Purpose of Paramashiva’s manifestation as this being is to revive enlightened civilization, for that the Kailaasa, revival of the Kailaasa, the Hindu Nation is needed. So Paramashiva has decided to do that in this form, and, Paramashiva is declaring it is done now. This revival of Kailaasa, the Hindu Nation is for various reasons, to keep all the best things Paramashiva revealed in Vedagamic and Sanatana Hindu Dharma scriptures - the great revelations of the enlightened civilization Paramashiva himself created. The great enlightened civilization Paramashiva himself manifested. Reviving all of that and more, sharing it with the Universe. We had very very very far advance beyond the modern man can understand the meaning of that word “advance,” we had the civilization. That enlightened civilization had and has so much to contribute to the world. In every field, field of enlightenment, health, medicine, art, science, technology, aviation, health, dance, music, clothes, jewellery; social system, judicial system, political system, legal system; in every field - the enlightened civilization Kailaasa had so much, had so much to contribute to the Universe, humanity, civilization. This revival of the Kailaasa, enlightened civilization, the Hindu Nation is for reviving this whole life of enlightened civilization and all the great things it has to offer to the world.

Keeping all the great knowledge, sciences, experiences, everything alive and revive, decode, make it user friendly, available, to the whole Universe. That is the vision with which the revival of Kailaasa, the enlightened civilization, the Hindu Nation is happening from now. From the Kailaasa enlightened civilization - many nations are created, states are created, samsthanas (संस्थान, saṃsthāna), provinces were created. At one point during the Mahabharata war, Sanatana Hindu Dharma had fifty six nations, two hundred states and thousand seven hundred provinces all over the planet earth. In course of time, due to various reasons, Sanatana Hindu Dharma lost various nations and territories and samsthanas. Finally, when Nepal was lost, Sanatana Hindu Dharma lost all the territories and there was no country practicing Sanatana Hindu Dharma as state religion.

There was a need to keep this enlightened civilization alive, revive and all the best things of the enlightened civilization, all the best things enlightened civilization Kailaasa has to offer to the world need to be revived, kept alive and made user friendly and shared with the world, with the Universe. The Hindu Nations were ecosystem where more and more enlightened beings can be produced and the enlightened civilization can be kept alive and all the great gifts of the enlightened civilization can be shared with the world. Unfortunately, due to various reasons, after Nepal, for sometime all the territories were lost. The purpose of Paramashiva’s manifestation as this form is to revive enlightened civilization, revive Kailaasa the enlightened civilization. Judicial system will function as per the Cosmic Constitution revealed by Paramashiva in Vedas, Agamas and Hindu Dharma Shastras - smritis. The Cosmic Constitution will be lived. The Cosmic Constitution will be revived, will be lived to show to the world how enlightened civilization should be living, and, administration, politics, judiciary, economy, everything will be revived as Paramashiva revealed in Vedagamic - Sanatana Hindu Dharma’s scriptures, and as He ran this Kailaasa, the enlightened civilization.

All the best things offered to the humanity, to the Universe by Paramashiva which is available in the Vedagamic Hindu scriptures and in Akashic Records. Everything will be downloaded, collected, decoded, translated, made user friendly and will be made available to the world as a experiential living model and in multiple forms, so Universe can benefit and enjoy. Paramashiva’s grace be on the whole Universe, Cosmos. Kailaasa has territory on all the planes and dimensions and lokas. A living model will be demonstrated on the planet earth. How enlightened beings, Paramashiva, administers through enlightened beings. The Paramashiva’s vision will be manifested. Model for this Universe will be presented as the Kailaasa - enlightened civilization, the Hindu Nation. How the Cosmic Constitution is implemented for enlightened beings and how the Cosmic Court will be conducted, how the Federal Reserve of Kailaasa will be run, how the field of health - all the best things will be revealed and revived. In every field, health, wealth, technology, science, relationships, art, music, dance, cooking, perfume, agriculture, sex, in every field - Paramashiva is reviving the enlightened civilization, and, will be setting, He is setting the model to show to the world.
