive forever and the possibility of enlightenment will be kept alive for living stream forever. All this sangha meeting everything I am only sowing seed of each one becoming Manu. In morning Akadha by vedic mind and yogic mind I am sowing the seed of all of you to become Kashmiri pundits. And with the sangha meeting I am sowing the seed of all of you becoming manu. All of you should become manu to keep the rules alive and each one of you should come up with your own set of rules. I am frankly not interested anybody living in this campus for 5 years. If you have l8ived for 5 years then your mental set up should be such that you are radiating Dharma. Then you should be staying in diff communities and creating that there. Carrying this ananda Gandha means bliss flavor and evolving a beautiful sangha very responsible, highly original means independent. just yesterday I called this structuring people and described 2, 3 things – except human trafficking, no other rule should be kept unchangeable. ..other than that no other rule should be a solid rule. Everything should be a flowing guide line. Only anybody going with anybody destroys civilization. Other than that, nothing destroys a civilization. Ti never gets destroyed other than this one rule. I told very clearly for our civilization only this one rule should be unchangeable…other than that nothing should be solid, everything should be fluid means which they can bend, alter as per their responsibility.

First just the first hundred people understand this sprituality and evolve a group of responsible individual people that is enough after that nothing is needed. Just hundred people the DNA programming of the Kashmiri Pundits has happened. that is enough. Then living this karma will just be like a life style. It will never die! How much ever the Adharma is preached all over the world, possibilities are shut down, closed all over the world, dharma will never die just if hundred people are ready. That’s all it takes. Because each person whose all decisions are from the transformed inner space, inspired thousands of people. Other than no human trafficking not the rule should be solid. Because whenever you create a solid rules, some possibilities get shadowed. The possibilities gets unexplored. See because I am born and brought up in vegetarian family, the possibility through the animal sacrifice some energies can be awakened was never explored by me. only after this Karuppar puja I realized. Of course I am not going to promote it, but at certain places like medicine like parihara this can be used. I am neither going to promote it nor going to make a rigid rule banning the animal sacrifice by leaving open rigid rules. I tell you by rigid rules, the many possibilities get stopped. Whenever the possibilities are shut down, hopes are reduced I happen to open and fill everybody with all hopes, awaken all the possibilities and all the hopes!

CARE FOR KIDS’ MEMORY POWER

IN PADMASANA- NEXT-SHEETHALI PRANAYAMA-GHERANDA SAMHITA||UPADESHA 5||VERSE 54

1. Close the eyes. 2. Roll the sides of the tongue like a tube. 3. Now inhale through the tube as long as possible. Then slowly exhale through the nostril not though the tongue. Anybody can use this and it can be used to increase the memory power. Plese use both the hands to close the nostrils, not one hand, both the hands. 4. Do this for 21 days. It cools the whole body and awakens the intelligence.

NEXT - SEETHKARI PRANAYAMA-HATHA YOGA PRADIPIKA||UPADESHA 2||VERSE 54

Again this is a powerful step.

1. Continue to sit in the same posture and close your eyes. 2. Press the lower teeth with the upper teeth and open the lips comfortably 3. Suck air through the gaps in between the teeth. Close the mouth and immediately exhale thorugh the nose. Do this for 7 minutes. Start.

NEXT-UJJAAYEE KUMBHAKA-KUMBHAKA PADDHATHI || 131ST & 132ND VERSE

TECHNIQUE

1. Close your Mouth 2. Inhale through both the nostrils 3. Hold the breath and 4. Exhale through the left nostril

This is Ujjaayee Kumbhaka. Let me show you (Swamiji demonstrates) Please do this 21 times. This is like settling down.
