wChakra which is centered in throat Vishuddhi. This chakra block because of comparison and jealousy. This chakra opens when you find your uniqueness, your creativity, you are unique by yourself. When you find yourself by yourself, this chakras opens. The very word, breeze, when you grasp this chakra, you won’t come back. Vishuddhi, beyond purity. Money, name fake, beauty, intelligence and relationship, relationship means power. How much of people are with you, this five thing…this the five thing all of have ready to agree.

[2.24] Now, we have deep look into these five things. Can we say you are the richest man; can I say you are the richest man? rich man. [ Big Laugh among audience. Participant answers, but not clear 2: 37]. No, can we say, you are the rich man… mm. Can we say you are poor man? [ Swamiji and Audience laughs again]. What is this? We are continuously worrying either telling that I am poor or rich. Telling them rich also, will create some more worries, that I am not a richest man. Anyhow you are neither rich man or poor man. Ok.

[3.11] [Swamiji points finger towards one of participant and ask] Can you say you have a name and Fame? Can you say you don’t have name and Fame? [Swamiji laugh and clap Hands] Can you say that, you are beautiful? [Swamiji and Audiences have a big laugh, after participant shares his views] Can you say any of us that I am a beautiful? Can we say that I am ugly? No scale. No scale. We are measuring our whole life with scale which is not a scale.

[3:58] Just with some data’s, some manipulations…. You are trying to build your life on the false data’s. Who can be given, who can be said as Ms. World? How can we say? What is the scale? If you open the newspaper and take another one newspaper over to the next page. But what can be the scale? Where is the scale?

[4:36] Upanishads says very beautifully. There are two types of existence. Positive existence, negative existence. Things which are existing positively which can be handled, this mic, this rosebush, it is existing, you can. you can do something with it. The things which are existing negatively, darkness in the room. You can’t do anything directly with darkness to remove the darkness. Do you understand? To remove the rose bush, you can pull directly to remove the rose bush. You can handle the rose bush; you can collect it. remove it. If you want something to be done to the rose bush, you can do it directly. It is possible existence. The darkness in the room can we remove it. Can we handle it? [6.05] So, two kinds of existence are there. People are trying to continuously work with their shadows. With the darkness, you can’t do anything directly with darkness. If you want to remove the darkness also, you can’t do directly. Because it is not existing. Only something which is existing we can play. This is not existing; it is a nonexistence. Because you use the word “Darkness”, we think there is something like darkness is there. It is not darkness. it is “Lightlessness”. Lightlessness.

[7:13] As she said [Swamiji pointing towards one of participants], joyless is darkness. Directly you can’t do anything. You can’t do anything directly with that ...Can you directly play. Play with darkness? Then if you want to catch your shadow, how long you run, run and run and run...you won’t be able to catch. If you don’t bother about it, [Unable to hear the words. [7:51] You can’t do anything directly with your shadow, with darkness. Because, it is not existing positively. So, all these problems of comparison don’t, they don’t have positive existence. You say... you can’t say that you are a rich man. You can’t say that, you are a poor man.

[8:21] A Long queue is there, you are standing. In front of you crores and crores. Back side you crores and crores. Infinity (infinity count of people standing before you - Paraphrase) and Infinity (infinity count of people behind you. Paraphrase). Same way, in the name and fame, one person. Can anybody say that I am the famous man? No. And nobody can say that I don't have name and fame. Everybody got the big queue. In front there is big crowd and back side also big crowd. Same beautiful, who can say i am beautiful? anybody? Who want to say? Where is the scale? This side big queue and this side big queue.

[9:27] Next, intelligence, wisdom, knowledge, intellect, let me utter all the words. [Swamiji Laughs]. Very difficult to deal with intellectual people [Swamiji Laughs]. Even for few hours... What to do? You have to be very very cautious and careful. [Mm] the story of Thiruvilaiyadal, yes, can you say that I am a fool? I don’t have evidence [silence for few seconds] nobody. Where is the scale?

[10:08] The two types of reality; reality, comparative reality. Comparative reality means non existential. But our whole life is completely tortured, bothered, disturbed, with deep hell just because of this comparative reality. Just because of this non existential phenomenon, ghost like a phenomenon, Maya, as you say yama as Maya, which is not there. that few moments only... continuously comparing, comparing. comparing.

[11:06] Anything … any step comparison… Mahavira says beautifully, when somebody is sent to this world, whatever quantity he takes, is also sent to the world. Anybody Jains [Swamiji ask the participants], Mahavira’s idea. Not only your food is sent, i say when you come to this world, you bring enough energy, Karma, capacity to workout and lead your life perfectly. But as soon as you come here, instead of living your life, you started living others life also by comparing.

[12:00] You have been sent with Rs.10000/- [Ten Thousand Rupees] rupees to M.G.Road [Bangalore, Bharat] to bring a TV; after you go there, immediately you find a friend who purchases a refrigerator. It is a Rs.15,000/- [Fifteen Thousand rupees]. Either you switched over to refrigerator or you purchase both. refrigerator and TV. Then the remaining money? debt. Certainly ...

God is really gracious. many people come to me. ask me. If God is full of love and graceful, why so much of suffering in the world? No. He never sends anybody in empty hand. He sends what you can manage along with you. When you come, you are deciding how much I will be able to manage, with my capacity? How much I will be able to play in a balanced way. you bring the energy to create all those along with you. After coming here, you will forget it. You look at the neighbor, if she puts AC, you need immediately AC, otherwise your house temperature will increase.

See, everything is there. For greed, nothing is there. just [Unable to hear the words properly] [13.43]. So, what is the way to come out? We understand comparison, jealousy creates so much of problem. Just think all your problem, almost all your problem is centered on comparison. Continuously torturing yourself, you are torturing yourself. with the thing which is not existing. If it is a reality, we can do something directly, it is not reality, then what can we do about it. Yourself say, you are not a rich man, yourself say you are not beautiful, yourself say that you don’t have name and fame. And you yourself … again say, I am not rich, I am not a worthy man [14:41. Unable to hear the word properly].

See, the mental game, mind is just playing the treat with you, you are continuously cheated by your mind. And rosebush is rosebush, thorn bush is thorn bush. Never. Never try to become somebody else. If you are able to finding out your own inner creativity, inner potentials, finding out your own tune, your own tone, your own core. If you have found your own core, if you find your own core, your own way of life and live, you will not be comparing with others. Comparison and jealousy exist, because you don’t know who you are? you don’t know what is your life? That is why you are just continuously comparing with others life. If you know something as your life, you will not start comparing with others life. Neem tree and another one neem tree is the same? No.

Every tree...why to go for a tree, even in one tree, no two branches are same. If you look deep, no two leaves are same. Every existence is as unique as it is. Nothing can be compared. But we, Man is the only animal uprooted from existence. We are continuously comparing..comparing..comparing.. comparing. We have lost connection with the existence. If you are rooted in existence, in God, in the nature, you will not feel that you are uprooted. You will feel, you will know that, what is the core of your life and what is the uniqueness of your life. You will not be comparing yourself with others. You will not be living for the sake of others. You will be living your own life. You will be fulfilling your own life.

So now, you enter into the technic, to find out your own self to be. To be rooted with existence. To tune with our [Unable to hear low voice 17:48], to discover the core of. of our being. To clean. Shuddhi needs cleaning. Vishuddhi beyond cleaning. It means, it's already clean. Only I have made you, I asked you to try, not to contaminate it for 20 minutes. What I said, nothing, just sit. I added few words for ladies. For gents, I told only sit. Sit, That’s all. Because it is already completely clean. It is beyond clean, clearly. Try that’s all. Because, this chakra not at all disturbed. Comparison is not a some positive feeling which is existing to anyone. It is a negative energy existence. Vishuddhi is ever pure. Karma, Adharma and Vitharma. Karma means doing, Adharma means not doing, Vitharma means beyond doing and not doing. Shuddhi, Ashudhi, Vishuddhi. Shuddhi means cleaning, Ashudhi means contamination, Vishuddhi means beyond cleaning and contamination. This chakra is eternally pure. Only we are trying to, trying our best from contamination. I have asked you to keep quiet just for 20 minutes. Nothing else. This is the simplest meditation technic.

That’s why so much complication. It is a very simple technique. So easy . As i told you yesterday, it is a very simple technique, that is why too much complication. But [Two words unable to hear 19:54] we need to put your sincerity much. Yesterday you are shouting, screaming, you need to do many things. But today [unable to hear the word 20:06] things. Very silent, very different, for that don’t think that these techniques are much less, these techniques are real techniques. You need to put your sincerity. Yesterday you had prepared to put your sincerity, only today you are putting your sincerity.

So, this technique is something to do with singing. Yes it won’t be a tasty. tasty. But put sincere effort. This technique is something to do with scenic. Scenic means, finding the original source in you. Singing means not expressing but experiencing.

We have gone to the crown chakra. Sahasrara chakra. Yes. it is placed on the top of the head. The Sahasra means thousands of countless. It is not exactly thousand ( Not clear on words 21:54). It is not making the count 1000, it is countless .. we can say petals or the arm. Which is they just want to express the word infinity. They are using the word sahasra. This chakra open, this chakra opens by gratitude. When you live with gratitude, when you feel that you have showered enough by the existence, God has given you more than your qualification, when you feel the deep satisfaction, and gratitude, this chakra opens.

The way of life, there were many ways of life and many religions. We can, if you list out things which you don’t have, you can make a big list, you can make a very huge list. you can make long list, which may go beyond nandhi hills, this side. The same way, if you make things which you have, you made a list, the things which you have, that also you can make a long list. You can start with your hair, many people don’t have hair, if your start with your hair, you can make a big list this side, you can make a very big list.

This side one big list and this side another one big list. Every capable, try your best to forget, Have only this key, only this key that’s enough. [24:40] [not able to hear the word]: only this key is enough. meditation. This key can open all the seven centres. If you are blissful, if you are with Nithyananda, you will not have any imagination, expectation about others.

You will be completely yourself, Muladhara can be opened by this master key. Little little chakras, we have got little, little keys, but this key is the master key which can open all the chakras. Even the Ajna chakra can open, may not be energising, it can open if you don’t take seriously, it will not have a problem, but you will not be having something positive. This key please be very clear , the Ajna chakras key also master key, to open, to solve the problems of all the chakras. To clean it, but Sahasrara key will energise it. So it is a ultimate master... master for master key. It is the ultimate master key.

If you are blissful, not only you will not have any expectation, we will be solving the problem of Muladhara, you can see a new energy, you will be leading...you will be beautifully enjoying the life. You will have big positive also. So that muladhara can be opened with the same key. If you have , if you live with bliss, where is the question of experience?. If you have the deep contentment, where is the question of your death? When it comes, come let us go. Whether you will go first, or I will go first.

[Swamiji smiles] Are you got a place on your buffalo, if you don’t have, we can go by our car. I will give you lift. You can give lift to Yama. If you have the contentment of living, satisfaction, bliss, so the Nithyananda can open, Swadishthana also... worries. The very word Nithyananda can simply dissolve worries.

It can open Anahata. when you are full of Ananda, you will not ask any attention from others, you will be just giving attention, love, you will be radiating love. We will not be begging; we will be giving. Now, two basket of [unable to hear the word properly 27:29] attention in front of each other asking you for begging, please give some attention, please give some attention. Instead of that, you will be in position giving. Vishudhi if you are blissful, comparison, comparing with others, only Devi curse of you, my boon will become. So Vishuddhi can also be opened by this master key. It will energize Ajna chakra.

If you are blissful, you cannot take anything seriously. You cannot take anything seriously. Your intelligence will be in ultimate state if you are blissful. Any problem if you want to solve, Most of us got the idea before solving problem, we go to some Swamiji, we will pray, do something, some people will be having ritual, for you people, I will give you the new ritual, just...close your eyes for few moments and be in the mood of bliss. Just feel that whole being is smiling, if you feel like a whole being is smiling, you will be radiating the mood of bliss. That will awaken your intelligence completely. You will be able to solve any problem with this bliss. So, the Ajna also opened by this master key. One key which can unlock and give all the treasures of all the chakras.

If you go back to your house, naturally you will be giving a big discourses about this classes., carrying this key with you and share with all , you will be jist of this class. No it means you don’t want to enjoy this class. Just enjoy, that’s enough, we will not radiate the Ananda. You see, from this moment only the next moment takes birth.

If you record a. this moment come, record it, then next moment will be Ananda. If you enjoy Nithyananda, you will be in Nithyananda. You just enjoy the presence of Nithyananda. You will enjoying continuously Nithyananda. So, you will be ever receiving it. Because, from this moment only the next moment takes birth. This master key [Audio not clear 30:18] was given to us by great masters of the world, what for they have given? They have given for our Nithyananda, to be in Nithyananda.

So now we have to give our gratitude for them, first you have to pay gratitude to them, because they taught us to pay gratitude. Next, let us pay gratitude to the whole existence, even this flowerpot has contributed to our joy, yes it has contributed something for our joy, bliss and grace. Everybody have contributed something or other so we will pay our gratitude, our love to all of them.

What is the way to pay gratitude to the all the Masters? Great Masters, what they wanted? They wanted us to be with Nithyananda. so, let us enjoy, celebrate, that is the way to pay the gratitude. If you seriously sitting and meditating, do that; if you feel like singing, do that; if you feel like dancing, do that; if you feel like jumping, do that. whatever you want, how you will feel blissful, how you will feel with Nithyananda, without touching the others freedom, without touching the other; whatever way you want, you express your love and gratitude to the masters. By dancing, or very...whatever way you want.

This is the last statement, ultimate technique to make your life Happy. Today we got the new musical series [not sure about these words] Laughing Dance, to be continuously in the state of Ananda Bothai, in the state of bliss, laugh, sing and dance. You should get it [Words unclear 32:59].
