automatically Dharma Artha Kama all the other three aspects also along with Moksha will manifest in you around you same way even if you do Kubera Pooja asking wealth Artha from Kubera Oh Kubera please give me wealth and you do Kubera Upasana Sadhana to reach Kubera asking for wealth don't think you will only get wealth you may be focused on wealth and praying to Kubera but Kubera himself is the Amsa of Paramashiva he will naturally give you wealth and also lead you to Paramashiva and Dharma Artha Kama Moksha all the four will manifest around you that is why I repeat and insist even the Sadhana spiritual practice Kriya or Puja which you think from your perception very low level even that done with Shraddha leads to Paramapada leads to Paramashiva even if you sit in Nirvikalpa Samadhi
