Today niraahaara sammyama 3rd level 8th day, so we are on 17th day. Successfully 17 days! See, no food, but not fasting! If you don’t eat and you are losing your weight, not feeling energetic, feeling tired, feeling fatigued, then the real sammyama is not happening in you. No food but no tiredness; you’re fully energetic, running your day-to-day life, only then sammyama is happening in you. See, the body you carry is the ultimate bio-memory, with all extraordinary possibilities and capabilities. If fish can swim, you can swim, if bird can fly you can fly. If tree can create food directly from space and air, you are capable of creating food directly from space and ether. Understand, human body has capacity. Let me read the question for all of you once - Swamiji, there are some allegations that your spiritual healing is nothing but placebo effect? What exactly is the difference between healing and placebo effect? How can we be sure which is which?

Cynthia, you should change the word - there are some people who are praising that your spiritual healing is nothing but placebo effect..! First thing you should understand, we have done enough of researches. My spiritual healing works 42%more than the placebo effect. We have analysed, researched, documented through double blind studies. That is on one side. The second thing – a recent issue of the Scientific American Mind was specially dedicated to placebo effect, and they say that even with so much of studies, placebo effect is not that simple to understand. What do you think is placebo effect? Instead of a medicine, you give a pseudo-medicine like a sugar pill, or you give ordinary water in the place of tonic, and your body heals itself. There are so many layers in Placebo Effect.

Recently I read another article in ‘Wired’ magazine - Placebos are getting more effective, drug makers are desperate to know why. Many pharma giants are falling, because they themselves are not able to compete with their own placebo effect! So placebo effect itself is not that simple as you use the word. There are layers and layers that need to be understood.

I will give you the conscious post-mortem effect of placebo effect. For example, you just sit, and your brain is hooked to the QEEG machine. Your body is completely in padmaasan, you are sitting like Buddha. But if you just visualize for 20 minutes that you are running, the brain gets into the exact effect of running! How your body feels when you run, how the chemicals are released - your brain exactly gets into that space. Your visualization is more powerful than you can imagine. Your imagination is more powerful than you can imagine! If the power of your visualization is used properly, it can do wonders. In the placebo effect, your unconscious uses your power of imagination. In sammyama, your consciousness uses your power of imagination. In initiation, your guru, your superconscious part uses your power of imagination. Understand, in placebo effect your unconscious part uses your power of imagination. In sammyama or in meditation, your conscious part uses the power of imagination. In initiation, your guru - your superconscious part - uses your power of imagination, the power of imagination. Placebo effect is not just pseudo-healing. Please understand, to create placebo effect itself is not a small joke! Your unconscious needs to be convinced. Even with the ordinary Anacin-Metacin, your unconscious needs to be convinced for the placebo effect to happen. When the convincing power of your unconscious is increasing, the power of placebo effect is increasing.

Cynthia, I am not denying placebo effect in my healing. I am saying I am using something more than placebo effect in my healing, because placebo effect itself is not something pseudo or wrong as you are taught and made to believe. My healing is something more than the placebo effect, because your superconscious part uses your power of imagination. Please understand, your superconscious part is my reflection. People ask me, when you look at us, how do you see us? I see only my component refection in you. The possibility of me in you. When I say me, do not associate with this body. The pure me. I use this me to achieve the pure me. You can use your body and mind to achieve the pure you, which is reflection of me.

So understand, placebo effect is unconsciousness using the capacity of your imagination. Sammyama is your own consciousness using your capacity of imagination. What are you doing in sammyama? You imagine you are a tree, and you visualize that just like a tree, you are also producing praana and energy from space. That’s it. How can imagination keep you out of hunger for 17 days? It is not that you are not doing your routine. For 17 days, hundreds of people around the world are fasting, but not tired!

Sammyama is your own conscious decision, using the power of your imagination. Sammyama and initiation itself is much more than the placebo effect, and healing from the master is something more than the sammyama. It is superconsciousness - your superconscious component using your power of imagination. You have 3 parts – unconscious, conscious, superconscious. When your unconscious uses your imagination, it is placebo effect. When your conscious uses your imagination it is initiation, when your superconscious uses your imagination it is spiritual healing. Cynthia, through scientific research and medical documentation, we have already proved that the power of my initiation is much much more than placebo effect. First I wanted to make it very clear - on this subject of abortion, different countries have different laws. I am not going to comment on it legally. I am giving you spiritual opinion, spiritual guidance. But you need to consult your country’s law before making a decision. Let me make it very clear. Spiritually abortion is not a sin, because the individual consciousness enters into the body only after the delivery is done. You may ask about the heartbeat, the movement of child. That is just the extension of mother’s body and mother’s life. You cannot have two souls in one body. Just living with two minds in one body itself is so tough! Two consciousness in one body? Don’t worry, God is not such a sadist! Consciousness does not enter the body before the baby comes out. When some part of the baby experiences the ether, the air - only then the consciousness enters.

You are asking - what happens to the babies that have been aborted? Because those babies don’t have individual life, it is just the extension of mother’s life, that body just goes back to nature. It is like - if you remove the hair, what happens? When you remove the nail, what happens? Just like that, the body goes back to nature. Of course, this is far more costly than shaving and nail cutting, because the mother has to go through the pain. Whatever is the baby’s movement, like heartbeat, it is all an extension of the mother’s life. The umbilical cord connects baby to mother and to life. Till the baby comes out of the mother’s womb and the umbilical cord is cut, the individual conscious awakening - pratyekaatma chaitanya jaagrata - does not happen. So spiritually, abortion is not a sin, and conscious abortion cannot be taken as taking life. Because those babies don’t have individual life, because the individual consciousness the pratyekaatma chaitanya, has not happened, they don’t need to go anywhere. They just go back to nature.

You don’t go to different places, but you go to different spaces. Means, you may not even leave this hall. This hall itself has all possibilities of hell and heaven. Hell and heaven is not different place, but different space. In this hall itself, somebody can be sitting in hell, somebody in heaven. If you are melting in devotion, you will feel, wow! – that is heaven. If you did not get up and come for yoga in the morning, or if you are agitated or disturbed for some reason, this very hall can be hell for you - I am feeling suffocated, no air circulation, no window. If you are feeling connected, you will not remember there is no window! If not, you will remember there is no window.

After leaving the body, you go to different spaces not places. There is a beautiful book called Tibetan Book of the Dead. I want all of you to read that book. I am making this statement in front of you, from my experience. From my authority as an incarnation, I am making this statement to all of you, and I am responsible for my statement. I do have my own ethics, just like doctors have ethics of an enlightenment being. I cannot lie about the major truths on which your life’s decisions are based. I have no right to lie when it comes to the major things where you make decisions based on my opinion. For example, you come to me and ask about cancer. Just today morning, I blessed someone - and I am responsible for the words I utter. She came with tumours, and I gave vihbooti and blessed her. She said, I don’t feel the tumour, but I now have small tumours. I said, it will not be malignant. Check. In these places I cannot tell lie. I have to tell the truth clearly. When you come to me with fever, I can say, it is okay, leave it. But now I am making a statement on death. Based on this, you will make many decisions. So as per my ethics I cannot lie. With all my experience, everything they describe in the Tibetan Book of the Dead is true. How you leave the body, how you live in hell and heaven - everything is true. After my own experience, when I read Tibetan Book of the Dead, I thought, Oh God! How beautifully it is verbalized.

Even Katopanishad is not so elaborate in verbalization. The Tibetan Book of the Dead is the original document’s translation. It explains, verbalizes what happens after death, in much more elaborate way than Katopanishad. Let me answer the other parts of your question. You are asking – Do we still stay together with our loved ones and the ones we have karmic relationships with? Let me tell you, with my own experience, you don’t even want to take birth in the same continent your spouse lives in! By nature, no two humans want to stay together. But (WORDS MISSING HERE)

Such suffocation is experienced with other person, you just escape the moment you leave the body. You don’t even take birth in the same culture, I tell you. There is no karmic relationship. Don’t even be afraid that sometime you prayed - he should be my husband for next 7 janmaas! Or vice-versa! Basically human brain is not hard wired for living together. So when you force yourself for living together without maturity… See, if you understand your boundaries - your boundary, my boundary – if you are independently dependent, only people who have achieved that maturity can be compatible.

In Tagore’s story called ‘Eternal love story’ the man and woman were both were in love for 50 years. They stared seeing each other when they were 20, and lived till 70. You know the secret? They both lived on either side of the Ganges, and they met each other only in their own separate boats!

Understand, human mind is not hardwired for living together. When you are forced to live together without maturity, once you leave the body you escape. BIO-I looked into my own bio- memory - why did I decide that I will be a sadhu? Because at very young age at 5, I had a very strong idea I am a sadhu. From a very young age, I had very strong idea that I am a sadhu. In Bharatn villages, the only question the grannies will have is - Whom are you going to marry? As if that is the only thing in life! And not only that, they will tie the knot when you are young only. My granny was married at age 8, my grandfather was 14, my own mother was just 18 - because by that time the marriage law has come! My father was only 20, not even 21. So this is the way the families are. But from the age of 5, from the time I know me, I was so clear I am a sadhu, a sannyasi; I am not going to get married. Later on, after my enlightenment, I analysed - why did I have such a strong decision about marriage? Then I was remembering, I still remember what I went through with Sundareshwara! Come on, two enlightened beings. But even then, when you assume the physical body..! So the decision came directly from my experience with Sundareshwara. So do not bother. There is no karmic relationship, and you don’t stay with the love of the loved ones. Love of the loved ones disappears the moment your consciousness leaves your skin. All those are stories, that people talk to dead ones – when you are alive you don’t talk properly, now you are talking to dead ones!

You are also asking, Is it true that a lot of people come from other planets? Yes, that is true. The planets are not divided by visa process like our countries. To tell you honestly, to go to the Gandharva loka or rishi loka is much more easy for me than to go to Nepal or Srilanka! We made many complicated things. But moving from one planet to another is possible. There are lives on other planets. They visit this planet, and this planet lives can visit other planets – the travel is happening. Next you are asking, Do we go back to there after this birth? You are not going to go back to any other planet after this death. After this death you are going to take up one more body to mature. Next you are asking, Did we choose our parents? Yes, we choose our parents.

I have answered almost all the questions, but I wanted to make it very clear - all these questions are from my experience. For some questions I am able to support logically, with logical arguments, but some questions I will not be able to support with logical arguments. But they are questions based on my experience in the esoteric plane. That is the reason I will not be able to give the logical arguments.
