The Satsang

Samyama means centering yourself on one purpose and discovering the new possibilities in your life, that’s all. Understand, Samyama means centring yourself on a new purpose and discovering the new possibilities. See when a forest river, wild river is flowing, building embankment is the first step, then putting a dam is the second step, taking the water out just through a concentrated way through only one, through one hole is the third step. That concentrated powerful water can produce current, can move the turbines... words I learnt in mechanical engineering ☺ can move the turbine and create electricity.

Understand, same way three things need to be done to the mind,

building the embankment to the river is called Pratyahara.

Putting a dam is called Dharana.

Taking it out through one small hole is Dhyana.

When the turbine moves and the electricity comes out, it is called Samadhi.

Your mind, first we need to put the embankment then dam then take out only through a one concentrated necessary place, use the energy to move the turbine, turbine, you will have enlightenment energy in you. All these four Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi, all these four put together is Samyama.

Nirahara Samyama means this next 21 days you are going to centre yourself on one activity, whole day whether you live, walk, talk, work, you are going to be centered on something. Your work, your action everything has to be centered on one action, one truth. Main thing Niraharis need to know you should not fall into tamas. When food is taken away from your body the first thing your body and mind will do is fall into low energy, tamas, inertia. No, no inertia can be allowed, whole day literally 24 hours you have to be awake, alive, working only then Nirahara Samyama will be happen in you.
