She has not only given this complaint to the Karnataka Police she has also given it to the American Police. After seeing all theevidence the American Police has closed this case saying it is a false case. They have closed the file and finished the case. We have presented this evidence to the Karnataka Police also. We have said this openly in the Karnataka High court also. As soon as we said what we told them please check my blood. We have also given the evidence of my blood report. We have given it to the court. We have given the police also. This is a disease that comes even if contact with saliva is made. This Herpes 2 disease. It is a really a bad virus. It will spread faster than HIV. But will not take away the life quickly like HIV. It is that kind of a disease. We have given all evidence of her having this disease. So what she has said is full and full lies. This is what I wish to say first.

She herself is saying that she is a BITS Pilani graduate. BITs Pilani is a very big institution in Rajasthan.She is a graduate who studied there. That ladyis saying. She is an IT graduate. For an IT graduate if by chance she was raped or sexually harassed she does not need 8 years to give a complaint. She is coming after 8 years and telling this. That is one thing. Since all this evidence was presented that has been put in the back burner. Now suddenly she comes closing her face and gives a TV interview. She is avoiding the Tamil Nadu police investigation. Then she is also avoiding the Karnataka Court summons. The America Police is looking for her. She is alsoavoiding the investigation from the America Police. Without cooperating for three investigations she closes her face and gives an interview and sends this on a tape secretly toSwarna News Channel. This is a matter that is in the court. It is even a crime to release this interview. So I am requesting you all please do not put that interview on TV. It is called contempt of court.

NithyanandaA: Yes I have already done the test and given to the police. I have given to the police they can also do it if they want. I have also said if the court wants they can also do it. Nithyananda A: That is they have said the charges on me are false and have closed the case. But there are two charges on her, so they are looking for her. They are searchingfor her for another criminal offence.

Sir, at the same time in 120 places they have broken into our ashrams and threw petrol bombs that itself I have handled. A disease called Herpes II from the time even she is accusing that she has had physical relationship with me. So we proved through my blood test that I don’t have that STD. She claims of forty incidents. Even one incident or two incidentis enough for that disease to spread. I don’t have that disease and she has that disease is a solid proof that this whole accusation is false.
