Whatever we may say – ‘this is paining that is paining….!’, it is a wonderful experience and worth having. Yamuna is so happy today to see us. In three places I clearly saw her Energy. She has blessed our whole group. In the temple, while returning…I saw that she has blessed our whole group. Don’t think that the rivers are a just a totality of water, it is something more than that. Don’t think that the Himalayas is just stones, it is a living Energy.
This kaavi is so useful; everywhere we are recognized as a group. It was such a scenic route today. Wherever you see a straight line cutting in the hills, it is a line cut by glaciers. I have seen 1000 ft long glaciers moving. They will take 12 – 15 hrs to completely slide down. In winter, the water becomes snow and in summer, the ice melts, it melts at certain points and forms glaciers. These glaciers start moving and hit the mountains and chisel rocks to make a new path. After a few months, landslides will occur and block the path. This process is repeated every time. The route we walked in today is not the same route I walked a few years back. The bridge there is new. I could see that there has been a landslide and the route has been disturbed.
The last time we were in Uttarkashi, 150 people died due to a landslide, but don’t worry…! By now, all of you are accustomed to the fear. The pony is enough to clear you of the fear; it will walk only on the cliff side! I saw people getting down and walking! See, when you walk, you will not be so tired, because the second layer Energy opens. When you go on the pony, the second layer Energy doesn’t open and first layer Energy is also exhausted. Anything which has to be carved has to be hammered. These beautiful moments have to be carved in your mind with moments of austerities. Giving a comfortable and sophisticated life for your body is not going to create a system which is , now u can survive with a little bit of confidence. Those who are sitting behind, come front and confront me! Anyone wants to share their experiences?
You can see the ancient Rishi culture still alive here. They are very hard workers out here. A single man carrying another man on is back all the way uphill, can you imagine?!
Hanuman Chatti, the place where we got onto the jeep is the place from where Hanuman lifted the Sanjeevani hill to save the lives of Rama and Lakshamana. You will see one flat area amidst the hills; that is the portion he took away to treat Lakshmana during the tiem of war. Chatti means flat or shaved head. That hill is what is called as ‘trikona malai’ in Srilanka (Trincomalee) and there is a Shiva temple there. And if you see it, it will appear as though the hill has been placed and patched! A complete patch in the shape of a ring ring at the foothills can be seen. It will not be attached to the ground naturally like the other hills. The beauty is, everything is related to Spirituality! In some other countries they would made these things a tourist spot. You need to use every opportunity to grow spiritually in life. The Rishis’ culture started here. They were a big group of people who did not have to work for food because the rivers gave them abundantly. They went to the inner world and brought a high and rich culture. We are all indebted to them. That is why the Himalayas is such a wonderful place. Can’t imagine that we are here! All of them are born here. According to my understanding and experience, humans developed first in the Himalayas only. I don’t know what other historians say.
If you see from any other cliff’s edge, you will feel giddy, but here it doesn’t happen that way. There are a lot of herbs here. The air itself is so good for health. The very fight for survival will keep you alert and alive here! Actually, you all have finished the whole trip I can say, because now you know the whole knack. So there is no further problem. Your body knows the knack. If you came alone, you would not have had this wonderful experience and somewhere you would have said ‘No’ and gone back. The group Energy and the Master’s inspiration does it for you. The hot water is sulphur water.
In Varanasi and Uttarkashi, Ganga takes a ‘U’ turn uphill. That is why the place is called Uttarkashi.
One of our devotees today fell from the pony; He suddenly got back somehow onto the horse, he says he saw a sticker of mine there!
Q) Swamiji, I climbed all the way to Yamunotri today. Somehow, although you tell us that the Vishuddhi gives us the Energy, I felt that chanting your name while climbing gave me the Energy. I could not feel anything in my Vishuddhi.
The Energy is coming from the Vishudhi only. But you may not identify it with the spot. You wanted it to come from my name and so it came. It came from bhakthi.
In the Himalayas, the path is important, not the goal. Enjoy the whole trekking, not just the destination. Those Murtis (idols) will be brought be back here after 3 months because any time they will be washed away by landslides. South Bharatns will wonder why the idols are so small. The reason is this only.
When you can give your whole life to a horse, you can as well give it to your Master! As long as you are living in society, you will think that you are a great person etc. But when you come to the Himalayas. In front of the awesome nature, you will realize that you are nobody! Even if you die, nobody will be there for you here!
In the trek today to Yamunotri, you would have sent that there was so much of traffic jam and yet there were no fights! They adjust so well. In the US, people complain about ‘my space, the have come etc!’ Purely by Gods grace, you go and come back on these treks! Astrologer joke…***

I will do a small chanting fm chandi. Chandi is the slokas uttered by Markandeyar from the Himalayas. It is said that just by the vibrations of the chandi mantras, Markandeyar carved the Himalayas. This is a very beautiful mantra. I will read one chapter of Chandi.
The word Chandi means the primordial Energy which creates and into which everything disappears. This whole chandi is chanted as a respect to Devi who is considered to be the daughter of the Himalayas, who is the Energy of the Himalayas. If you just allow this mantra to penetrate you, that is enough. It is so powerful - it is said to be the most powerful mantras amongst all the mantras. Let me tell you the meaning of one mantra:
yaa devi sarva bhuteshu vishnu mayeti samsthitha namastasyai namasthasyai namasthasyai namonamah |
It means: See, for a product to exist, you need three things. For eg. take a pot - to make it, you need clay, the potter to make it and the energy which is given to the pot by the potter. He will make a pot and leave it. It will be in the shape of the pot as long as the energy he gave it is there. If an Energy equivalent to it or greater than it enters it, it will go back to clay form. The Energy that sustains matter is the ‘Vishnu Maya’. The whole Universe was originally pure energy; now it is matter – as water, hills, rivers, this mike, this carpet, this cloth, buildings, your body etc. The Energy that sustains all these things in their shape without letting it go back to the Energy form is called Vishnu Maya. The power that continues to sustain this whole jagath without it returning to the original form of Energy is called Vishnu Maya.
The first sloka gives respect to Vishnu Maya: O Devi, you who are existing in the form of Energy in all - I bow down to you, I bow down to you, I bow down to you. We chanted this at Teachers training session at the ashram for mother’s day. This morning, I was in the mood of Mother and I picked up this book and started reading. Each and every mantra goes so deep.

- The Energy which holds this whole Universe as the Universe instead of it going back to its origin is Vishnu Maya. We surrender to this Energy.

- Next, in every body and tree, there is life; I bow down to that Energy which is life in every Being.
Yaa Devi sarva bhootheshu buddhi… - Next, every Being has its own intelligence. The tree grows, animals protect themselves, everything has intelligence – I bow down to that intelligence.
yā devi sarva bhuteshu nidra - Nidra means ‘intensity’ not just sleep. If you had attended Shiva Rathri, you would have heard me talk on it. Rathri means intensity not sleep. Anything intense can be called as Rathri.
yā devi sarva bhuteshu shudha – the Energy which awakens you, which calls you back from tamas is Shudha. I bow down to this Energy.
Through these slokas, what the Rishis want to achieve is – they want all of you to understand that every inch of your Being IS and respected as Mother or Energy. The whole Himalayas is filled with the Mother Consciousness.
Now, close your eyes. Remember your mother who carried her in your womb, who gave the physical body, the mother who gave you bhugarba, who gave you culture, who made you stand in your own feet in life. Remember the Mother who gave you spiritual life – Gnana Garba - your Master. I bow down to all the mothers.

Remember and bow down to the mother who gave you birth, who gave you the physical body. Remember the Mothers who carry you in their heart - your husband, your beloved, your wife. Whomsoever carries you in your heart, remember them and bow down to them, they are all your mothers. Remember your spiritual Master, the Mother who gave you spiritual life. I bow down to the Mothers who carry me in the Bhugarba, Hridgarba and Gnanagarba.

There is a beautiful poem by Madhavan on his 11th anniversary. Swamiji reads out the poem…Nice poem and I accept it also.
Q) How can we distinguish between Master’s words, His thinking and His body language?
First of all, why do you want to distinguish? You can’t distinguish because these three things do not exist, all three have merged for Him. There is no separate thinking, no body language or no words. When I say mother, I become that. As long as these three are separate, you are not Master you are just a Mister. Only when all these things have not disappeared, there is distinction. When all three disappear, you become a Master.
This question has so many angles. Firstly, why do you want to distinguish? When anyone says something, you straightaway don’t want to follow, you want to attack him. I don’t have to follow what I am preaching because I am not the same kind of person to whom I am preaching. I follow out of love and compassion so that it will easy for you to follow me, for you to recognize me, so that you don’t get lost; like signboards Gangotri, Yamunotri. That’s why I don’t eat Non-veg, garlic, green chillies, onions etc… Of course I never used to eat non-veg, but earlier, I never restricted eating food items but when I started preaching, I had to use some signboards. But signboards are not goals, not places to be reached. They are not the destination. I practise a few things out of compassion so that you can catch a glimpse of I the Master. Here, so many minds get irritated when I say ‘I’. This is because, you are so strong about ‘I’. When I say ‘I’, you use your dictionary to interpret it. So for these 15 days, we will throw the Guru Geeta out and I when use the word ‘I’, I mean the Universal Energy not I. People are not so mature to understand that when I say ‘I’, I don’t mean what you mean by ‘I’. when I say God, you know nothing about God, you just have some vague idea; but when I say ‘I’, it is a solid experience for you. In the Master’s life, it is just the opposite. When I say ‘I’ it is a vague idea, but when I say God, it is a solid experience. But when I say ‘I’, you interpret it with your dictionary. When I say ‘I’, I mean God.
When people come to me with problems, when I say to him, ‘I will take care’, it means it will be done; If I say, ‘Go to Anandeshwar and pray’, I am postponing Him. I am saying goodbye! When I say I will take care, if he is mature enough to receive it, the Energy will start working, but you are so egoistic. You will think - as if he is God, he is after all a Swamiji, maybe a little more spiritual, how will he take care? People tell me, ‘Swamiji, please pray for me.’ I laugh and say, ‘yes yes I will pray for u.’ What to do.
We have to talk in their language. For the next 15 days, when we talk about the Guru Disciple relationship, I mean Existence. I don’t want to put myself in the pedestal of a Guru. You think I am promoting my business. Every word of mine, you compare and see and feel that I am promoting my business. So when I say Guru these 15 days, I mean the Ultimate Guru. I don’t want to sit in the Guru post so that you will understand the Whole.
In San Jose, a lady asked me, she wrote a question on a slip of paper which said, ‘Are you truly enlightened or are you an incredible salesman?’ I said, ‘what a courageous question! All of you have this question but only she has got courage to spell it out. It is sincerity.’ I asked her to stand up and she stood up with all her prestige and felt she’s a great person. I made the whole group clap and told her I respected her courage. I said, I am an incredible salesman, there is nobody who sells bliss, I am the only one sells bliss for suffering. So I am an incredible salesman. There is no salesman who does this dealing. There is a beautiful stotra sung by Ramakrishna to Arunachala which says: I gave me to you and got you to me. Who is intelligent? Who is the real businessman? Who is it who has achieved? The sareera is rohamaya, the mind is dukkamaya and the atma is sohamaya. I gave all these three to you. The sareera has become sukamaya, the mind has become yogamaya and the atma anandamaya. I gave you the small ‘i’ and got you who is more intelligent. So, there is no other salesman who does what I am doing.
The question has got two parts. This question everybody has got the authority to ask. All seekers are authorized to ask and I am legally bound to answer. But the second part ‘incredible salesman’ shows that you have vengeance in you and you are prejudiced. If you are a seeker, you would have stopped with the first part. The second part shows that you have no right to ask the question. If she had asked only the first part, she has come with openness. But before getting the answer for first half, you have asked the second part which means you have preconceived notions, vengeance, violence in you and you don’t have the right to ask this question, but I answered out of compassion. She simply disappeared from the hall! I challenged her. She wrote the question and I told her, ‘I showed my courage by reading it and answering it, now you show your courage by following me.’ She said, she is a seeker, so I told her I proved I am the Master by facing the question. She wrote in a slip, I could have easily gone beyond it or skipped it. By by reading this and answering this, I proved my courage, that I am a Master. I told her, ‘Now come and show that you are a seeker by following me and prove your courage.’ You want only the Guru to be perfect not the disciple! We continuously use a touchstone to rub all the Gurus’ heads to see if He is a original Guru. But you never think to rub the hand that is holding it to see if it is an original disciple or not. For these few days, point it towards you. When you point your finger at somebody, there are three fingers point to you. Now it is time, point your fingers towards yourself. Let us see what is really needed to be done from our side.
Anyone who takes suffering from the society is a Master. Only the Universal Consciousness can take the suffering from people.
Let me answer how can we distinguish between the Master’s words, thinking and body language. Come out, why do you want to distinguish? I can’t follow my words. I actually have to do anti-meditation. I have to do something to bring myself down. If you read Ramakrishna’s books, it is said that when He comes down from Samadhi, He asks for jelebi. He says, by these small desires I bring myself down. Unless you have some desire, you can’t come back again to the body. Unless you have some work in the plains, will you go back to the plains now? No! In the same way, you will come down to the body only if you have some work. The Master has to do de-meditation again and again. So I have to do something to keep myself in the body. So I can’t practice what I preach; I am not the same person to whom I am preaching; He is so different, how can I follow that? Be very clear – you can’t distinguish between His thinking, words and body language. All three are one and the same for him. Don’t give your own reasons for his body language. The moment you start that, you take him for granted and you think you know him. If your wife shouts at you , you know the reason - you did not bring what she wanted!. You give your reason for her actions and body language because you know her. You can never do that with me because you don’t know me. The more you give reasons for my words and body language, the more you will be suffering, you be in deep misery – miserably miserable!
A Master can never be a hypocrite because he does not have all these three as separate things. People ask me, ‘So you don’t have thinking, how are you speaking?’ An important question. Be very clear – in your mind, these three things happen - create, edit and delivery. In my case, creating, editing and spelling out all happen together, not separately. It raises and comes out – creation IS delivery, no editing. You can be in that state only when you are confident of yourself. You edit because you are afraid that you will speak the Truth! When you say you are a great person, you expect that he will tell you the same thing – you can then massage yourself! You say it for some purpose or motive. What you speak is not the truth, you are afraid that you will speak the Truth. It comes to the throat and you suppress, filter and edit. A university professor asked me, “Swamiji, you are continuously speaking for hours together to the public. For me, to give a 15 mins lecture, it takes one hour to prepare. How are you speaking continuously? You can’t prepare because you have no time.’ I told him, ‘you need to prepare because you will speak what you want to speak not what you are thinking.’ Prepared lectures are nothing but scented boxes.
There is a Tamil movie which I saw in a flight recently. The no.2 items, he packs in a box, puts scent and sends it! In the same way, the stuff in you is so dirty that you have to prepare it. You are not ready to open yourself as you are. You are afraid of your Being, you are not completely truthful. You think: what should I say first, second, end of the lecture and so on. You finally miss something and mess it! A lecturer gives a discourse: There was a lecturer who came home one day and his wife asked him, “So how was the lecture?” The an asked, “Which lecture?” The wife was surprised and said, “But you prepared so much and gave a lecture today, that’s the one I am talking about.” The lecturer replied, “Well, I prepared for one thing, delivered another and repented that I didn’t deliver in a third way. As on now three lectures in my head, so am confused as to which one you are referring to!”
When a person thinks, edits and presents, both he and the audience feel tired because the transaction is not based on Truth and spontaneity, but on logic, intellect and chopping the wood. When the lecture is in tension, the Student is also in tension. He lecturer will be throwing words that he is a great person and the student have to run and catch up with him. They say: If you don’t open your mouth, people will think you are a fool, if you don’t, you will confirm it! By preparing and delivering, they confirm that they are fools. For eg, if someone asks your name, do you need to think? Even if the name is long like Siva Ramakrishna Vallabhaneni… like the names in Andhra Pradesh, you don’t have to remember them because it has become a part of you. When anything has become a part of your Being, you don’t have to prepare. I told him, I am speaking because what I am speaking has become my blood. I am continuously opening up myself to you. I just sit, relax and open myself. I make myself available to the group by relaxing. That is why I and the person feel rejuvenated. After every session, they feel so alive, not tired. When you go to lectures, it is like lathi charge. Lock the auditorium and attack! I don’t speak from memory because I don’t have these three things in me that are creating, editing and delivering. Just spontaneous response, that’s all. People who speak from memory will speak beautifully, but when asked questions, they are at a loss. You can find out their intelligence by asking questions. Any fool can give lecture. One who knows nothing about physics can read a book and give a lecture on it but in the Q\&A – he will be caught.
Einstein had a driver who worked with him for 10 years. At the time he gave the theory of relativity, he was delivering lectures day in and day out. The driver knew the lecture by heart. One day, as they were driving, Einstein said that he was tired of delivering he same lecture over and over again. The driver said that he knew the lecture well and that anyway the people had not seen Einstein much and therefore he could deliver the lecture instead of him. Einstein agreed and the driver delivered the lecture wonderfully. At the end of it, a an stood up and asked a question and the driver was at a loss. HE quickly said, ‘To this question, even my driver will give the answer!” and Einstein came in and answered the question. You can act as a Master as long as you need only to give discourses, but when it comes to Q\&A, people will discover the truth. You need spontaneity, what you are speaking should become your blood, your Being. To give a lecture, just memorizing is enough. Just read the book 6 days to total transformation and come, that’s enough. If you see, a person who shines in Q\&A is a spontaneous person. In our sessions, you will see that Q\&A are so sharp, it will touch it straightaway. Unless thinking, editing and delivering have disappeared into one, you can’t be spontaneous. In Microsoft, Seattle, after listening to my lecture on Intuitive Management, one man asked me, where did you learn oratory? I said, I only teach, never learnt. It is the pure confidence and spontaneity that take the whole role. The ability to be spontaneous is what is responsibility. Creating words through which you can create the same visualization in your head in others’ head is orating or communication. Reproducing the same experience which is in your Being in others’ Being by your presence is Guru or communion. You need to think and speak if you are cunning. If you want to pamper someone to get something done, you will think and talk. You can be truthful, there is no need for the sensor board.
Just be mature. The very thinking system should be altered, not the speaking system.
Q) My mind is racing like a roller coaster. Good, relax and co-operate with the roller coaster, you will then automatically relax. Don’t resist it. You can’t go in it for long! You will get down or get thrown out because the next batch has to sit. Just enjoy. If you see the river, all the stones are brought by it and they rub against each other continuously. After some time, by grinding, the stones become like Shivalingas and get thrown out of the banks. People collect them and worship them as Shiva. Life will grind you, you will become polished, and throw you out and you will become enlightened; people will start worshipping you! Till the grinding is completely done, you will not be thrown out. Allow life to work on you, to penetrate you, to mould you.
So coming back to the question, ‘how can I distinguish between these three?’ First, you can’t distinguish because there are no three things in Him. Just listen to His words, whatever effect it creates in you according to your Oxford dictionary is enough. Don’t create anything more than that. Just allow the process to happen. I will be banging some people for no reason. I am inserting some samskara into them with which they can work with me. Take this river, to make it flow in a particular way, I will bang it in the other direction so that it flows the way I want. As early as possible, get out of the trouble of interpreting my actions.
Q) After reaching you, if a new thought enters… Whenever there is a new thought in my presence and you have the Energy to execute it, it is a boon from me. With pure instinct, there will be no thought or Energy like in the case of animals; with intelligence there will be thought but no Energy as is in confusion. With intuition there will be both thought and Energy. Then it is straight from the Ananda Gandha, straight from the Master.
Swamiji tries to read a question but is unable to decipher the writing. Please write in the language that I can read!
There is a joke: One man said to another, “you have to seriously improve your writing for people to be able to decipher it.” The man replied, “Oh no! my sister used my letter as a leave request form first, then modified it a little and used it as a pass to a magic show and now plays it as a song on her piano!”
Q) You mentioned the different types of Guru-Disciple relationship. Is it important that we decide which type of relationship we follow? When you decide on the relationship, it makes the whole process becomes easy. Your mind is so conditioned to relate with some definite patterns. With invasion, the ideas of Guru-Disciple have disappeared. Modern man does not know about the Guru-Disciple relationship. As on now, all of you know that there are these 4-5 types of relationships. So start with some mode, but you will not end in the same mode. In the end, it will be the 5 \+ something more. When you start, you will start as a Master and servant like Hanuman and Rama or like a friends like Arjuna and Krishna or as Mother and Son like RamaKrishna and Kali or as Beloved like Radha and Krishna. It will be all these 5 plus something more. Tvameva māta…….It will end in that attitude. Then there are no two things like Guru & Disciple, there is be only one. It will be so deep. But start with something. The easiest thing to start with will be Dasababa (The Rama and Hanuman relationship) so unless otherwise you are specifically instructed, work towards it.
Q) Swamiji, all the Gurus come to our countries and create followers. After some time, we are not even able to see them or talk with them. In that case, how do we grow? Relationship does not need talking. This same problem will happen in my ashram also. Naturally, you will not be able to talk to me in future. That is why, I give you my cellphone – the Ananda Gandha. With a Master, you don’t have to relate verbally. Just the idea of relationship is more than enough, it will lead you to success in spiritual life. For eg., if your husband is in the USA, do you have to verify by talking to him on and off? The deep feeling of connection is enough isn’t it? You don’t need to talk or be physically around him. If you don’t have the deep feeling of connectivity, it won’t help Him or you. Feeling deeply connected is what is important in the Guru-Disciple relationship. To make you feel connected, in the initial level, it is necessary but the real thing is feeling really connected. The more time you get to sit and talk with him, the more nonsense you will talk and not be precise. The main message will be lost. Purposely, I will make myself unavailable so that when they see me, they can talk only what is useful to them and not what they want to. They will say, ‘Swamiji, my neighbors’ husband’s niece’s friend is sick, can you heal him.’
A few minutes with me they will waste like this. I will give vibuthi but they will say no no, ‘you heal him Swamiji’. They waste the valuable time around me. So better they have less time. Sharada Devi says: If you have more time with the Master, you will take Him for granted because you see him performing His day to day activities. Krishna is great because you don’t know that he went 1,2 & 3. In mythology, only the divine miracles are recorded not the day to day human incidents. When you read edited biographies and compare mine with it, you are in trouble. Mine is complete, they are edited. Ofcourse, my edited biography will be out soon. When you read my edited biography and compare with another Mater’s life again you are in trouble. Edited biographies are only inspirational sources not reference notes.
Q) Swamiji, are there any prescribed meditations by you? There are already prescribed instructions. In the morning, do Ananda Gandha and in the night Shakti Dharana. Try to be all the time in Ananda Gandha, then there will be no thoughts and you will be in the non-dualistic or Advaitic state. Ananda Gandha is straightaway the way to be in Advaitic experience. When you are in Ananda Gandha, you neither have body nor mind, you are just there. Your presence and my presence become one and the same if you are in the present. Usually, you are always absent, never present! Just be present in Ananda Gandha, you are in the Advaitic state. The path and goal are one and the same in Ananda Gandha.
Q) Does the Guru-Disciple relationship have to be a manaseega smaranam? Or can it be discussing various aspects that come to the mind and answered.
See, it is like reading the menu card, ordering and eating. First, read the menu card, order the food and then eat. While eating, do you discuss the menu card? No! First read the menu card, that is what we are doing now. Then eat!
Q) Is the Master capable of knowing the disciples’ feelings and thoughts unless expressed? Please understand – the Master knows the feelings and thoughts which you can’t even express, forget about what you can express! He knows you much deeper than you know yourself. Never think that you know yourself. You know only one part of yourself. The Master knows you much deeper than what you know about yourself. That is why, I tell you, I answer the questioner not the question. If the same question is asked by someone else, I will answer in another way because I answer the questioner not the question! I answer the engram from which the question arises. I answer the origin not the words. When people come for healing, they say that they have a headache but when I touch them, I know it is stomach pain. By continuously lying to others, you start lying to yourself. You start believing the lies. What you know as you is not you. You are like a small bunch of grass floating in the air. The Master catches it and makes it into pieces. He directly knows the part of the Being that you can’t express.
Q) What should be the mode of communication with the Master? Ananda Gandha meditation is the only way to understand the Masters’ blessings. When you meditate, you digest. It is like this: when you eat and take digene it digests. I have blessed you enough, the radio waves are there already, my blessings are already showered on you; you should start receiving it and digesting it. You are holding an umbrella; drop it and I will shower! You can do your duty beautifully only if you are in Ananda Gandha, else you will be doing things in a hurried way like how you are doing now! Some people ask me, Swamiji, is it enough if we surrender. First, there is no such thing as just surrendering. It is like asking, ‘just becoming enlightened is enough?! Surrendering is Enlightenment. Surrendering is enough, no need for meditation.
Q) Should we ask Him questions or simply accept Him?
Most of your doubts are not worth answering, just be with him, that’s enough. Keep them for some time and they will disappear! A man came and asked me so many questions about Vedanta liberation and God. I diverted him a little and started enquiring about his family, work etc. He spent almost 3 hours talking with me but never once did he go back to the questions he asked first. This is because, his questions are not a quest, they are just casual time pass. Asking for the sake of asking is not questioning. People ask questions and when I answer, they forget that it is for their doubt! Just accept there is a Master and the questions will disappear. I am just answering these questions so that they will create more questions and you will understand that questions can never be solved, only the questioner can be dissolved! It is a process towards dissolving the questioner. The question and the questioner are different. The moment you ask the question that YOU have, you become Enlightened. Now, you ask question that you don’t have because the question and the questioner are two different things. All your questions are lies. The moment you ask what YOU want to ask, you become enlightened, liberated.
Q) How do we know what type of relationship you have with the disciple? Sometimes you are a father, sometimes a Master.
You see, sometimes a father does the job of mother, but you know he is the father. In the same way any relationship can take on other forms also. No relationship is a water tight compartment. All relationships will have the flavour of the other 4 relationships. You don’t have to think that if I take on the attitude of a mother, I will be only a mother; sometimes I will take on the other relationships also. But the majority of the time, any one relationship will be dominant. When Hanuman says to Rama, ‘You are my Lord’, Rama says ‘I am your friend!’ and hugs him. He elevates him to the level of a friend. Arjuna says to Krishna, ‘You are my friend’ and Krishna says, ‘I am your Lord’. Arjuna then cries, ‘I have called you hey Krishna! hey Raghava, hey Sakethi!…’ To have a little added taste, you will have all the relationships.
Q) How do you surrender to the Guru completely without doubts?
If you have really surrendered, doubts will not come!
Q) How do you resolve guilt of following another Guru?
This is an important subject - Guru conflict! It is nothing but a conflict inside yourself. There is no real conflict between the real Masters. If Rama & Krishna meet, they will hug each other, but Rama’s monkeys and Krishna’s cows will fight! The Energy is one and the same; all Masters are embodiment of the same Energy; there is no need for any conflict. I always tell people: Go around, pluck flowers from any garden and make a nice garland! But they don’t pluck from any garden, instead they bring only thorns – trouble! If you are doing window shopping, you are not learning from any Guru. If you really know the knack of plucking flowers, you will become adept at plucking flowers from gardens. When you go from Guru to Guru, you will become more intense, but if you don’t learn from any Guru, it is better that you stay with only one Guru. After all, what are you going to learn from so many Gurus what you can’t learn from one? Going to the first Guru itself is wrong if you are doing just window shopping. Don’t torture him and torture yourself, leave the Guru with whom you are living.
If you feel the Guru is only a teacher and not the path, just leave him. The thumb rule is, your heart will simply fall, you won’t even think of anyone else!
Q) Will a Guru accept anyone as his student? Yes, a Guru will accept anybody.
Q) Swamiji, the craving to meet more and more Gurus has gone after meeting you.
Yes, your destination has arrived, that’s’ all! You don’t need anything else.
Q) How long do you need a Master? As long as you have the idea of a Master-Disciple relationship, you need it. When it dissolves, you don’t need it.
Q) Can a disciple relate to the Master remotely? Yes, he can relate.
Q) Does a Master have an exclusive individual relationship with anyone? Yes, he does. Don’t confuse your relationship with him with others’. With somebody I have a mother relationship, with some father, some son etc. People think that others are more fortunate than themselves. Understand - he makes each one grow in their own way.
Q) The relationship between Man and God…? If you don’t have a Guru, Master, Guru and God are separate. When you have a Guru, all 3 become one. The relationship between the three is – the Guru is the bridge bet the Man and God. The moment the Guru happens in your life, you become God.
Man plus guru is God God minus guru is man.
Q) Who is Guru and who is God? God is your imagination about the ultimate Energy, the Ultimate Consciousness, Parashakthi. The Guru is your reality about it! There is a sloka that says: when Guru and God appear at a time, I will bow down to Guru because he can show me God any time! Your concept of God is not God. Vivekananda says: Rama Krishna is God himself. An onlooker says: Say Ramakrishna is Enlightened, don’t say he is God. Vivekananda asks, ‘What do you know about God?’. The man says, ‘He’s omniscient, omnipresent.’ Vivekananda says, ‘what is omniscient?’ The man says, ‘it means the full sky.’ Vivekananda says, ‘and beyond the sky?’ Vivekananda says, ‘Define ‘omni’. The man says, ‘I don’t know’. Vivekananda says, ‘the very idea of ‘omni’ etc is your imagination, you don’t God; you know only about him. Whatever idea you have about God, RamaKrishna is that and something more than that.’ Vivekananda was the first courageous person to declare that Enlightened Masters are more than God.
Q) But God created Gurus. What is creation? (answer fm questioner) Manifest from the unmanifested. I don’t know…. OK we don’t know. Tell us, are you God? See, I am something much more than what you know about God. He is God.
Q) Is god separate from you? No. One person puts a defamation case saying that one man called him a dinosaur 15 yrs ago. They asked him why he was filing a case 15 years later. The man said, ‘I saw dinosaurs only yesterday so I have come. If you say I am god, it is defaming me because whatever you know about God, you will start thinking that and I am not that. I will put defamation case on you. What you understand about God is not solid. It is very difficult to understand because you don’t know God. How can you ask if I am God? Let us say you don’t know what is a cloth. Can you ask me, ‘are you wearing a cloth?’ So relax, that’s all.
Q) Can we have a definition for God? No it can’t be defined. If I give you a definition, more definitions will arise that’s all. Understand that when we live on a baseless concept, we will fall into the base automatically. Start with some concept, but don’t end with it. Order with the menu card but drop the card once the server comes. Drop the Vedanta concepts and start living without judging anybody or anything. If you say ‘I am in utterly terrible and total confusion’, you are in the first step! Be Blissful!
Q) Is it wrong to do pooja? Nothing wrong, unless you do it as a ritual. People read the sahasranama by seeing how many more page numbers to go. They do it as a ritual. When you start seeing the page numbers, it is like abusing God. Gratitude is the ultimate pooja.
Q) small letter ‘god’ – hanumanth***…..
When you view the sky through your window, you will see the sky as a square. In the same way, with your concepts, God is only a square but the Guru is the sky!
Q) Why don’t you directly transmit Bliss to us?
(laughs) How will you bear it? If I do it, you will be shattered. First you need the maturity, else it will be like giving you the status without having reached the state. A cat that drinks hot milk does not go near the milk again. It is like - if the egg is broken prematurely, premature chicks come out.
Q) In Energy Darshan, we are in that state but only for some time Swamiji.
Yes, because you are not mature. Not trying to possess it is what is called maturity. Nithyananda can never be possessed – both – Nithyananda with small letter ‘n’ and capital letter ‘N’. If you put your hands in the river and try to hold the water, it will escape. Not possessing is the first step towards maturity to be in Nithyananda. When a disciple is mature, the Guru appears. If he is mature, the Master is not needed to be in physical form.
Q) Reminding ourselves to be blissful is wrong Swamiji? It is the only thing that is right!
Now go and digest what I said, and make it Energy! Also, go eat for your stomach and digest.
Q) Swamiji, can you tell us about the sacred thread…
It is an energized thread. It will hold the Energy when you go to high Energy places and it will radiate the Energy when you are in a low Energy state. Its is like an energized battery!
Q) Is it going to be de-energized when we reach Rishikesh? No. We are only ending the vow in Rishikesh. You can wear it or throw it in the Ganga. It will not be de-energized. Only the vows will end.
Q) Swamiji, what about our regular poonal?
See the people who give it to you are not Masters. Just chant the Gayathri and energize it. How much you chant, that much energized it will be. Ladies can also wear it. If you see the statues of feminine idols, you will see that they wear it. Because of male chauvinism, it has been discontinued.
Q) Swamiji, what about removing the thread while dying?
If energized, don’t remove it because it then won’t take in any negative Energy. If not energized, it will take negative Energy, so they probably remove it.
Have the courage to go behind the Truth. Doubt is the torch to Enlightenment. Masters can give Enlightenment to individuals.
Mantras are more powerful when chanted mentally.
Q) You are always barefoot, but your feet are so smooth and flawless.
It is because I don’t have any enmity with the Earth. When you relate with the earth, you will not get hurt. You are conditioned to think that it hurts. Except at college, I have never used chappals. Don’t think nature is your enemy; it is your friend. Then you will not have a problem.
I named it mahamantra because it is the ultimate meditation and you don’t need anything else.

Today we will see a beautiful DVD presentation on the reactive mind. When I saw this DVD, I was surprised and shocked. How can our yoga system be so beautifully described by a movie? The gist of our Patanjali Yoga system is explained in this DVD. It is done by one L.Ron Hubbard. He must be an enlightened person, he has passed away; I have not met him. Watch the DVD, then I will speak about it. There is a technique that came as a revelation to me. This DVD is like an introduction to that technology that was revealed to me – the Nithyananda inner science technology. Don’t miss even a single line of it, watch it completely. I will then give a commentary on it. Then we will have a Q\&A session. We will then work on this meditation technology in the next 15 days. They have presented it beautifully in AV form which can be straightaway understood by seeing once. Listen intensely. I am trying to bring all the best spiritual sciences from all over the world. It is a wonderful representation of our Yoga system. The reactive mind is what we call chitta. What they call as engram is what we call as samskara. I don’t think such a wonderful representation is available anywhere else. I wanted you to see this to understand chitta and samskara. Even at the time of accidents, even if you are unconscious, the things get recorded. When similar things happen in your life, for eg., something similar to the baseball accident – immediately, the same thoughts come up. There are so many engrams recorded in our system. Even when you are in pain or stress, a lot of things get recorded. Even at the time of peak pleasures, you record samskaras and you suffer illogically. Insecurity, stress are because of this reactive mind. In the film, the moment he touches the baseball bat, the whole thing comes up again. Again, the moment he puts the break, whatever he recorded earlier comes up and he acts illogically. Not only at the time of the same accident, but even if you hear the siren, the same thoughts come up. If you cut vegetables and you cut your finger, every time you cut vegetables, the same thought arises.
They are trying to work on the engrams. In the NSP, I say ‘re-living is relieving’. It is a primitive level technology. Samskaras are engrams and chitta is the reactive mind. In our Being also, so many engrams are recorded and they create illogical decisions without our knowledge. Engrams can be recorded into your Being from below the age of 7. Continuously you are recording engrams. But the solution they have given in the film is a bullock cart speed solution. If we have to follow this, when will we finish 1000 of engrams? Opening to an auditor is difficult; you can’t trust a person and open up. So I gave it a though. A technology landed! Even in the ASP and NSP we go far higher than what is employed in this film. We go far deeper and higher then what they call ‘clear’. What they call ‘clear’ is actually our ‘healer’ state. We can go further and clear all the engrams. It is possible. The 15 days’ program was revealed to me. We will work on our engrams. Any questions to ask about this whole subject, you are welcome.
Q) Are engrams accumulated from previous births and are they only related to pain or to pleasure also?
First, they are recorded from previous lives also. Second, anything related to pleasure never gives you trouble, but it makes you addicted. So If you want to get over any kind of addiction, work on pleasures also. But first we will work on insecurity, pain etc and then on addiction.
Q) How can we recall from previous births? With an auditor, you can’t recall, but with a Master, you can. A Master can take you to that depth. The auditor can reduce the power of the engrams but a Master can erase it and create an Energy field inside through which you cannot collect any more engrams. Videha mukti – liberated even when you are in the body. Jeevan mukthi – a person who has cleared all the engrams and who will not accumulate any more. ***
Q) What is the role of language in this? Language plays a major part. If you can work on the language you know, it will be more effective. The meaning of the word padartha gets recorded and that can do the same process. In the same incident, if the auditor spoke in Hindi, it will get create a negative effect. Not only the words, but the meaning also gets recorded because you see, understand and perceive everything in the unconscious state. At the conscious level, you understand only certain languages but at the unconscious level, you understand all languages.
Q) Do engrams get recorded only in the unconscious level or conscious level also? Usually in the unconscious level and that too mostly pain and stress.
Q) Samskaras and Vasanas…. They are almost one and the same. There is a small technical difference. Vasanas are just a memory, Samskaras are memory plus emotional attachment to the memories. Vasanas will not have much power to make you do the same things but samskara will have the power to make you do the same thing again. Drinking tea and an early morn walking will be only vague memories only vasanas, but with any emotional attachment they are called samskaras.
Q) Body pain is also attached to it? Yes, if you are sitting in your house and you fight with somebody, you will have the same knee pain and headache again.***
Here they work on one or two engrams. In the NSP, I work on the whole. In the NSP, you need to trust the auditor. In NSP, you can open to Existence. Now we are going to work with much deeper technologies than NSP.
Q) When you are using the term unconscious, do you mean coma or unconscious? Whenever your logic is not working you are in coma or dream state etc.
***Q) Right now, I van feel that I am sitting on something hard. Yes, it is the smell of uncon. Not really uncon. When pain happens, you fall into uncon. The same incident may not put u into pain when u
Q) When you are sleeping when you hear something, does it get recorded?
No, you don’t allow anything inside at that time.
Q) Are all physical and mental problems related to engrams? 99.99% are related. ALL sufferings are related to engrams.
In an NSP, one lady was writing her guilt when she started weeping. She had a tumour in the Muladhara area. She underwent surgery three times to remove it but it re-appeared every time. I asked her what it was and she told me that she had been abused in her young age. I put my hand on her head and removed the samskara and also put the conscious Energy into her so that she doesn’t play it back anymore. Within a month the tumour disappeared and never came back. It is nothing – it is her anger because she has been abused; anger towards herself because she was too young and couldn’t express it on others. She hated that part of her own body. That Energy blockage, that hatred became a tumour. So it came back again and again because the mental setup was there. Once the engram was destroyed and the conscious Energy installed, it disappeared. So many incidents in our life are related to these engrams.
Q) The way I look at these engrams is, it is not something that came with nature, it is something that came with humans. It is not nature, it is societal. Your body is gift from nature; your mind is a gift from society. In Yamunotri, you saw the men carrying people double their size and walking all the way! Both your body and his are given by the same nature. But your mind and his mind are given by different societies. They know they can do, but you know that you can’t do! The body is natural, the mind is societal, suicidal!
Q) Swamiji, In the case of children who are born with mental illness...? It is do with past life engrams. Only a Master can do something to this. My presence is so powerful and sharp that I burn the engrams. Just a touch is enough to remove an allergy. Auditors take 10 hours to heal, here one touch can do it!
Q) Swamiji, I attended your ASP and after that I have stopped wearing glasses. Yes! the engram has been erased. Since when have you been wearing glasses?
I have been wearing since the 9th class Swamiji.
Allergies disappear. The presence of the Master is like phosphorus, wherever you keep it, it burns away everything. When the sun rises, the lotus blooms, when the Master is there, your heart opens up.
Datta beejam …. The seeds burns away***. In this janma too you will not have any suffering and in the future janmas too you will not any suffering.
Q) Swamiji, can we repeat NSP?
Yes, but no new name will be given.
Q) Is there anything such as good samskaras? No. There is no such thing as good garbage and bad garbage, we have to throw it, that’s all. Good samskaras will make you feel you are a man, that itself needs to be thrown away. You will feel, you have to meditate, you will have server NS***, why do you feel that? It gives you the idea that you are not enlightened. The moment it makes you feel like a man, it is to be thrown away. Anything that you have about yourself that makes you feel that you are lesser than God is low self esteem. You thinking that you are a man itself creates 99.9% damage, the rest - samskaras do. With negative engrams, you continuously suffer; with positive suffering, you get reminded continuously that you are enlightened.
Q) Swamiji, what is the effect of the Television? When you watch TV, you are put by force into the unconscious mind. It creates direct engrams. When the hero dies, you weep. Although you may have seen him directly alive after the movie, you will weep because your eyes can grasp only 6 frames per sec. If the movement is greater than 6 frames per second, you will be pushed into the unconscious mind and it will get recorded. In the TV, it is greater than 1 frame per sec***. You’re your analytical mind will be put to rest. The analytical mind is like a security – it decides who to be sent in and who not. The TV knocks out and chases away all those in your bedroom and occupies it. If you are watching for more than 21 mins, your analytical mind gets knocked out. That is why, when you watch the lux soap advertisement and go to the shop and ask for it, forgetting that the lux soap model is not given along with it. That is why any cinema hero is a real hero. Any popular hero, if you try to remember him without his name, you won't be able to. That is why, all over Bharat and abroad, cine stars become political heros. In LA Arnold Schwarzenegger is the governor. He is established in the reactive minds of the people and therefore won them over. In South Bharat, all rulers are only cine stars. They can insert any idea into your head without you being aware of it.
Q) I am thinking of our acharyas and healers Swamiji. If the basis is the samskaras, then how by touching people, they heal and teach as effectively as you are teaching.
Healing – our healers reach a state of clear. Even though they are not enlightened, they can allow the Master’s energy to penetrate them. They are like a glass in front of me. They don’t shine but allow me to pass through. Acharyas – I sit in their tongue. I don’t train them intellectually. During the training, they will sit around me for 10 days and they will play songs, that’s all. Nothing related to spirituality will be discussed. Our guys never bother about these questions because they know these are all not required. According to our system, you are in the initial level. They just sit around me, nothing spiritual will be discussed. Suddenly, I declare that they are my acharyas! I put honey on their tongue. I relax their inner chatter from navel to vishuddhi, relax the bolt, then pour honey and tighten it! I pour my inner chatter into them. They can’t use negative words or utter any curse. If they do, they will have a problem. One lady did it and that day itself she had a problem. One of our acharyas had a problem with husband***I don’t teach them intellectually; I give them the Energy to teach. They are authorities for it. I polish my healers completely and they become glass. Acharyas are my complete channel. They radiate my inner chatter. They use the same slang and grammar that I use. Soon we have to compile a Nithyananda Dictionary! Acharyas are my mouth, healers my hand and organizers my head. They radiate what I want. They create the same effect and sometimes more. People think - when a healer can do this much, what their Master can do! When a disciple can do this, what their Master can do! So they do much more than what I am doing.
The auditors shown here are in no way related to Energy, they are just psychotherapists. During the teachers’ training in Krishnalaya, California, the teachers sat for 7 hrs without moving. They had no idea that 7 hrs passed. It was raining and there was a small sheet overhead. It was so cold. Now, sitting with me is productive because I am answering your questions but at that time, if they ask me, I will laugh! They will feel scared to ask the next question.
Q) It was said that during the unconscious time, everything gets recorded. Even in the conscious state when I am watching something, does it get recorded? When you watch something, everything gets recorded, When you sit with the Master, nothing gets recorded inside you, only the Energy gets recorded. You will sit for 10 hrs with me, but you will not be able to recall anything because I don’t allow you to record anything. I flood my Consciousness into your Being so that the recordings get burnt away. Pas*** and Erase – that is what Master does!
‘Upanishad’ means sitting with the Master. For Enlightenment, you need 3 things – sitting with Master, sitting with Master and sitting with Master !
सत्संगत्वे निस्संगत्वं, निस्संगत्वे निर्मोहत्वं। निर्मोहत्वे निश्चलतत्त्वं, निश्चलतत्त्वे जीवन्मुक्तिः ॥९॥ satsangatve nissangatvam nissangatve nirmohatvam, nirmohatve niscalatattvam niscalatattve jivanmuktih ॥9॥
It means, when you sit with the Master, you don’t accumulate new engrams; the old engrams lose their power over you; When then they lose power over you, they disappear and when they disappear, you become enlightened! Sankara has said the whole of the dianetics in these 4 lines! I will not add more engrams for you; I don’t work on your intellect, I work with your Energy. How do you find out if you have carried back Energy or engrams from me? If you are alive, it is Energy, if you are dull and tired, it is engrams.
Q) You told that you can watch television for 21 mins, then give a 2 mins break and watch again for 21 mins. Will this cycle help us Swamiji?
By doing this, you can reduce the negative effect but can’t completely remove it. It will not go to the Consciousness and settle down. If you are forced to watch for long hours, bring your logic back every 21 minutes, come to the present moment and then start again
Q) ***ailment or physical problems w/o eng – accidents..
***Getting healed will be easy if it is with engrams. Without engrams, it is difficult. I put my hand in the contessa car…incident. 3 days – nail came ack.bac bone got healed. No treatment is given.
Q) Swamiji, if we watch your program for 21 days…? I may not be able to radiate my presence, but when you listen to my words, the same mood can come up and you can start feeling the Energy. My words, even if they go into the unconscious mind in you, it is good. It is like this - in the sceptic tank, they put a powder which cleanses by itself. Like that, my words when put into you will cleanse the conscious and unconscious states in you.
Q) The Upanishads say - you have to sit with the Master. The M says - don’t get attached to my form When you really sit with me, you cannot get attached to my form, because I am elevating you. You will have only deep fulfillment, never craving. If you simply sit in front of me and think when you will start missing me and get greedy, you will then miss me. Becoming greedy of present, you are in the future, not in my presence! Getting attached happens due to craving and craving happens due to sitting in my absence.
Q) Being in AG is sitting with Master? Yes.
Q) What is the function of the word ‘cancel’ in the program? They are not canceling the engrams, they are only canceling the words of the auditor. But a Master can cancel your engrams directly.
Q) Swamiji, can you tell us about your first healing experience?
I was returning from Tapovan in an army truck. In those trucks there will not be any seats, only wooden plank tightened with bolts and nuts. Suddenly there was a big bump and I flew and fell on the wooden plank. My back bone hit the bolt and cracked. They took an X-ray and said that I should be under rest for 30 days. I said ‘get lost ‘ and put my hand on the hit area. That’s all, it got healed. No treatment!
Q) Are engrams involved in sleep talking and walking? Yes, directly connected.
Any diseases connected to engrams can be deeply healed. The superficial engrams take more time, because they are locked in matter; the deep ones are at the Energy level, like glacier with water beneath it.
Q) When patients come out of anesthesia, they start talking in an unconnected fashion Swamiji… Yes, it is to do with engrams. Anyone who has done an NSP will have only me there. Vaishali will be able to share with you an experience. Vaishali: After I finished my NSP, I had an absciss. I got admitted for an operation. I am very scared of hospitals. But strangely there was no pain. Swamiji: Yes, there was no pain engram - the engram which encourages the pain.
Q) Amavasaya and poornima awaken some engrams Swamiji? Yes. Whatever you record at that time will be more awakened. The body will be in an agitated mood. That is why the word ‘Lunatic’ has its root in the word ‘Lunar’.
All your inner chattering is a by product of engrams.
Q) Adil asked you about your first healing experience. But how did you manage to heal it? I don’t have the engrams that encourages pain in me. So it got healed. It is my body, I tell, ‘let it get healed’ and it gets healed! You are stopping the healing. Inspite of you your body alive, not because of you. You are the creator and the sustainer of your problems. You are the Brahma and Vishnu for your problems.
Q) Swamiji, are Engrams the memory in the brain or force at the cellular level. They are force the cellular level. Force \+ Intelligence is Energy.
Q) When you get a dream, the same dream gets repeated Swamiji. It means it is to do with Engrams.

Swamiji chants Gangadara….
Today we will see the story of Ganga - how she happened on the Planet Earth. She is considered as a river, which is there in the higher lokas. She was there in the kamandalu of Brahma – that is the Energy of Existence. Brahma means Creator – the Energy which creates the whole Existence. If you see Brahma, you can see four things – kamandalu, which is the water Energy, Palm leaves, which signify the Vedas or wisdom, Akshamala, which is the japa mala that represents the sound vibrations and the Swan, which is the hamsavahana and it represents continuous meditation. If you listen to the sound of inhalation and exhalation, it will be ‘hum’ and ‘sum’. It means continuous awareness. The Creator has to be in awareness; only with awareness, you can create. They are directly connected. That is why he is described with vibration, pustaka, kamandalu and hamsam. The man who has reached the Ultimate, the ‘parama’ awareness, is Paramahamsa! Ganga is the water Energy of Brahma. She was in his kamandalu.
I will describe the scene how Ganga happened on Planet Earth. First I will tell the story, then deeper meaning of it. There was a king called Bagiratha. His forefathers were cursed by Rishis and burnt to ashes. Their ghosts were living there, suffering and struggling, not liberated. They begged Bagiratha to help them. He decided to do something and liberate them. He starts meditating towards Brahma. Brahma appears and gives darshan. He says, ‘Yes, I can send Ganga to the Planet Earth but can she hold the speed of the Ganga? Can she sustain the force of Ganga? First do something for that and then I will send her. Bagiratha does penance once again. Shiva appears and asks what the matter was. Bagiratha tells him what it is and requests him to protect them. Shiva says. ‘I will take care, don’t worry’; he gives his assurance. Again Bagiratha prays to Brahma and Brahma appears and says, ‘I am ready to send Ganga now but the Devtas are not ready to depart with her.’ Bagiratha asks why. Brahma says, ‘They have to take bath in her everyday; She is their life source. She is not just plain water, she is Energy. Their Body and Mind get rejuvenated by her.’ See, that is why there is no medical facility here, but millions are living happily. Ganga is the Mother who is protecting everybody. Bagiratha says, ‘I will arrange for all the facilities for the Devtas to stay in cities around Ganga and have a bath everyday like in Brahmaloka.’ Brahma says OK. Bagiratha then does tapas to Himachala, Himaraj – the father in law Shiva. Himaraja appears and asks what it is and Bagiratha says, ‘You need to be the host for Ganga to flow on Planet Earth. I wish to create cities keeping you as a base and for Ganga to flow towards Planet Earth.’ If you see the street taps, you will see that there are stones kept at the place under the tap where the water falls to prevent erosion. Himaraja says, ‘How can I host her when she is the competitor of my daughter?’ Ganga is the feminine of the Energy of Shiva while Himaraja’s daughter Parvathi is the wife of Shiva. Bagiratha does tapas towards Parvathi and she appears. Bagiratha tells her, ‘I want Ganga to come to Planet Earth for which I want Himaraja to play host but he says he cant host her because she is your competitior. Parvathi says, ‘Who said so? I am She and She is me. She is the Enlightened Mother and I am the Enlightened Devi. I am Ganga.’ These are all metaphysical representations. Every woman has got the aspect of mother and beloved. A woman who has realized both in herself is a fulfilled woman. She says, ‘Ganga is the feminine aspect of me and I am the mother aspect of her’***. In Hinduism, all Gods are described with 2 wives. This does not mean they are two persons but that they are the two energies – the mother energy and the woman energy. The woman is supposed to be the mother of her husband. The person who has realized both becomes a Goddess. Don’t think it implies polygamy. They are not 2 women, they are two Energies. They are so great, they have reached the peak, they care for the Universe as a beloved and mother. If you are missing any one aspect, you are missing something. When a man becomes enlightened, he radiates both the Male & Female aspects. When a woman becomes enlightened, she integrates the mother and beloved aspect and radiates both. Parvathi says, ‘She is not my competitor, she is my complement.’ She tells Himaraj this and he accepts it. Bagiratha starts building the cities. He meditates on every hill and takes the permission of every hill. He prays to Kalabairava who is in charge of Varanasi. He requests him to please give way for Ganga. Kalabairava assures him of it and says, ‘This is a holy place, so tell Ganga to do a pradaskhina of the city.’ Ganga accepts this and takes the ‘U’ turn here. Here she is called Uttaravahini. She takes a U turn. Where she takes a U turn, there is no hill for her to hit and turn (like there is in Uttarkashi), only sand meadows. Then Bagiratha meditates towards Brahma once again. Brahma says he will send Ganga down provided Bagiratha does something for Vishnu. Bagiratha starts meditating to Vishnu and Vishnu appears. Bagiratha tells him the story and requests for his blessings. Vishnu gives his blessings. He says, ‘She will come out of my feet.’ He says, ‘Whomsoever has realized – ‘Sarvam Vishnumaya Jagath,’ who has realized the Utimate Consciousness, whatever water comes out of his feet is Ganga water. From these words, the tradition of pada pooja to Enlightened Masters started. Then Bagiratha meditated towards Brahma once more. Brahma appears with all his glory and compassion. He blesses him, prays to Ganga Ma, does tapasya towards her and invites her with all compassion. With a wild Energy, She comes out of Brahma’s Kamandalu, with all the power, she straightaway moved towards the Earth. That moment, all the 7 worlds, the Devtas, Rishis, and Munis were shaken and ran away. They thought that Pralaya is going to happen. Shiva appears and puts his head inbetween Ganga and she lands on his locks. She becomes blocked in it. Bagiratha is waiting for Ganga to flow for one kalpa, but she has not landed. He meditates towards Shiva and Shiva says, ‘She is on my head.’ Bagiratha requests to send a little bit of her. Shiva moves one hair and from that gap created by that, Ganga comes out and lands on the Himalayas and that is the river that is flowing on Planet Earth today. The perennial source, she fills the ocean. Understand – the ocean is the son of Ganga. Varunaraj is her son. Water is supplied to the Earth by Ganga. Orginally there was no water on Planet Earth. Because of her flowing continuously, all the oceans are created. She merges into the Samudra Raj, the son of Ganga Matha. She lives here as an embodiment of Energy, blessing people, giving them outward and inward bliss. She is igabara sukha darini. It is because of her that the whole Planet Earth has been blessed.
Now you will understand the whole story of Ganga from the dimension of Spiritual Enlightenment. Actually, the whole story is a metaphysical representation of Bagiratha’s enlightenment. First thing – he is tortured by past engrams, that is the elders who are not liberated and therefore hanging around him. He does tapasya towards the creator of the Universe. He wants the Knowledge, the Energy to be flooded in him so that the engrams are washed away. When Ganga came, she washed and liberated the ashes of his forefathers and gave Bagiratha enlightenment.
The first darshan of the creator is what is called Satori or First Experience. Why is Brahma described with 4 heads? The man who gets the experience of seeing all 360 degrees is called Brahman, he who has achieved the Ultimate Consciousness. Bagiratha achieved Satori, then Brahma says, Enlightenment can happen. But he says, ‘It can happen to you, but will your body withstand? Prepare it and then it will happen forever. Create the maturity so that the Energy can be with you forever.’ Bagiratha starts tapas. All the Energy centers are awakened. He prepares all the Energy centers to receive, sustain and radiate the Energy. If you don’t prepare the Planet Earth and receive Ganga, it will not be a blessing but will be a curse. She will destroy everything on it. Unless you prepare your body and mind, Enlightenment cannot happen; Satori can happen. So now Bagiratha meditates on Shiva, the Master saying, ‘When I have the experience, please observe my maturity and take care of me. Let you be the safety wall, the dam.’ Shiva appears and says, ‘I will take care.’ Once everything is ready, Bagiratha prepares the base where Ganga can land – the Ananda Ganda! He creates the 7 cities, that are the 7 chakras. He creates the routes, clears the charkas so that when Enlightenment happens, it can be a blessing for the whole world. He propitiates the Devtas that is all the chakras. Kalabairava represents the Swadhishtana chakra. That is why it is said that the Energy is installed in Swadhishtana or the Self is established in it. The Himalayas represents the Ananda Ganda and Varanasi represents the Swadhishtana, where the whole Energy takes a ‘U’ turn.
Bagiratha intensely starts meditating, calls the Ganga, Brahma blesses, Ganga comes out and lands, but still Enlightenment does not happen. Whatever meditation can be done has been done but Ganga is not happening. Bagiratha relaxes, dropping all efforts at the feet of the Guru, Lord Shiva. Out of grace and compassion, Shiva lands Ganga on the Ananda Ganga to fill the whole world…upto Los Angeles! Thus blessing not only Ganga Sagar but the whole Universe. Blessing the Ananda Shakthi. Gnana Ganga is right here, just learn how to fall into it.
RamaKrishna asks Vivekananda, ‘If the amrita is there like an ocean, how will you drink it? Vivekananda says, ‘I will turn into a bee and drink it.’ RamaKrishna says. ‘Fool! fall into it!’ Vivekananda says, ‘I might die.’ RamaKrishna says, ‘You have understood that much only; In amritasagara you cannot die.’ In spirituality, there is nothing such as ‘too much’. In the Master’s Energy there is nothing such as ‘too much’. Just fall head over heels, that’s all. You will always rise. Just fall into the Gnana Ganga. You will rise into the Ultimate Energy. The Ganga which destroys the engrams of Bagiratha and all humanity, the Ananda Shakthi which liberated Bagiratha, which liberated humanity, liberating millions of seekers, the Guru’s grace, the Ananda Shakthi – let it liberate all of you; Let it flow through all of you, let it be in all of you, let it purify all of you, let it radiate in all your Beings. Let you all become channels of Ananda Ganda. Let you all become Ananda Shakthi. Let you all be in, and radiate Eternal Bliss – Nithyananda.

Brahma has the items namely the japamala, pustaka, kamandalu and hamsa. For a child to be created, you need 4 things namely, the Vedas – the male energy, Vidya, Aksha – vibration, space - water energy (body floats only in water), awareness – that is life***. That is what is meant by this metaphysical representation of Brahma. The so called conflict created by Himaraj about Devi being the competitor to his daughter when seen superficially can be interpreted as the mother and beloved competing with each other, but if you go deep, you will see that they are actually complementing each other. These are the deepest secrets of Enlightenment. Only when a person becomes Enlightened, can he realize that both are one and the same. If you really fall in tune with somebody, in deep love, like your beloved, you will see that person as a mother. That is why in Chandi (Sapthapathi) there is a sloka on the Rishi culture marriage which says, ‘by the 7th year, let him be your son and you his mother.’ The blessing is given to you through that sloka. And, when you are really intimate with your mother, you can see the quality of your beloved in her.
One of the greatest books ever written on sexology by Vatsayanana is Kama Sutra. You will be surprised, he is a Brahmachari – an unmarried Rishi! The entire discourse of Kamasutra is actually given to his mother, not to his disciple. The story goes that Vatsyananar becomes enlightened and he returns home. His Mother asks him if he has become enlightened and he says yes. His mother asks him to teach her something. He asks her to give a subject to teach. She says, ‘There are a few things that you don’t know. From birth you are a brahmachari. Teach me the science of Kama. If you are able to teach me this subject, I can believe that you know everything and that you are enlightened.’ Vatsyayanar starts teaching.
When a real beloved happens, you will experience. That is why Uma says, ‘We are not competing, we are complementing each other.’ In the deep roots of Enlightenment, in the deepest layers of your Beings, these secrets will be revealed to you as an experience. But we don’t reach to the deepest level, so we feel contradiction in ourselves. There is no contradiction on Planet Earth ever. You don’t know the missing link, you have not gone to the depth of understand the missing link, that’s all. The whole Existence is all about complementing. These are the Ultimate rules. Whether it is Spiritual life and material life or Life and Death, all complement each other. When you see from a superficial level, you feel that this peak and this peak contradict each other, but if you go deeply, you will find they are deeply connected and actually complement each other. They are one and the same. They are the same root. They are not 2 different things. The more you grow superficially, the more contradictions you will find. The contradictions between tree and tree, branch and branch, leaf and leaf etc…. If you reach the zero level, you will understand that they are one and the same. If you go deeper, you will know that they are just advaith, not even non-dualistic, just ‘same’, that’s all. Advaith means, neither dvaitha nor advaitha. Dvaithatvaitha vivarjitha advaitha. Dvaitha means superficial, advaitha means zero. We are talking about, not ‘same’ but just ‘Is’ness. When you are in ‘Is’ness, you are in ease, thathata. This is the only ‘Is’. All others are ‘was’ or ‘will’. This is the only ‘ease’ also!
Q) The lessons given in the ASP, NSP seem to contradict these teachings Swamiji. That much only can be given to you at the level of ASP and NSP. Here I can give this much. This is not because I am changing but because you are changing. In the bridge, there is one end called Nithya. According to the other end, new bridges are built. When the distance between Nithya and you is too much, a narrow bridge like the ASP is given. When the distance is a little less, a 4 lane bridge like the 4 days NSP is given. When the distance is say half a mile, the straight road is given.
The symbolic representation of Ganga flowing from the feet of Vishnu is, even if you reach the peak of Gnana, you will be only at the feet of devotion. In the story from Bhagavatha on Krishna, the great Rishis go to Brindavan to see what is happening. They wonder how this young fellow is causing so much of singing and dancing and noise in the forest. When they come down, they see the Gopis, but the Gopis don’t not even care for them. The Rishis demand their respect. The Gopis ask them, ‘What do you do?’ The Rishis reply, ‘We continuously meditate towards God at his feet. We try to establish Him in our hearts.’ The Gopis look at them and say, ‘Is it so? Come with us and watch; we are playing with him! For years together you do tapasya to hold his feet in your heart. With so much of gana vairagya, you attempt to hold his feet. In the end, you achieve the darhsan of His feet. We will show you His full form with which we are playing!’ This symbolically tells that even the peak of knowledge is only at the feet of devotion. That’s why Ganga is from the feet of Vishnu. Here Vishnu and Shiva are not two different things, they are two different expressions of bhakthi, that’s all.
Listen to this story: Vishnu in Vaikunda and declares that he has a migraine. He normally gives migraine to others, but now he himself has a migraine! People are confused because there is no precedence to this incident created by Vishnu. They request Vishnu saying, ‘Oh Lord! We don’t know any medicine that you don’t know. Please prescribe some medicine which we can get you.’ Vishnu rolls on the floor and creates a big drama. He says, ‘Get the feet dust of any of my real devotee and put it on my head, my migraine will disappear.’ All eyes turn to Narada. Narada refuses saying, ‘It is a sin, I will go to hell. Whole world will blame me. I cannot give my feet dust.’ They beg every Rishi but all refuse. The Rishis say that the journals and media of Devaloka will not approve if they gave their feet dust to the Lord. Vishnu increases the tune of his drama; He rolls on the ocean. The Rishis finally decide to ask the Gopikas. Narada says, ‘They are normal humans. When we ourselves are not willing to give, how will they give? They will go to hell if they give.’ The Rishis however run to Brindavan.
The Gopikas listen to the story and said, ‘We sent our beloved to Vaikunda thinking that you all will take care of him. But you are not doing so. You must have given him a lot of admin troubles, and other troubles. When He was with us, we have never complained to Him; We always did things that would make Him happy. The Devtas told the Gopikas that no one was willing to give their feet dust for the Lord for fear of being spoken about. The Gopikas say, ‘Fools! That is what you idiots will do. You are around Him for the sake of hell or heaven, that’s all.’ They quickly spread a cloth and all jumped on it. They said, ‘We don’t know which of us is greatest devotee, there is no time to analyze these things. Surely, one of us will be the greatest devotee; So take the feet dust of all of us.’ Narada says, ‘You all will go to 7th hell or doing this.’ The Gopis say, ‘Who wants to live where you are! Even after knowing that the Lord is suffering you are doing logical analysis instead of helping. This is hell, so we don’t to be here. Take this first with you.’
The feet dust is taken to Vaikunda and offered to Vishnu on His head. Till date, he carries it on his head. That is why all the mantra of all the temple poojas start with the mantra of the feet. They say, the feet dust of the devotees will liberate anybody because it liberated Bhagavan Himself. That is why in every temple, in the first step, you will be able to see the carvings of two persons lying down. They want all the devotees feet to touch their head, the head of the king who built the temple. Only then pooja is done to the God in the temple. Vishnu’s mukuta is the feet dust of Radha. They say, ‘Do mukuta with Brindavan’s clay not with diamonds and jewels! He wears the clay of brindavan not diamonds and jewels. The devotion is given so much of importance, much more than knowledge. Intellectuals will think, ‘Should I give? Should I give?’ Throughout Brindavan, Radha is given importance, not Krishna. You can hear, ‘Radhe Radhe…’ anywhere you go in Brindavan. She is the bridge or the Energy to reach the Ultimate.
RamaKrishna says, The key to Enlightenment is on the hip of Devi! Unless she takes out the key, nothing can be done.’ That is why all the importance is given to Radha and the Gopikas. Sankara says ‘Bhaja Govindam, tukrunchkarane…’ There is nobody who is more intellectual or sharp than Sankara. Any philosophy on Planet Earth will either accept him or reject him, they can never go beyond him. He is the ultimate intellectual jewel. He is incomparable. He is the man who created the unabridged dictionary of the world philosophies that have ever been created, being created or yet to be created. If you read the Brahmasutra Sankara Bhashya, you will understand that no more philosophies can be created. You will feel like a pigmy. To read the whole thing, you need 10 lives; He took 10 years to write it. The above line from Bhajagovindam means, ‘Fool! chant bhajagovindam 3 times and in the end of your life when Lord Yama comes, you will get enlightened. That is the only way to reach Enlightenment and not by tukrunch, which is the grammar to learn sanskrit and scriptures. By intellectually analyzing, you will make any problem only worse. Out of love and bliss, things will be flooded away. When the flood of bliss happens, there will be no peak or valley. Everything will be level. You will not know which is a problem or which is happiness. Everything will dissolve into Eternal Bliss or Nithyananda.
Ganga is Energy. The Energy can help to guide you to the higher world. Ganga is like a cell phone. You can contact the main relay center or hub through it, like ‘911’ in USA! The hub will take immediate action. Whether the reason is medical need or any burglary or fire alarm, the same number will help. Ganga is the ‘911’ created by Rishis! The Message comes to Vaikunda, the VIP pass is given, and you reach the higher world. By keeping it for a long time, it will send anyone ‘pulling and pushing’ (struggling for life) upwards, it will pack him. It is mercy killing in a spiritual way, that’s all!
Q) If all of Gnana is going to take you to Bhakthi, why not go straight to Bhakthi? You see, you need to eat 7 idlis to know that the eighth idli is enough for you. You cannot eat the eighth idli first and feel happy! In the same way, you need to be beaten intellectually enough for you to realize that Bhakthi is enough. The 7 idlis are Gnana and the 8th idli is bhakthi. Of course, there are some 7 idlis cases amongst you here and there and some one idlis cases also.
The moment I feel somebody is close, I will laugh at their questions. The public’s questions, I will answer politely, though I know they are fools. All questions are a greed for more words. You are freed from the greed for money etc. but caught with greed for words. ‘Braincandy’ is the right word. I will be offering braincandy on a big tray in the initial stages. At a certain level, I will laugh at your questions and then the questioner itself! Ask my crewmembers. The more intimate I become with them, the less I will ask talk about spirituality.
Vivekananda was once sitting and smoking a hooka and a disciple was sitting at his feet. A half baked youngster came by and spoke to Vivekananda. He spoke about the modern day views, logic and scientific theories and said that ideas of a bath in the Ganges are all sheer nonsense. He also said that he liked Vivekananda because he was a revolutionary Master. Vivekananda told him: ‘Fool! Everyday I do Gayathri and take a bath in the Ganges. Like a donkey munching paper, you eat a few pages of Western philosophies, you have not even digested it and you think that you know everything. How dare you talk like this.’ The boy ran away. Next, a Pundit came by and spoke to Vivekananda. He spoke about the shastras, the Mahavaadyaya etc. Vivekananda asked him how he called himself a pundit. He said that he took bath in the Ganges everyday and chanted the Gayathri everyday. Vivekananda said, ‘If taking bath in the Ganges everyday is enough, then surely the fish in the Ganges are the greatest Enlightened soul. We must catch them and start worshipping them!’ The pundit gets very angry and asks what kind of a Swami he is and goes away. The disciple who was sitting at Vivekananda’s feet was very confused by this time. She asked him to explain and Vivekananda said, ‘The teaching will vary according to the person. For you, just press my feet and keep quiet, that’s all!’ She says OK and continues pressing His feet. When the distance between you and me is more, I will give a lot of brain candies. The people in the inner circle tell me, ‘Swamiji, we don’t get to do any meditation etc.’ I tell them, ‘They are all reading menu cards, you are eating!’

The whole Life is to achieve Eternal Bliss or Nithyananda. In Life, the antagonistic thoughts, the fear, the sorrow etc are negative engrams that make you feel that you are not Nithyananda. We are now going to attack these engrams directly with the help of the Master. Write every point that comes to your mind in detail. For eg., if you have a fear that your boss might scold you, it is actually created by the fear of your father or mother scolding you which has been recorded as an engram. This same thing you project on me and struggle. Try to write the engram and the reason or source or route behind it. If you don’t know the reason, leave it, I will take care. We are having a straight war with the engrams. When the Devtas fight with the Asuras, they will have a big war. If the Asuras know that the Devtas are being backed by Lord Vishnu, they will escape! The same thing applies to engrams also. When they know that the Master backs you, they will simply disappear. Understand, whatever makes you feel that you are not Nithyananda are engrams, so write all of them. Darkness cannot face light; It has to disappear. When Enlightenment happens, engrams have to disappear. For a picture to be filmed, the film should be in darkness. Then only it will be captured. If the film is exposed to light, it will disappear. Now, you are capturing engrams in darkness. I am exposing it to Enlightenment and you will become pure light! Even if you have done NSP, never mind, bring out everything in the memory. Write everything in detail. Bring lots of data out. You are all now doing tapas and requesting to give way for Ganga to flow!
Relive it. Remember the incident completely. Every small detail should be recorded.

I will answer all your questions like a Zen Master today. Normally I will say what you want to listen, never what I want to say. This is because, if I say what I want to say, not even one person will be here. There will be no one to even fix the mike! Anyhow, If you want to listen, listen, else get out. If you want to go into society and criticize what I am going to say today, go and do it. If you feel what I am speaking is Truth for you, listen, else think that some mad fellow is speaking out here and relax.
In Rama Avtar, the Rishis lived with Rama for 21 years. Just being around him was so blissful. They wanted the blessing to have the physical touch also. They said, ‘Now we only serve you. But Sita is close to you.’ They were jealous! Rama then blessed them that saying, ‘Let you all take birth of Gopis and live with me in Krishnavtar!’
Q) You said that there is no recourse from Guru Papam. Also, you said there is no such thing as papa or punya and there is nothing wrong in Cosmic Existence. What about the disciples who leave you? Will they still have you grace?
When I say no papa or punya, it is a technique. It is the Ultimate Truth given to you, revealed to you to reach the same Ultimate State. I mean that there is no you and me, no I and You; No two persons. In that state, there is no papa and punya. As long as you feel there is you and something else, there will be papa & punya.
RamaKrishna says: These sadhus who wander in Gangotri, Rishikesh, Haridwar etc, will go for the bandara feast. They will chant before eating the food: Brahma satyam jagath Nithya which means ‘only Brahman is truth world is untruth.’ The host once told them, ‘Why do you want to eat then, get out!’ The Sadhu added: kao pure, which means, ‘after eating!’ There is no sin or merit when you reach the Ultimate Cosmic State. I want you to reach that state and so I tell u that about papa and punya. As long as you are in the intermediate class, you have to be aware, careful and clear. In NSP, I say there is no Papa & Punya because I want you to reach that state immediately. I am creating a Space in which you can reach that state in 2-3 days; or at least a glimpse. That is why I tell the truths in an unedited way at the NSP. But when I made the guru papa statement, it is made at the time of Dual Consciousness. When you have not reached it, there is a little papa and punya. When you have disturbed Brahma, you can go to Vishnu; when you have disturbed Vishnu, you can go to Shiva. When you have disturbed Shiva, you can got o the Guru. If you have done something against the Master’s mission, no one can take care of you. That is why the Guru is Brahma Vishnu Maya. He is Brahma who gave birth to you. He sustains you and therefore he is Vishnu. He is Rudra who destroys your past karmas. He is the person beyond all these 3 Energies. That is why any sin committed to him is the biggest sin and no one can help you. I am passionate that you get at least one glimpse of Satori. I break open all the Ultimate secrets. Unless you experience Satori, you cannot practice that in your life. U can’t kill a person and say there is no papa in it. It is not a statement of fact but a statement of Truth. Fact is the state in which you are staying. Truth is the state in which you ARE now – Enlightened. Guru papa should be understood in the state in which you are staying.
With respect to the second part of the question, be very clear, nobody can leave me. They may think that they have left me. A small story: King Akbar became egoistic. He claimed himself as God. He started a new religion. Birbal, his spiritual guide tried to warn him. He stood in front of Akbar and said, ‘You are greater than God; you can do a few things that even God cannot do. If you are angry with somebody you can throw him out of your kingdom but God cannot do that!’ So understand that nobody can leave me. Two kinds of disciples I have – people who are living with me and people who think that they have left me. They will always have my love and blessings. You ask them why they left me!
Q) When a disciple is enlightened, he becomes as aware of his inner divinity as his Guru. Does the Guru Disciple Relationship exist then?
Only then the real Guru Disciple Relationship starts. Till then the Disciple tortures the Guru and himself. Till then it is oscillating between this side and that side. Even if they are staying around me, they will think that they are leaving me. Don’t think my boundary is 25 acres in Bidadi, the whole world is mine. Just because they remove my mala, or stop doing mahamantra, it is not that they are not my disciples. I always feel connected to them. It is upto them to think what they want to. As long as I do what they want, they are happy. Otherwise, my Gurudom is taken away! If I do their homework I am their Master. Only after Enlightenment, a real Guru Disciple Relationship starts. People think, ‘will I have my own mission after I become Enlightened?’ Only after Enlightenment you will do my mission, till then you will be doing only your mission, not mine! After Enlightenment, out of gratitude, you will do my mission.
Q) Is Enlightenment possible for every being? Rich or poor? It is more likely for idiots, which means it is for every human being!
Q) I don’t understand the significance of Guru Disciple Relationship. I know that you are my Master but what do I mean to you and how should I understand it? If you don’t know, relax, both of us will be happy, Else, u will create trouble.
Q) Tamas and Unconsciousness. Are there suggestions to penetrate the unconscious layers? Whatever happens in your system without your knowledge, without your awareness or control is Unconcious. Tamas means, not even letting the unconscious to change. Before going to sleep, do Shakthi Dharana meditation; you will penetrate the Unconscious and clear it. The moment you come out of unconscious, that is wake up in the morning, start doing Ananda Ganda and you will break the unconscious layer. The moment you become aware of your body, you take half an hour to get up and sit. This will not help. The moment you become aware of your body while waking up, do Ananda Ganda meditation. You can come out of the bed later. These are the 2 bets ways to break the unconscious layers.
Q) How deep can one visualize: what are the impediments to deeper visualization? If you visualize something, that thing should be in your hand. Then it is perfect. When you can materialize, your visualization is perfect. Till then it is incomplete. Not believing the power of visualization is the only impediment to visualization. It is such a high power or Energy. This is the only impediment. If you visualize a gold ring, it should be in your hands. Else you have not completely explored the visualization potentiality. You do not trust that it can do miracles to yourself and this is the only impediment to it.
Q) What are the blocks to total awareness? There is no block except believing that you have some blocks. You continuously believe that you have blocks. I have to give you a technique, an idea that you have a block and then teach you some nonsense to remove it. Your sadana and bondage are all bull shit. Again and again you strongly believe that you are a bandha person and bound in life so I tell you do certain things so that you will be liberated. Your faith that you have blocks is the only block.
Q) In the context of Shiv sutras, is Devi the perfect listener and Disciple in the Guru Disciple Relationship? She is perfect because she is already Enlightened. She is a part of Shiva. Shiva talks to himself and therefore there is no editing required. When you speak to yourself, do u edit? No! You edit because you want to be culturally decent and socially polite. You can express the Truth as it is. She is totally in tune, she is in love with Shiva. She has already reached the Consciousness of Shiva. That is why she is the perfect Disciple and Listener. She is a perfect Disciple because she is already a Guru! A perfect Guru can be a perfect Disciple but a perfect Disciple is not necessarily a perfect Guru.
Q) How should a Disciple be? Let him be as he his; that much only he can do! The other things, I will do. I never give rules or meditation to people who come to me because it will add to their already existing problems. If they have 10 problems, their 11th problem will be, ‘I am not able to meditate.’ If you are so intelligent to do it, you will not be a disciple. Only thing, don’t resist and torture me. Resisting means you suffering. I cannot do the process then.
Q) I don’t understand seeking or Enlightenment. I know not any God. You fill up my space and I am happy with you. No one knows seeking. You have an honest understanding with me. Just be happy and enjoy!
Q) A true Guru not only clears doubts but also showers blessings, but why the confusion without trusting the Guru completely? A true Guru should not only clear Doubts but also the fears – igabarasugam. Then only he is a real Guru. Else, the problem is with the Guru. Wait till this doubt clears then only I am you G. Just surrender both doubt and trust to him because he is the one who gave you both. Then the real wisdom happens.
Q) Does the Guru Disciple Relationship continue till Buddhu becomes Buddha over several cycles of life and death? Does the Master take on the responsibility of converting the Buddhu to Budha? Or is the onus on the buddhu to realize it? Yes. When a Master takes the responsibility, it is called surrender. Else, it is called responsibility on the disciple. In some cases, it is the former and in some cases the latter. It is like this: a Master lifts a Disciple but the Disciple at least has to give his hand to allow the Master to lift him. They sometimes move against me when I give my hand. Disciples should take up the responsibility of understanding that the Master has taken the responsibility. That’s enough.
Q) When you say ‘keep testing me’, what are you referring to? It means that you can’t do anything! Your foolish brain can’t do much. You can’t even do what I say. How can u then test me? The more you try to test me, the more you torture yourself. You will naturally stop testing. These are all business secrets. When I say don’t believe me, it means you have already started believing me! It is just a technical idea I give you. As Vivekananda tested Rama Krishna, they think they can test me. Fools! What test can they do on me?
Q) You said why should we come down? What I***
If you have come down from that place, can’t you reach that place? You must have a passport. You may have a visa because you are continuously bothered about your job. See the other sheets of your papers also. Understand your origin, your nationality. Drop the attachment to the purpose of taking a visa. Your eyes are stuck only on the visa. When you open your eyes and see, you will realize that there are more pages in your Being. You will then fly back to that original plane. If you say that a Master can reach that place, then you can also reach it.
Q) Is there a code of conduct between a Guru and Disciple? I have no code of conduct. If you want, keep it. A Master has no rules or regulations. In my system, there are no rules. There are two kinds of people: One who curtail your freedom and destroy you and the other who give rules only when you make a mistake. How much freedom you have then! In the former case, there is no freedom. Some people say what you should do and others say what you should not do. In the latter case, all others are your own space. This morning, we said, we feel we are a big group. But I don’t think that the love among you is enough. The moment I leave you, you start barking at each other. Only some will listen to me, others won’t. Love amongst Disciples is the real scale of measure to know that you are growing. Loving me and respecting me is very easy. Seeing God in me is easy. Loving others and respecting others, your co-disciples is difficult. It is then that you actually respect me. When you see me, you just show your teeth, it is very easy.
Q) Does a Master have the liberty to choose the Disciples? I will only choose my Disciples. You can choose your Disciples, not mine!
Q) What is Bliss? How to remain in a blissful state in day-to-day life? Next!
Q) Please explain the Sri Chakram. Why do we sit down and meditate on it? It is the pictorial representation of Enlightenment. If you see it, there will be so many complicated diagrams in there. But with patience and in a relaxed manner if you analyze it, it is a very simple diagram. In the same way, Enlightenment also when superficially seen appears very complicated. But in a relaxed way if you analyze it, it is very simple. The Sri chakram can be energized and the lines in it will hold the Energy. That is why you sit on it and meditate. It is like an appetizer when you are hungry. When you don’t feel like meditating, sit on it and you will start meditating! These are all instruments to make you meditate.
Q) Can surrender be cultivated and how? Only by love it can be cultivated. Consciously every time, you can tell your mind and tis will also help to surrender. The moment you start feeling tune with the Master, surrender will happen. Once in a while, you can have your spiritual friends to remove your doubts on how to surrender. The friends are like the TV mechanic. When there is a problem with the TV, you call the mechanic. Or, contact the Acharyas and they will confuse you a little more!
17) As a young disciple, I feel I have to choose between family and spiritual life. I think I should abandon family in order to follow you.
Your understanding is wrong. You are still young, your attitude is wrong. All my disciples are couples, rarely do we have singles here. I myself have not abandoned my mom and dad, why should you! I don’t have psychological or special relationship with them. Just like other disciples I treat them. You need to renounce only possessiveness and a negative attitude that you have towards them
Q) How do I surrender to you? Get out and get lost. Even if I answer, you won’t understand.
Q) In the Dianetics short film that we watched they spoke about recording in the unconscious mind. Is it necessary that the **** long question asked by Sethu Madhavanl
Yes. No. You remain conscious; you will not have the trouble. Karma and samskara are one and the same. Karma is something that is long term while Samskara is something that is short term. Archive files can be called karma. Table files can be called samskara! If you are aware and conscious, you will never create trouble for others. Only unconscious people can eat non-veg food. When Consciousness steps in, automatically you will drop it. You cannot injure somebody if you are conscious.
My cassette ‘Nirvana the dead end’ talks about the whole concept of karma and samskara. Listen to it.
q) Why can’t people reach the Master? Is it lack of faith or destiny or is it that they have not made the right efforts? They have not made the right efforts. That is their destiny also. That is their fate also. All 3 are one and the same.
Q) You indicated 7 layers of unconscious and subconscious. Could you please tell us what they are? Bull shit, cow shit, crow shit, donkey shit, man shit…
Q) In the case of Ramana Maharishi, most of the teachings were in silence. Is it that we should keep our mouths shut and our questions will get answered?
Saying that Ramana Maharishi was in silence most of the time is wrong. If you read the books of people who had an intimate relationship Him, you will come to know that he was a very talkative person. In spiritual issues he will be silent because it is not going to work by talking. By you shutting your mouth, it won’t help. You should open, I should tell you to shut up, and then you will grow!
I think we can release 2 books – ‘Your questions answered – as you want’ will be one title and ‘Your questions answered – as I want’ will be another!
if you digest whatever answers I have given you today, that is enough. Don’t vomit them out and don’t ask for digene. If you do any of these, it means that you are looking for more explanation. If I have said that you are an idiot in response to your question, just be an idiot. If you start saying, ‘Swamiji, it was I who asked that question…’, then I will say, ‘Oh I did not know that it was you; You are not idiot etc.’ and then that will be a lie; so understand the truth directly.
Q) You mentioned Satori is a glimpse of Enlightenment. When one is not in a totally Enlightened state as you are, but they are in a state of Satori where the body relationship is very fragile, is it dangerous to let them be or should they be taken care of? It is not dangerous. He will not leave the body. When real Satori happens, you will fresh and alive. Have you ever seen me imbalanced while dancing? So much is happening inside my body. Last night, I could not even move my hand to the music. I made a great effort to walk well because otherwise there will be a big commotion. I came out of the room just to tell you all that I am alright. This is an atomic power station that is inside me. It is actually 10 times more powerful than that I must say. Still it is moving and balanced. It is like this: I touch the honey in which I am drowned, I lick it completely and then give my finger to you. That is about all the experience that you have during Satori.
Q) In some cultures, the Guru Disciple Relationship harbors physical hardship measures, almost like ill treatment. Is this normal?
Ill treatment is not necessary. But when the process is done, it will look like ill treatment for an outsider but for an insider it will not look like that. In the Guru Disciple Relationship, you cannot describe anything that happens with normal words. When fire, it cannot be called anger. Love cannot be called lust. It cannot be addressed with the regular social words. Whatever happens is otherworldly.
Someone said that J.Krishnamurthi had so many relationships and how that might be possible. I told them, the term ‘relationship’ cannot be used in the regular fashion when it comes to him. You can say that Ramana was silent, but what you understand by silence is not the silence of Ramana. You need two dictionaries, one Oxford dictionary and the other the Master’s dictionary. The Oxford dictionary will not work out for the Master. I think it is up to us now to release the Master relationship dictionary.
Q) Is it that Krishna and some of the other Masters had a small number of disciples, so there was no need for explaining the Guru Disciple Relationship? Yes, also they were all simple fellows so it was easy to explain. Now people have become so complicated and so the spontaneity is lost. If the process is allowed to happen without the disciple asking questions, it will be wonderful. Whether I fire or am compassionate, they ask for clarification. Firing and compassion are the same. When I fire, I teach, when I am compassion I cheat! With compassion, I give a cozy feeling like this warmer here. Else your blood will freeze and die!
Q) What is dheeksha? It means, transmitting the experience that happened in you to a disciple without any technique. In our system, Healing is the only initiation given. ASP and NSP are teachings. I straightaway transmit the experience to people during healing initiation. It means, transmission of a lamp. A living lamp gives light to another lamp. Till then, you get the teachings and a little energy to practice the teachings in life, that’s all. Once the deeksha is given, the assurance of Enlightenment is given to you. Once the fire is given, it has to burn some day whether it is a 100 bag carton or 1000 bag carton. Depending on stuff you have collected, it may take time. But you will achieve it.
Why you do my work, you do mistakes and that is punya. I will fire you because you have the punya. I will not give firing that easily!
Q) What is the relationship between God, Man and Guru? Who is Guru and who is God? All 3 are one and the same. It is foolishness to differentiate them. The fellow who can convince other people that he is much more than others is Guru. The fellow who thinks that he is inferior to others is Man. When both realize that they are playing only roles, they become God.
Q) How can I strengthen my connection to you? Get fevicol and patch it.
Q) Is there is a specific relationship between each Guru and Disciple? The very idea of Guru and Disciple is bullshit. The one who wants his business to run is the Guru. The fellow who is postponing his own Enlightenment is the Disciple. Q) How does a Sishya find his Guru. What qualification should he look for? What qualification should he look for? The Disciple doesn’t even know what qualifications he has himself. How then will he look for any qualification in the Master? Ask them to find a showman for a Master; that is what they will anyway do! Both Guru and the Disciple must understand that they are hypocrites.
Q) Does a guru treat all his disciples equally. Pseudo Gurus treat them equally. The real ones treat them uniquely. The former does it for reasons of social etiquette, for more business. The latter does it for individual flowering of each of his disciples.
Q) The 5 different relationships you mentioned with a Guru may come in inter mingled over life. How does the Disciple handle this? Not only over life but every month, the relationship may change. The Guru will never allow a disciple to be caught in any one relationship. He will bring him out of it immediately. The Disciple has to manage. He either copes with it or he jumps into the Ganges.
Q) How does the Guru lead his Disciple to Enlightenment? Through the highways.
Q) Why is a Guru higher in status than a Father or Mother? Gurus themselves position these statuses. They naturally position themselves higher! When all of the legislation wants a pay rise, they pass the law, that’s all!
Q) What specifically do you do to raise the Consciousness of your disciple? Who is that fool? If you are really my Disciple, you do your work. Don’t ask about my work. You are suspecting if I am doing my work or not. I did not put the mangal sutra on your head; you signed on the register and you are now chasing me now; Dangerous fellow!
Q) How do you help those who are away and see you rarely? I feel it is better to be in your Presence. If you see me rarely, you will be helped more because you will see me in a motherly loving way. If you come often to see me, I might not fit into your frame and the problem starts for you and me.
Q) If a disciple moves from one Guru to another, how does eh cope with the Guru conflict?
Suffer and die in the conflict, that’s all.
Q) How does a Guru detect negative ness in a Disciple? How does he correct it? Disciple themselves are pure negative ness, so there no need to separately detect it. If you have fever or something, I have to detect it. Anyway, my presence itself corrects them.
Q) How should we move with the Guru all the way? If you are a Disciple, you will not have this doubt; you will have the clarity. Else, go and do your work.
Q) How does a Disciple know what type of relationship he should follow?
Q) Can we make a total surrender without any special experience? No special exp can make you surrender. Only deep trust can make you surrender. If you wait for a special experience, you will never surrender. Anyway who cares***
Q) Is the Master capable of knowing and feeling unsaid thoughts of the disciples? How else do you think I am able to manage you?
Q) How do we understand the Master’s blessings. Just be; nothing needs to be done.
Q) What is the best way to approach the master? Be an idiot. If you are not already one, become it
Q) Does the Guru-Disciple relationship have to be a manaseega smaranam? Or can it be discussing various aspects that come to the mind and answered. Better be in the manaseega way. Keep your frame and live as you want.
The idea of Guru and Sishya are only a psychodrama. There is no specialty about the Guru or anything lesser in the disciple. The fellow who understands he is playing a drama becomes God. Those who don’t understand are stuck in one role or the other. Just because someone is a disciple, it is not that he cannot grow spiritually more than the Guru and that the Guru is always more spiritually more qualified than the disciple. If the Guru is stuck in his role, he will be lower than the disciple who has not understood that he is playing a psychodrama. I have understood that I am playing a drama and so I am God. You have not understood that you are playing a drama and so you are not God.

If you are here before I enter the class, it shows the intensity on your part.
This is the place where I had the darshan of Mahavtar Babaji. Once, for 45 minutes he walked in the market place and people saw him. It came out in the newspapers. Above Gaurikund, I had his darshan. Among sannyasis, for every parampara, there is one temple which the whole community should visit at least once in a lifetime, like Mecca is for the Muslims. For the Puri parampara, Kedar is the temple. We belong to the Nirvani Akada and Puri, and so Kedarnath is the temple. Whomsoever is initiated by me (that si taken the healing initiation from me), should visit kedar at least once. This is our kshetra devta. It is a beautiful place and the route is safe, so no difficulty. All can come tomorrow to the Kedar temple, no problem. The route is completely controlled by the army. They assist well; there is light and water available like town roads. You can stop in between wherever you want and go easily. It is totally 14 km by pony or doli. Early morning 5am we will start and have darshan of Kedarnath. We will return tomorrow night. This is the highest altitude we are going to cover in our entire trip. It is the place where Sankara left his body. His Energy is there. All the 5 pandavas also left their body here. This is the only stone temple amongst the 4 kshetras that is Yamunotri, Gangotri, Badrinath and Kedarnath. Like South Bharatn temples, this is built of stone. Amongst the Jothirlingas, this is the first one. Rameshwar is the last.
It is a powerful Energy center. If you are courageous and healthy, you can walk it. It will help. Many Masters have lived and left their body here. Many Siddhas, Masters and Rishis live here. There is every chance that you may have the darshan of Mahavtar Babaji. He is very casual and gives darshan to a lot of people. Amongst the dead Masters, he has appeared more often to people than anyone else. 11 people vs. million people would be the ratio of having seen other Masters and Babji. A simple prayer and He will come down and bless you. That is why he appeared for all in the marketplace. Good people, bad people, and sinners - all of them saw him. Pray intensely, he may give you darshan.
He will appear around 35 years of age. His feet will not touch the ground. He will wear only one orange towel. There are records that he wears white towel also. Yogananda also writes that he wears an orange towel. If he feels that somebody is a seeker, he immediately appears voluntarily. He gave me my name a few kilometers above near a cave away from the route. I was staying there and had his darshan. Of course, I was a real intellectual hard nut and I didn’t believe when I saw him. I have read that he lived for 25,000 years etc. I caught hold of his hand to see if I am hallucinating or really seeing him. I poked his other hand. He laughed. I could see him very clearly. I understood that he is laughing because I am testing him. He laughed and told ‘Paramahamsa Sri Nithyananda.’ I didn’t understand what he meant at that time. I thought he was asking me to go and see someone by that name, because at that time, I wasn’t using that name for myself. I had not become Enlightened. I was only a Sannyasi. I wanted to ask him the next question like where that person was, what to do with him etc, but he smiled and walked into my body. I was scared. I moved and gave way for him but he entered into me and didn’t come out the other side. I turned and saw but he wasn’t there. I was in search of an Enlightened Master during that period of my life. I was intensely praying for one. I never prayed to Babaji. I didn’t even know that he was in Gaurikund. I knew he was in the Himalayas. When I read Paramahamsa Yogananda’s biography. I read that he is here. Any person clad in kavi whom I saw, I would have a desire that he might be my Master. When he said say, Paramahamsa Sri Nithyananda, I thought he was guiding me to see a person by that name. When I tried to enquire with the people who were there if they saw him, they said no. His age was around 25-30. In the Pictorial biography, ‘Formless in Form’, the photo of Babaji is there – a little chubby, clean-shaven face and open hair.
Q) Why does he stay here Swamiji? I don’t know. Maybe he likes the weather! But most records say that he gives darshan in this area only. I don’t know if he stays physically in one place and gives darshan or he simply reduces his frequency and gives darshan.
Usually, disciples only ask for Sannyas. But in my case, one Sadhu forced me to take sannyas. He was 96 years old and staying in Calcutta. I was staying in his place for 6 months. Everyday morning I used to bathe in the Ganges at 4am and meditate till evening 7pm. I never used to move from that place of meditation. When he saw me doing this day in and ay out, he was shocked and said that I must take sanyas. I told him that I did not want Sannyas and that I only wanted Enlightenment. He said that he was going to die soon anyway and that this would be the last thing that he will happily do. I then thought that the Divine is arranging something for me and I agreed. He was not Enlightened but he was a great tapasvi. He gave the name Paramahamsa Sri Nithyananda to me suddenly. Usually, according to the Sannyasi rule, you first have to give the brahmachari dheeksha, then 3 days later, sannyas dheeksha and then 3 says later, the Paramahamsa initiation. So it should have first been Swami Nithyananda with the danda and then Paramahamsa Sri Nithyananda after dropping the danda. He somehow directly gave me the Paramahamsa title! I asked him about it and he said that it simply came out of him. I then had a shock when I realized that he gave me the every name that Babaji had told me. So I feel that Babaji is the one who actually gave me Sannyas. He is our Guru Parampara. It traces to him in a way!
Q) Swamiji, is there is a boon that has been given to him to be young always? No. Enlightened Masters can stay forever. He just reduces his frequency when he wants to give darshan and then increases the frequency and disappears. Unless you are sincere, even if you see him, what will you do? I give 1000s of instructions, but you don’t follow them. If he gives you darshan, it will be one more thing for you, that’s all. Unless you follow his instructions, what is the use? I used to feel deeply connected to Kedar before Sanyas. At that time, I didn’t know which paramapara I will get sannyas from. I thought I was an attribute from Shiva, or Shiva’s Energy. But later on I understood when I had Sannyas from the Puri parampara, that Kedar is the kshetra, Dakshinamurthi is our Guru, Ganga is our river, Chandramouleeshwara, Kamakshi, Tatvamasi and Aham brahmasmi are our maha vakyas, Paramahasama is our Upanishad and Rig veda is our Veda. Actually, you are supposed to be naked. If you enter the city to preach after Enlightenment, you can wear clothes. Else you cannot wear clothes. We don’t follow these things since we all the time live in the city. Akashitha vastra – digambara – no clothes. If you wear clothes, you should wear in Rainbow colours. Jainism is actually a very high standard philosophy. People will run away if I talk Jain philosophy. Akash is the cloth for them. Rainbow is the colour for the cloth if you enter the city. These are all designed in those days. If you wear a single color, people will respect you. If you radiate spirituality without wearing any single colour, you are Paramahamsa. You should radiate the colour. So, they will remove all the identification. Paramahamsa is not supposed to wear kaavi. But maintenance for kaavi is easy and cheap. Who will wash? I am lazy! Whether you believe or not, throughout my life, I used the same 3 pieces of clothing. 2 kaavi pieces and one kaavi shawl. Even if it gets dirty, it will not be seen!
The engram process will be done at 2 levels. Removing the negative engrams is one and creating the Energy space is the other. If you do only the former, you will continue to accumulate negative engrams in no time after that. In the army they say, either you go up or come down. Bag them or they will bag you. Either you kill him or he will kill you. Either you continuously be in awareness or the engrams will get collected. So, we do processes of removing the past engrams and creating the Energy field in which you will not allow the negative engrams to be engraved on you. It is like a film roll. If it is in darkness, whatever light goes inside gets recorded. If the whole thing is exposed, it will become white. I am exposing the whole Consciousness so that they nothing gets recorded. The first step is, how are we giving life to the engrams in our Being? Let us analyze.
You need to understand, whether you believe it or not, you are Energy or Atman. You have the complete capacity to create and enjoy. People never believe me when I say this. In your dream, you create a whole world and enjoy is it not? Is someone else doing it for you? No. When you create a whole world, how much Energy and power there is inside you? Can’t you create in the same way, a world in this world also? In the waking state you are more powerful than in the dream state. Immediately we say, it is difficult. This very idea is the only difficulty because it causes you to lose your confidence immediately. We think we are the only person in the dream and therefore it is easy. In your dream, if are dreaming that you are in Kedar with 10 people, all the 10 see it as Kedar is it not? In the same way, why can’t this also be one more dream? Both are dreams. In fact this is a little better than that because you are more conscious in this. There u can’t alter the flow of scenes whereas here you can. Here you are more powerful. You have a little more capacity to create things in Planet Earth. Why then do we suffer? We suffer because we give life to thoughts that are self-contradictory.
In front of the projector light, whatever you keep, you will be able to see it. In front of your Consciousness, whatever you keep, that will be reality. If a person says, ‘I should get rid of this disease’, the word ‘disease’ will get more powerful. You give the same power to the thought ‘disease’ as you give to the words ‘I should get rid of’. Instead, create a thought, ‘I should be healthy’. You will remember health and give it more power.
This is how you clear your negative engrams; you straighten them out. The language is what I call ‘creating Space’. Positive engrams are not engrams because they automatically disappear, that’s why I call them Energy Space.
In the USA, there is something called a Robot Maid which is a ball-broom stick with a ball and a cup. If you switch it on, it will go under cot and below chair and clean everything. In the same way, these positive engrams work and clean your whole Being’s past negative engrams. Not only will you not accumulate and clear the past, you will be continuously aware conscious and will not accumulate new engrams as well. These words which we are giving power to again and again, if you search inside your Being, at least a few 100 engrams you will be giving power to everyday. Whenever any thought comes to you, scan it. Early morning, when you brush your teeth, you sing or talk to yourself. If there is cold water, you sing and if there is hot water, you talk! That is the time when your unconscious engrams come out. Plug them first and straighten them out. First, whatever you have written in your notebooks, read them out. Next, try to edit and write them in a positive way. If you had a thought, ‘I should not get angry’, never write the positive engram as, ‘I should not get angry’. Write it as ‘I should be always compassionate.’

Never give power to these negative engrams. Never say, ‘I should get rid of sickness’; Always say, ‘I should get healthy’. The words that you use are terribly powerful. What you utter becomes strong in your Consciousness or Being. First, write all the negative engrams that you have in your life. Whatever you remember, write. What you don’t remember, they don’t have power over you, so forget it. All the negative engrams that you have are related to one of the 7 chakras. When you are in disease, depressed, irritated, anger, guilt, they are all emotions associated with the 7 chakras. Especially anger and sex, never say ‘I want to get rid of it’. You must say, ‘Let me become compassionate.’ Lust has to become love. Don’t edit these in the first session. Bring them out as they are. Then we will edit them. We will use this and what you have written earlier and create a new mental system for the mind.
Rudram and Chamakam are positive engrams. Like how I say, repeat, ‘Let me be beautiful, graceful’. This is what is called straightening your mental system or cleaning the dirt. We will work on the conscious level and then on the Energy level to create a new Energy field. First we will create a blue print for Enlightenment. First, you are finding your old house. Then, you will create a plan for a new house, that is what is writing the positive engrams. The construction part, I will do. Whatever negative one-liners you say to yourself, bring them out. Whatever you talk to yourself, write them down.
This is like an overalling of your mind. It is like a car wash. But mind you, this ‘mind wash’ not ‘brain wash’! Brain Wash is negative; Mind Wash is positive. In Brain Wash, you will create that engrams that I say; in Mind wash, you will create the engrams that you want!

Spirituality and materialistic attitudes are both one and the same. When you feel you are growing spiritually you are not growing***madhavan question.
## 4 Jun session 1 – 7:30am
We have successfully completed the char dam yatra. You are the first batch to visit the char dam with me. Tourist guides say that people normally will not be able to do the yatra as per their laid out routine. By Divine Grace, we have done it. Let us give our gratitude to Himaraj and Ganga Matha for having allowed us to be on their lap, at their feet; to all Devtas for giving us their darshan in such a wonderful way. Above all, for giving us the best and most beautiful weather conditions. Nowhere were we disturbed by nature; we were protected, guided and supported by nature. Our bodies are too sophisticated. What best nature can do it has done. This is not the place where nature usually co-operates, so what we have got is a very big thing. Practically, there have been no land slides, no waste of time on that account. On an average every day, at least 40-50 land slides occur in a day in the Garhwal route. Everywhere nature and Parashakthi have done everything for us from Yamunotri to Gangotri to Kedarnath to Badrinath. We had a wonderful darshan everywhere. Gomukh – we cancelled it because I was concerned about the whole group’s health. Even if a single person suffers, it will be a disturbance for all. Otherwise we had everything. We were really fortunate and blessed to have this experience.
We had a little bit of cough and diarrhea but it’s ok. As if in our whole lives, we have never had these things or what. It is worth the bargain. If you don’t have a little cough or diarrhea, you will not be able to remember the trip’s incidents! Now you will remember the names of the places where you had diarrhea, cough etc! Else, the whole hill will be remembered in a flat way! These are all gifts of the Divine for you to remember the incidents and places!
At the end of the session, we will do a formal pooja to all Rishis. It is said that Gandharvas, Kinnarvas, Kimbarudas, Rishis, Munis, Siddhas, Devtas and Antarikshas stay in the Himalayas. We will be offering our formal gratitude to all of them. Only when all of them are happy with you and blessing you, you will be allowed to stay in the Himalayas. Even if a single person does not allow, you cannot stay!
One person in our group is fortunate to have had the darshan of Mahavtar Babaji. Akila Balram. Before climbing, she asked me 3-4 times if she will get His darshan. I said, ‘Pray to him, I can’t do anything. I can’t recommend. If I could, I would have shown him to all the 135 people. It is His privacy, I can’t do anything’. We cannot interfere, we have to respect, that’s all. They can choose if they want to, we cannot choose! She had a beautiful darshan. I saw her energy after that; it was not an illusion, it was an authentic darshan. I held her hand and read the whole engram. In so many other ways the Divine has blessed us. Such a big group having darshan of the 4 dams is not a joke! From 8 – 80 we have all the ages with us! We have had such a mixture of health conditions, people form different comfort levels, different mental setups, different educational backgrounds, different understanding levels, different spiritual levels! According to our routine, we have completed our yatra without any disturbance. If you have vomiting, it is good because the pitha would have got cleansed, the vadha would have got cleansed. If you have had cough, the cafa would have got cleansed.
Himalayas by its own nature is ayurvedic. The Ganga water us so sweet. It is coming from so many herbal roots. The very air here is filled with herbal essences. Wherever you go you are drinking only the Ganga water. You are having only the Ganga snan everyday. There are no bore wells here. All the hotels have only the Ganga water! All your food is cooked here with Ganga water only. It is a herbal essence. It is a cleaning process. It has been a little tiring but it is not a problem. Any muscle that became tense will now be relaxed and liquid. Not only the mind, but also the body is cleansed. To make people silent, we should bring them to the Himalayas!
Unending hills, unimaginable way. The hill changes every 2 hours – unending. Nowhere in the world can you see any man-made structure to match this. They will all look like ants. If there can be a world not made by man, the Himalayas stand to prove it. The Himalayas prove that there are still place where humans are not kings, where humans are not everything. Our whole Body, Mind and Spirit are cleansed by the Himalayas.
If you are taking any steroids or toxins, it will be cleansed. In Ayurveda, they will make you first vomit 5 times. Not only that, they will also make you sweat (which is one kind of vomiting). They will make you pour tears; the cafa will be taken out through the nose. The same process is happening here to you all. With all these, you are managing. That is the beauty!
Let us give our gratitude to the 4 Gods for letting us have their darshan peacefully.
Jai Himagiriraj ki Jai! Jai Devi ki Jai! Jai Yamuna Devi ki Jai! Jai Ganga Mata ki Jai! Jai Kedarnath ki Jai! Jai Badri Vishal ki Jai! Jai Ssarva Rishi Muni Ganapathibhyom, Sarva Devata ki Jai!
Now we will start our engram process. You must have finished the whole engram writing - negative words for which you give life, the self contradicting words and the positive straightening out process.
These engrams can only be solved or cleared only when other small engrams are cleared and there is space where trust or the Master or God can happen. You can jump out of this whole samsara sagara using this stick that is the faith on the Master or God.
Listen to this joke:
One day, a disciple falls into the river and shouts out to his Master for help. The Master says, ‘You are atman, stand up!’ The disciple says, ‘Teach me Vedanta later on, for now save my life! The Master says, ‘Stand up!’ and the disciple musters the courage and stands up to realize that the water is only knee deep! When you stand up, you always realize that the water is only up to the knee level. Because you are Vishwa Roopa! Whatever you may think as, major problems, if you stand up, you will realize that they are only ankle deep, not even knee deep. But thing is, how to stand up? The Master is the yoga danda or stick. Having His support, you can stand up. Be very clear: When the support of the Master is there, you can stand up as an independent or an individual.
One more thing – the faith or trust on God or the Master is called the Yoga danda. Never think that you are doing them a favor by placing your trust on them. You are doing a favour to yourself. People tell me, ‘I have surrendered to you Swamiji.’ I tell them to get out. I have enough head ache! They think I am obliged to them. When you surrender, you are doing a favor to yourself.
When your intellect reaches it peak, it becomes intelligence. When your emotion reaches its peak, it becomes love. When your Being or Atman ripes and reaches its peak, it experiences the Space called Trust. Trust is the space by creating which, you are doing favor to yourself. I am letting myself to be used by you to stand up. You can trust a stone, a statue or a tree – anything you trust you will reach the same goal. You can trust a single stone in the Himalayas. In Badrinath and Kedarnath, only stones are worshipped! That’s enough! The trust is what is important. When it happens towards a God or Master, it becomes a yoga danda and you stand up. When you trust me, I allow you to trust me. It is actually a big problem for me. I have to act every time as you want. I have to smile at you every time. My whole privacy is gone. 24 hrs I have to behave like you want. It is as if I am renting myself out to you so that you can trust me. I am doing a favor to you by allowing you to trust me. I can’t do anything as I want after that. As you have a frame of me, I have to stick to it. It is a great sacrifice any Master does - allowing Himself to be used as a stick by a disciple to stand up.
When a faith is created, it is like a kamadhenu. When a small fire is created in this forest where you don’t get anything to cook and eat, will you allow it to die? With all care, you will protect it is it not? In the same way, an inch of faith if you get, keep it alive in your heart and work all possible ways for that to grow intensely and deeply. People tell me, ‘I have doubt and faith Swamiji, what do I do’. Tell your Master that he is the one who gives you both and pray that both should leave you. Surrender both and relax. Else, Ganga is always there, choose a place and jump!
If Brahma can’t, Vishnu can; If Vishnu can’t, Shiva can; If Shiva can’t, Devi can; If Devi can’t Guru can; If Guru can’t, no one can. From Brahma you will switch to Vishnu and then to Shiva and then to Devi because she controls the household. Then you will move to the Guru. Guru is the most intimate and direct Experience. The trust on the Master is the greatest gifts given to people. Sankara says: Human birth is the rare thing. The search for a higher life is even rarer. The person who has achieved the higher Consciousness is the rarest. Finding him and having trust on him is the Ultimate ever.’
After having all these 4, if you miss, nothing can be done. *Manushya janma, Munkshusthva,…..satbhakthi****. At least 90% of you have all the 4. That is why you have come all the way to be around me. You coming here proves that you have got the 4th item also, the bhakthi also, maybe without your knowledge though. Something from inside has happened. So don’t miss it and mess it!
The engram I was talking about – ‘I have no trust on Life etc’. When we work on one engram, a whole bunch will come out. That bunch is the Ego that comes out. A big load will be taken away from you. All the memories will be awakened, you may feel pitha, and you might vomit. All the old memories will be awakened. When it comes out, the space will be filled with the Mater’s Energy. You will have a strong support instead of a deep-rooted negativity. That will continuously give you a feeling that you are ok and cared for and supported, even if you are superficially worrying. This can happen only from inside.
Speak out your engrams in your mother tongue. Ensure no one sitting near you understands it. I don’t hypnotize. You will suddenly remember new things. You will be completely aware. All these are professional assurances, which I don’t have to give but am giving. Vivekananda when asked on hypnotism replied, ‘When a person is hypnotized and comes out, he will be dull. He will be less conscious, dull and in misery. He will appear as though a load is kept on is head. His eyes will be appear blur and not living. When I went to a different state by the grace of Rama Krishna and came back, I became more blissful, alive, bubbling, so I can be sure that Rama Krishna did not hypnotizeme. It is actually de-hypnotism.’ If you feel that any experience with me has made you more alive, more intelligent and more compassionate, you can be here. If you don’t believe it this way, then it is up to you.
When you start going back on your engrams, you will only use your mother tongue. You will not translate. You need a certain ego to translate. For eg., moving body – translation mechanism. *** Sometimes your mother tongue may be tamil but you might have been brought up with English. Then use English. The language in you are brought up is your mother tongue. Start.

5 june 1st session – 6:50am
Love among devotees. Care among disciples. Seeing the Divine among the devotees. Krishna is the person first one who ever spoke about this idea of seeing the Divine everywhere. Before him, it was not given as a spiritual practice or technique. A few Rishis spoke about it but they also expressed it an experience not as a technique. Expressing it as an experience is different but giving it as technique is different. Krishna was the person who designed and delivered it as a technique - ‘seeing me in everybody’. *Manmama…***. He said, ‘My devotees who continuously think about me, speak about me, see me in everybody living in the end reach me alone.’ It was Krishna who has given this as a technique to us. It is one of the most powerful techniques that you can practice 24 hrs with open eyes. Vasudeva kutumbaha -* Universal family. It is a wonderful technique.
Sagaja Samadhi means always being in Samadhi; Always being in the mood of Bliss, mood of love and mood of Divine. It is said that whenever Rama Krishna saw someone from Chaitanya Mahaprabhu’s place, he will fall at their feet. People asked him why he fell at such ordinary mortals’ feet. He said, ‘Whether they are normal or abnormal, they are from Baanigaati – where Chaitanya did one important sankeertan. The moment I hear hear that they are from there, the very name creates memories of Chaitanya in me and I pay my gratitude by falling at their feet. If I had not met them, in those moments, I might have been thinking of something else. They are therefore instruments through which whom some good memories and ideas are kindled in me.
So many 1000 of things I feel like telling. This is such a wonderful subject - Seeing the Divine in everyone. The ultimate aim is to see the Divine in the whole world. Now it will be difficult because we feel people may cheat us. At least we can start with a small group, which is tune with this one concept or idea. We can then naturally expand.
Let us see the first few difficulties in not being able to see the Divine, not able to reflect in ourselves the same Divine, not able to represent the Divine to others. This is a sensitive Subject but I have to speak on it.
These window shoppers, they are the first idiots who create trouble in every spiritual group. They go from Swami to Swami and don’t learn from anybody. If you learn from everybody, you can go to all the Masters; there is nothing wrong. In my healing initiation book, there is a clear note that you can go to as many gardens, pluck the best of flowers and make a bouquet for yourself. The problem is, these people pluck thorns instead of flowers and hurt themselves and others. I think I am going to ban window shoppers.
Some Masters ban their disciples from going to anyone else. Now I understand why they do that. See, Buddha and Mahaveer had a very close relationship. They will bow down and touch each other’s feet when they met. But Buddha gave clear instructions that none of his people should go to Mahaveer and Mahaveer also did the same thing. Someone asked why they did that. They said, ‘Out of your immaturity, when I do an operation, you will escape from here and go there and if he does an operation on his disciple he will escape from there and come here and in the end, you will be dangling and losing both the Masters.’
In a way, these idiots are so unconscious that they don’t learn from anybody. They just see where their ego is mostly satisfied – whether it is being an organizer or a co-ordinator, big broomstick. They choose an institution where they can go near the Master easily, or one who has a big institution. These things play a role in their heads.
The other day a lady came to the ashram. She wanted to go to another Swami. I told ok and arrange for it. But I have seen people, when they go there they speak about me and here they talk about those Masters and confuse people. I think I should ban this from happening. I always tell people not to preach our teachings in another camp. Follow sincerely whomsoever you are following. They don’t do their things properly and also confuse others. They are the first and the last problem creators in all spiritual groups.
I am going to ban Window Shoppers. I am so open that people are straight away talking to all my disciples about other Masters. Once a plant has become a banyan tree, you can even tie an elephant to it and it will not be shaken. But a small plant – even if a goat is tied to it, it will be destroyed. So hereby, I declare that none of my people in my campus will speak about any other master in whatsoever form. This is a Joshimatt declaration!
I am not against from learning from anybody. But they should not come and confuse the people who are living here, who are already practicing and growing slowly. They will not disturb the ones inside our camp. Many times people have asked me to declare this. Now I have a set of young devotees. When their faith is growing, they should not be confused by these old window shoppers, the so called seekers going around for years and not getting anything from anybody; those who have brutal fights with organizations.
Those who cannot stay with one Master cannot stay with any Master because they are all the same setup. They see them in their young days, they get to spend a lot of time with the Master. After some time, the institution becomes big. Even when they were close, they would not have made use of the Energy. They would have been bragging etc. When you learn something from the Master, you will automatically go beyond his physical form. Once it becomes big, they start saying that only rich people can spend time with the Master. What did they do when they had the time with Him? At least let those who want to learn, learn. They will say, ‘We don’t have time now like before’. Did they accomplish what the Master told then when they had the time before? No! If you are really honest, it is too much time taken even with one Master to flower. So much can happen with one Master. OK, if you miss once it is ok, but if you come and tell, ‘In those days…etc..’, it is not going to help.
My inner circle said, ‘Swamiji, please be strict and tell the people that they aren ot menat to do these things. They might even keep another’s photo before you come and then change it when you come.’ These fellows don’t even preach the other Master’s teachings properly. They bring their ego here because it would have got bashed there! They show that they have experience in the field – like experience in another hotel! You are respected as a senior.
I tell you, blessed are the people who came to me fresh! If you have gone to any other Master, there is nothing wrong. Don’t bring your bragging story here, that’s all. If you are really successful, you would have been there itself. That itself shows that you were a failure with that Master. But you will tell, ‘No Swamiji, we found something extra in you and so we came.’ You are not feeling fulfilled with him; You are a failure, so please drop the whole thing. Don’t confuse my people with whom I am working.
Slowly I am making them grow. When I do the operation on them, they will be in depression. You immediately try to console them and tell them that you will take them to another Master. You are actually disturbing them by doing this. Hereby I declare to all my devotees to all my people that in our space, in our programs, camps, branches, and centers, no other talk, no other ideology, no other expression will be entertained except through this form and this name.
I don’t want to dilute any message of mine. These people dilute the feeling of a family. They go around and talk about someone else. They are not honestly here and dilute the whole feeling. One drop of poison is enough to spoil one pot of milk. I have never seen Susan talking about her master but Debby will talk. There is no need to talk. It is confusing. When you are there, don’t talk about me and confuse them. I have never told you to go and preach about me. Let everybody grow in his or her place. All we need is the person flowering.
Each master has created his own space and way for people to flower, according to his experience. Each one is trying to create a lab and when you bring another chemical inside, you disturb the whole process. The whole intensity is lost. If you are with some other Master, don’t wear my mala. Live totally with them. If I see that my disciple will grow with some other Master directly, I will boldly send them there. I have sent my working hands, with people whom I have worked on for many years to other Masters. When I find that they have love for another Master, I give them money and support them, and tell them to live with them. I tell them that when they are not able to adjust, they can come back at any time to me. But I clearly tell them that they cannot wear my mala, they cannot use the name I have given them, that they should not tell them that they have lived with me; There should be no ego nonsense. I tell them to empty their cup here and go as a fresh flower there. If they go with all these ideas there, the same drama will happen there also. It will be like having another Master in you head to protect your self, a helmet to protect yourself when I hit you on your head. Ur head is already tick u r already a hard nut to crack, so drop ur helmet and come inside. I am going to put up a board that says, ‘No helmet area!’ When you are here, drop everybody and be here, else don’t come.
When I say go to all the gardens and pluck flowers, when you come inside my garden, pluck only my flowers. I will not allow any others’ flowers. I think you would not have plucked any flowers elsewhere, else you will not come here. You would’ve plucked thorns thinking that they are flowers. You will then plant these thorns in my gardens and create trouble.
Like how in the US they put up a board, ‘No other product allowed here’, we should also put up a board! In the US, they caught me for wearing the Rudraksh beads because they are seeds and there is a possibility that they might grow. I told them that it is worship material and that it is drilled and therefore cannot grow; they then allowed it.
It is actually you bringing the thorn inside that is really disturbing. Every moment, some dropouts from my movement will create trouble elsewhere. Troublemakers are there everywhere you go. If you send them to heaven, they will make it hell in just 21 minutes – one cycle!
I was thinking of this subject for a long time, now I have spelt it out clearly. In our Healing centers, ASP, LBP and other programs, neither our acharyas or our healers or organisers are allowed to speak about any other system or Master. No criticism of anyone is allowed. This is the rule from today. It is a strict instruction to be followed.
I am not banning you from going anywhere. Complete freedom is given for even acharyas. But you have no right to corrupt the next generation disciples when you are here. You are like a vagabond so I allow you here – you are already spoilt. I allow you to stay here. But I want my next generation to be taken care and protected and made to grow properly. So I am creating this new rule.
In future, our healing system should not be mingled or practiced with any other healing system. The other day I saw someone I saw one of our healers doing a mudra. Marvin was getting healed by Krishnaraju and I saw the latter doing some mudras. Were you doing pranic healing? Ok. But don’t do it in our camps. I ban all other healing systems on my devotees in our camps. I was surprised when I saw it. A person who is really devoted to another Master will be really devoted to me also. It is the same Energy in different forms.
I never accept people who escape from other Master and come to me or who hate other Master and come to me, because you will do the same thing with me also. Judas are always Judahs wherever they go. They are not created by any one Master. They have actually escaped from one to another and become judahs and stay with that Master till the end. It is the attitude. You need to change the mental setup not the Master. By marrying 10 times you will understand that changing the outer wife will not help; changing the inner only will help.
In those days, it was the sellers market, but now it is the buyer’s market. Every street has a ‘Jagath Guru’ not even a ‘Street Guru’! That is the problem. But there is nothing wrong init, just stick to one person, that’s all. Sometimes, you want to update or upgrade, but when you do it, drop the old product completely. You cannot do a mix masala – a little from each model etc. You can then never become anything. You can become one more system and a Guru but not a disciple! If you are interested in growing, following, achieving something in the inner world, flowering, follow any one thing intensely so that you can reach it.
Above all, it is time we solidified our movement. It is time we created a fence to protect the saplings. Otherwise, unnecessarily, goats will come and disturb the saplings. People will be surprised as to how I watch someone doing pranic healing etc amidst allt eh activities! That is why I am a Master!
It is time we protected our youngsters. Only then can we create a clear intense group, which will follow a single ideology. The persons who are already going around being helped are great. Those who are going around and not helped, nothing can be done, they will not stop doing it. But for the ones who are growing, we need to give enough protection from the outer unnecessary forces.
When my people come here, I tell them, relate and respect with everybody, everybody is Divine. People start giving their head to everybody and people listen. Give respect not your head. Take the idea only from the Master. If you hear some idea that is not from the Master but from someone else, immediately question it. Unless you read and hear, don’t believe. I am alive here, so ask me. I am continuously writing books. Directly get the details about my teachings from them.
The other day, someone asks me, ‘I heard that you got married and became a Swami!’ My biography is clearly written, my parents are here, find out! Some window shopper would have told him these things. A few healers mix pranic, reiki and ananda healing and make a combination and end up in trouble. Don’t do this masala process. Follow any one system completely.
If at all you are going to be helped by me, now I declare very clearly – people who are going to realize me, if they are my disciple, they will not even feel like going to other Masters. They will not even have the trace of attraction to any other form or technique. No other form will rise in them. This is a bold declaration, the Ultimate Truth. Be very clear about it.
Unless we remove these thorns, we will not be able to gather flowers. These are the thorns, which create disturbances, hurdles for gathering people into one group. People have been telling me to talk about this.
My people will not respect anyone who speaks about any other system. If anyone talks, simply tell them ‘Stop it! Enough. I don’t want to listen; this is not to be entertained here.’ Let you be free and clear. Till now I said it was ok, but now I find it is disturbing the younger generation because they start thinking that it is my teaching. No one knows who is senior and who is junior. They don’t know who is more spiritually grown. They judge you by the number of malas that you wear. Those who claim that they have 2 years of experience are pucca idiots. If you have not grown in 2 years, where will you grow? Nothing is going to happen to you. It is just foolishness. People take it lightly. They don’t dig deep in any one place. They don’t go deep into any one system. Let’s eliminate these kind of people. This is the place only for Nithyananda. Keep all the outsiders outside. When you come in, be an insider or behave as an insider, enjoy and go out.
How to intensify this feeling of connection? Every one of you whether you believe it or not carries Nithyananda in you, especially the healers. You connect everyday to the same source of Energy. It is like all of you are living in the same house. It is from the same center that you are all getting Energy – the Ananda Ganda center. When everyone connects to the same source, bring that energy and use it, how can you have a conflict amongst yourselves? You cannot have because you are in the same source and route.
Unless you believe that healing initiation is the ultimate meditation technique to reach Enlightenment, you cannot have it. That is why I am doing it as a 2-day program. Let you analyze it intellectually and then decide to take it up. Old healers who took it don’t respect it much. Now I tell you, all the old healers who took it as a single day imitation must do the 2-day program sometime. It is the technique-less technique to Enlightenment. Spiritually, you are all connected to a single source. How do you think there can be any contradiction or conflict at the upper level? It only means that the spiritual practice is not perfect. Your life is not in Nithyananda. You are not a real devotee; You are here still as an outsider. Whomsoever creates a conflict is an outsider. You should not only ‘not create conflict’ but also feel a deep gelling bond.
When you are in the same Energy, won’t you feel that the other person is your own? Anand’s mother was telling me that in Singapore she met a lady who was wearing Swami’s mala. She struck a conversation with her and felt one with her simply by seeing the mala round her neck. Here you have live devotees sitting with you, how can you then miss this? That is why I emphasize on the mala – it is a good ID. When people can feel deeply connected with just the mala, can’t you feel deeply connected with live devotees around you? I can’t explain this feeling of deep connection in words. It should automatically come from within. When you really open your Energy centers, when you really feel like giving attention to others, naturally you will feel connected. I always tell people in the early ASPs to follow a technique for just those 2 days: Don’t bother about yourself; Take care of others. In our ASP, I want all the teachers who do the ASP as a 2-day program to make people practice this technique.
Thinking the bahktha (devotee) as Bhagwan (God) is a Vaishnavite technique. When the breakfast is ready, don’t grab a plate for yourself. Offer it to others and then help yourself. Only a dog will put its mouth into the food straightaway. Man will always share and eat. The wild animals like the lion will kick all the other animals and eat. A dog will straight away put its mouth to the food. Find out if you are a lion or dog or man, what you want to be. I think you guys can do a much better job! You people are going to be involved. You come out and speak about what feeling connected is all about.
People come out and express strong views.
Actually, in the normal world 1person \+1person \= 2persons. In the spiritual world, 1person \+ 1 person \= 100 persons. We become a force, a power when you unite and stand.
